Mulligan reaches for the hammer and attempts to lift it - though in his attempt to be unseen, can't quite swing it accurately; when he lifts it in the air to strike near Wulgar, he instead topples over by the unexpected weight of the hammer.
Wulgar - when you reach for the flask (or where the flask was), you instead claw at empty air. You swear you hear a light, mocking peal of laughter invisibly ring through the air - the Changeling has evidently pilfered the flask and taken it with them invisibly (it was what the alternate roll in the first post was for).
Wulgar flies into a rage when he sees that the flask has been pilfered. He pulls out his great axe and walks to where he heard the sound of the laughter and takes two chops, hoping to connect with the changeling. "Try this on for size, evil little *****!"
Great axe swing 1 : Attack: 14 Damage: 19
Great axe swing 2 : Attack: 25 Damage: 14
The first of either of these swings, if they hit, will do an additional 8 necrotic damage due to Divine Fury.

Avarice backs off with his back to the closest wall and quickly uses an ointment on his eyes to grant them power to see things as they actually are. (True seeing) If he spots her he calls out her position to the others. "She's over there by that pillar."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Wulgar lunges forwards - with two wide, arcing swings, only one seems to connect, earning an angered hiss from the Changeling - "Sounds like you're compensating for something, dragonborn..," an invisible voice taunts.
Similarly, with a flash of divine energy, Ragnar makes two swipes against the invisible foe - calling on the powers above to augment his strike. Strangely, the Changeling's canny reflexes seem to somewhat mitigate most of the blow (Reaction: Uncanny Dodge).
DC18 Wisdom saving throw...18 - earning a laugh from the Changeling in a process as they resist the effect of the spell, as well.
Avarice utters a spell designed to pierce through even the most powerful magical shrouding - and notices two things: from the corners of his eyes, he almost seems to see through the vials - and see the creatures within. Miniature versions of Kalushina and Lisichka stand, transfixed, motionless where the interior of the flasks should be. In the final, unopened one, a jaundiced, yellow-skinned figure with pointed ears and almost unnatural characteristics stands similarly transfixed, a gleaming silver sword in one hand and ruby-encrusted, silvery armor plating his shoulders.
Bonus Action: Steady Aim.
More concerning, however, is the pale-skinned Changeling gearing up for yet another attack. And the wrist holding her bracer aims directly for Avarice. Realizing she can be seen, she throws a wink towards Avarice and smiles. "You're dangerous. I like you. I can't have that, unfortunately." A dagger flies directly towards Avarice's chest. Attack: 22 Damage: 43. Upon hit, must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 13 Poison damage, half on success.
A moment later, Ragner feels a hand wrap around his neck and taunt - "Ah, Ragnar, Ragnar - I knew you. Almost caused a rebellion in your kingdom - fun times, that was!" A splitsecond later, another gash opens at his throat, caused by another serrated dagger. Attack: 34 Damage: 9. Upon hit, must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 10 Poison damage, half on success.
Avarice's eyes widen as the changelings dagger hits him in the chest, wincing at the pain. Con save: 18 "Look out Ragnar!" Avarice calls out, but too late.
Con save for concentrating on hex spell: 17 Fail, and the hex spell dissapates.
As Nikto is still invisible, despite Insightful Fighting applying Sneak Attack on attacks that aren't at disadvantage, Keyleth's attack would still be at disadvantage. Attack roll: 22 - still hits.

"You'll regret that harlot." Avarice snarls after being hit. "Wait, I'll reveal her for you." He shouts to the others surrounding the changeling, hoping they will hold their attacks a short moment.
When Avarice is up he makes a quick gesture and mutters a few words in infernal, casting dispel magic on the changelings cloak. Spell casting ability check: 20 vs spell level + 10 Avarice then moves behind the westernmost pillar for maximum cover, laughing evilly over revealing the changeling to his bloodthirsty associates.
When the changelings dagger hits Avarice he points his finger at her..."You'll regret that harlot." ...and she is momentarily surrounded by hellish flame. Fire damage: 22 Save dex dc 18 for half.
When he is up Avarice swiftly curses the changeling (Hex, dex) and unleashes three purple beams of crackling energy towards her. Eldritch blast: 22 Force: 10 Necrotic: 1 Eldritch blast: 11 Force: 9 Necrotic: 2 Eldritch blast: 16 Force: 15 Necrotic: 4
Varan cannot see the Changeling , but he doesn't need to for this spell. Selecting the center of the room, he holds his staff and focuses his innate magical power, casting the spell stinking cloud. At the same time, he expends 1 sorcery point to use the metamagic ability Careful Spell. He intentionally allows the maximum 5 creatures he can see to succeed on their save (Keyleth, Wulgar, Mulligan, Avarice, and Ragnar - sorry Ragnar's griffon). He will spend another 1 sorcery point to trigger Subtle Spell, allowing him to cast without verbal or somatic components.
Each creature that is completely within the cloud at the start of its turn must make a Constitution saving throw DC 18 against poison. With the room 35 feet across, and the cloud having a 20 foot radius, that should fill the room. On a failed save, the creature spends its action that turn retching and reeling. Creatures that don't need to breathe or are immune to poison automatically succeed on this saving throw.
He will then duck back behind a pillar.
