Elyria nods and starts to search the throne room, particularly behind the throne, for secret doors and passages, guided by the forces of nature. Investigation: 10 + Guidance: 2
In looking at the zombie that is now defeated, Elyria can't help but notice a slight resemblance to the ogre mage that had harassed them before. But as she looks about the room, she does not see anywhere she would suspect a secret door or passage would be located. She and Aurelius nearly trip over each other as he tries to help look.
"What in the world are you two doing?" Rahkeshi asks. "If you're not finding anything, perhaps we should move along."
There are towers, especially on the eastern section of the fortress. (Which is the side you are located at now. As for tracking, you certainly could - I'm not sure if there's a particular feature you wanted to use?"
Aurelius doesn't accidently stumble into anything as he pushes and prods the throne. (I would allow folks to try again on investigating if they wished. I'm not sure what Elyria was trying to use Perception for. Nothing is obvious. Is she moving somewhere?)
(Oh, stealth and perception rolled preemptively as I thought Rahkeshi was about to lead us on somewhere else, nevermind.)
As she notices Aurelius continuing to look for a secret passage, Elyria joins him and resumes her investigation. Investigation: 6 Another roll if Aurelius is still helping out: 14 + Guidance: 3 "There must be something here, right?" The blonde elf says with a hint of frustration in her voice.
Flynt wanders about deep in thought as the others search around. He uses then groups previous experience in the fortress combined with his insight to try and decide where they should go next. Higher up in the fortress or lower.
As Flynt ponders the intricacies of the fortress, Elyria (and probably with Aurelius' help again) continue to look signs of a concealed passage. You finally note what seems to be panel on the floor immediately behind the throne. There is no obvious way to get hold of the piece which blends in to the stone of the floor. Nor do you see a mechanism to activate it.
Having not seen the upper floor of the fortress, Flynt isn't quite sure about where Sylmare might be. The information you had was she was replacing the wards - and from what you recall it prevented not only those entering on foot but also those coming through the air as well. So it would seem that this physically would entail both levels. It does seem odd to you to have a trap here in the thone room if she is not here.

"Look, there is a panel in the floor here behind the throne." Elyria says to the others. (If allowed another investigation to specifically find something that will activate it: 16 + Gudance: 4 ) "Rahkeshi, do you have any means to detect if there is something magical about the panel?" She adds, looking up at the half-orc.
(Hey, hope everyone had a great holiday! Sorry I fell behind a bit in posting here but should be back for this week at least.)
Rahkeshi gives a nod to Elyria and seems to intently inspect the spot that she had found. "Yes, it does seem to have transmutation magic of some sort associated with it." She scans the room briefly. "There, that must be it, a similar aura about the spot there on the wall behind the throne." She points to one of the candle holders mounted to the wall.

(No worries, holidays here too :-)
"Hm, perhaps giving it a yank will activate the panel?" Elyria says to no one in particular, stepping over to the indicated candle holder, first investigating it, then pulling it, prepared for the panel to acivate.
Aurelius ponders several innuendoes he could respond with, but chooses to remain uncharacteristically silent at Elyria's comment. He prepares in the event that some sort of trap is activated by her actions.
Realizing what she just said, Elyria glances over at Aurelius with a preemptive glare, readying a quick retort, and then looking a bit surprised as nothing comes from the half-man, before returning her attention to the candle holder.
(Something went wrong on the healing roll - re-doing it for Cure Wounds Rahkeshi cast on herself: 8 hp)

Aurelius will assist Elyria (granting her another roll).
Elyria nods gratefully to Aurelius as he assists her with the search, casually pointing out places she forgot to check ;-)
Investigation: 2
Aurelius' help apparently involved tripping and falling on top of Elyria.

"But...I thought...yes...sorry..." Elyria says, looking down as she follows Rahkeshi. "Whereto next? Where could Lady Sylmare hide?" She asks quitely.

( Does the fortress have towers?)

On a hunch, the paladin will try pushing, pulling, and finally sitting on the throne to see if anything is revealed.
(Any chance at using ranger skills to track Sylmare?)
