With the deck secured, Leelan is now alone with Zip and the Bandit Leader. The dying body of Mr. Howie bleeding out next to the villain. Leelan needs to incapacitate him to at least give a chance to Zip to save their cookmaster.
The gnome takes out his bow, a weapon he’s already much more comfortable with. As he pulls the arrow and aims it at the Bandit Leader, he mutters a few arcane words and releases the shot.

Leelan'sarrow connects, piercing the Bandit Leader and sending growths of green vines spreading across his body, reaching down for purchase on the deck of the ship. He rips them free and escaped the restraining power of the spell, and the vines quickly whither and disappear. All trace of humor is gone from him now. "I'm going to tie you in a sack and drop you in the drink for that, little guy."
The Sniper Thugs have reloaded, and once again two of them pop up from cover, take shots at the prone Aubrey, and then dip back behind the stone. The third continues to hold his shot....

Grugga closes his eyes and winces from the vortex of infernal flames, but they don't last long enough to do much harm. He pats out a swatch of smoldering leather and watches Rohuzar's actions.
Rohuzar takes a look around at the fire situation. "Back to the ship!" He suddenly picks up speed, and charges towards the pirate at the gangplank, shield in front to try to knock him off his feet.
He picks up even more speed, as he casts expeditious retreat and dashes up the gang plank to try to get to the pirate leader
I count three attacks of opportunity, one potentially at disadvantage... Sigh...

A figure wrapped in robes covered with enough dirt as to bel d in with the rocks and stones moves stealthily a furtively down the rocky path behind the bandit snipers. Despite his attempt at speed, he’s not quite within striking distance before others can act… ending about 15 feet away from them.

Leaning against a tree, Cosette rolls and weaves a piece between her knuckles. A playful smirk tugs at her lips. She enjoys playing in the shadows, weaving in and out of them comfortably as needed. Peeling herself away from the trunk, she slinks on with confident steps. She was less worried about being detected and more focused on making an impactful impression.

A twig snaps and the three Thugs with crossbows all turn their heads in unison to look back at Cosette. An instant later, there is another BANG! A roar of sound impacts the men. The rock behind which they had been sheltering further cracks and breaks, eliminating their cover. Having been hit twice now by the Shatter spell, all three of these men are dripping blood from their ears. One looks prepared to flee, while the others look hurt but still willing to fight.
Without looking up at the sound, the Bandit Leader shouts again, "I said KILL that CASTER!" With a flurry of blades he strikes at Rohuzar, feinting and dipping and looking to get past the shield and open an artery on the Orc ranger.

Aubrey's eyes widen with surprise as the kobold suddenly disengages with Grugga to viciously start stabbing him with his dagger, feeling it sink into his back twice, sending agonizing pain through his body. So this was how he would go? Being stabbed to death by a kobold? His father would be so angry with him. Feeling the taste of blood in his mouth, the young noble grits his teeth and uses the power of his talisman once more, uttering a weird-sounding word and suddenly he disappears as the dimensions mysteriously bend, making him appear again on the rocks in the Breitwasser from where he desperately runs and makes a leap over to the gang plank, running up and hunkering down behind Rohuzar.
