(If there's a way to move parallel to the lake in the direction they thought the kuo-toa town was and still see the lake, Galingal would head that way so he can keep an eye on the boats when they leave.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Stena raises her bow as Galingal stumbles into the grove with her and slowly turns away from him to watch as the rest of the party get loaded. She'll meet Galingal's eyes and give a small jerk of her head away from the party before falling back into the grove in the same general direction as the elf.
She will again attempt to hide as she moves.
Stealth: 6
After a minute she will try looping back around to keep eyes on the KTs from a different location and then meeting up with Galingal.
Her lingering anger towards the KT boss she marked guides her eyes to their location.
Perception (or survival if they are out of sight - same mod) (adv): 19
Other than pointing out the location of the boat or the direction (she thinks) they need to go, she has no interest in speaking with the grey elf as they follow.
As Stena and Galingal watch, separately, from within the nominal safety of the zhurkwood grove, the kuo-toa drag your unconscious party members out of sight into the darkness from where you came, you can hear splashing and the gurgling voices of kuo-toa as the boats get underway. Circling around the point, you see two long boats come into view, coming to a point on each end, and each paddled by a kuo-toa in the back, while your companions have been loaded into the middle. More kuo-toa are in the water, pulling and guiding the crafts as they beach them alongside the other two the ambush party used to get ahead of you and take up position in the grove.
The boss and an underling keep their eyes on the grove, while the others check the second pair of boats and then begin loading your companions into them, distributing the weight more evenly. You notice that the dead kuo-toa have been loaded in as well, and seem to be treated with no more reverence than your unconscious or possibly dead allies.
The boats shove off and head into the dark, the splashing of paddles and rebounded waves against their hulls and the shore fading.

Once the kuo-toa have all left, Galingal waits a few moments to make sure there weren't more left in hiding, then nods over at Stena and starts heading along the shore in the direction the boats went if possible. If there's no path there, he'll head towards the route they were taking to Sloobludop, assuming that's where the group are headed.
Perception to keep an eye on the boats if needed: 9
Survival to follow a trail if needed, hopefully w/ help from Stena: 21
The boats are soon lost to Galingal's senses, but the path ahead seems well traveled and clear... if it does indeed lead to Slubludop, then they should make it there... though perhaps somewhat behind their captured fellows.

Galingal and Stena move wordlessly in a rather strained silence towards the direction of Slubludop.
((Can I get Perception checks with disadvantage from the two of you?))
The rest:
Lia and Thom, you come awake as you're being paddled along. You don't know how long it's been, and you are in separate boats. Lia, you see Lex and Stool in yours, and Thom, you've got Sarith and a dead kuo-toa in addition to the live ones paddling it.
Your arms and legs have been bound with damp, sticky, stringing weeds, and your weapons are not on your person.
((You have, however, rested long enough to regain 1 HP, and can additionally roll HD as part of a short rest.))

Galingal moves along with Stena doing the best he can to keep some sense of direction in this strange place.
"I know you don't trust me," Galingal says in his accented common. "But now, need to work together to rescue others. On our own neither likely to survive here."

((Gosh Spider I am sorry! Feel free to roll for me whenever you want! Although I appreciate you waiting!))
Thom is likely woken by the slow paddling and then maybe by the smell of the dead kuo-toa. He slowly puts it altogether as he remembers the ambush that happened... how long ago? He's not sure. And that headache. Wow.
Thom goes to move his arms and legs. Can't. He sees the other boat with Lia and sees Sarith in the boat with him.
He feels doomed. Captured again.
He waits for the arrival of wherever it is they are taking him and the others.
He would look at Sarith to see if he makes any elf-like signs or whispers, but would stay quiet himself.
You both hear a thud, a gurgling cry, and a splash. Lia, glancing up, the kuo-toa at the front of your boat is gone. Thom you place the sounds as coming from a boat to the port side of the one you're currently in.
There are further cries of alarm as the kuo-toa paddling the boats start pulling harder.
((If you wish to become involved, roll initiative and post your actions, otherwise you can remain playing the role of knocked out captives and see how it progresses.))

Lia’s initiative: 11
Rolling into initiative (if that’s okay?), but will be playing the part of knocked out captive initially at least.
in all the commotion, can she peek with one eye and just see about her current circumstances. Who’s in the boat with her? Just Fishfolk? How many? Any allies? Can she see her gear? Is she bound? Etc? ((Thanks)).

Yep, you can see Lex and Stool, and formerly one kuo-toa in the front, and one in the back, now just one in the back. You can't see over the sides of the boat to spot any of the others, but from the startled exclamations, you know there are at least two other boats of kuo-toa nearby. Your gear is not on you, you'd surmise if it's in this boat, it'd have been up by one or the other of the KTs.

Thanks. Lia waits to see how this starts to play out for now. She is slightly panicked. She feels like the boats are under attack. That could be great for her… or dreadful!
Thom is done. He's scared. He's given up hope. Due to this, he does not participate in the initiative roll and curls up in a fetal position in the boat, waiting for his fate after hearing whatever the heck is going on around him subsides.
It's chaos, your kuo-toa captors paddling frantically and looking around for the source of the attacks, lots of splashing, and yelling in Undercommon.
Thom, the paddler next to you in the front of your boat gets hit with a crudely made thrown dagger, he pulls it free from where it stuck in his arm and seems about to throw it at someone, when he yelps and drops it to begin paddling frantically, right before your boat hits something with a thud and rocks a bit. The dagger falls to the floor of the boat.
Lia, your boat rocks as it hits something with a thud, and is spun somewhat to starboard.
With a DC 13 active or passive Perception, you note that there are repeated cries from those attacking your captors ( "Blibdoolpoolp!") and your captors ("Leemooggoogoon!").

Pausing long enough to ensure Stena is coming with him, Galingal heads down the path they've found, traveling in silence.
Stena watches mutely as the boats disappear into the darkness, bow held loosely.
She turns to regard Galingal then follows as he moves on in the direction of Slubludop, content to keep her thoughts to herself.
