"Yes, a short rest here sounds good to me." Serena says, closing the secret door again, then taking a seat by a wall with her eyes at the two entrances to the room, Flappy coming and cuddling up in her knee, wanting some rest too. Perception to hear approaching threats. Serena: 11 Flappy: 16

After resting a while Serena is ready to continue, motioning for Tesvar to take point through the secret door she found. "Let's find and take care of that ogre then, shall we?"
As they rest, Banjo plucks idly at his cousin’s old instrument while he mediates and focuses his mind to recover his spells.
”So…” he says at last. “Any thoughts on what we are likely to face at the bottom of this place? The Duergar claim it’s a dragon, but really I am a bit skeptical. Subterranean dwellers that they are, I cannot imagine they encounter many dragons in the underdark. I have a good feeling it’s as likely to turn out to be a giant lizard of some variety. Or possibly a Griffin.”

Serena shrugs. "Haven't a clue my friend, just met two dragons in my life, Calcryx and my dear friend here." She says with a smile petting Flappy as he is curled up on her shoulders. "If it really is a dragon though, then we already have our own dragon slayer ready to use his mighty magic again, right?" She adds with a wink at Banjo.

noticing that Livia is hurt, tresvar gently rests a clawed hand on her shoulder, warmth flows into Livia’s body as Tresvar’s golden scales seem to glow of their own light. Livia is healed fully (4 hp)
"So, um, everyone ready to go ogre hunting then?" Serena says to the others, seeming eager to get going again, hoping that Tresvar would take point through the secret door.
The group well healed from their short rest now rises and falls behind the mighty Tresvar.
Pushing open the door, they file into a narrow, winding passage. This hall is clearly the work of expert craftsmen. It ends abruptly at a door which seems to have been oddly placed here. The door looks to swings inward, toward the adventurers. It does not appear to have any locks.
Tresvar opens the door. Beyond this threshold, the otherwise plum and level walls, floor and ceiling give way to more natural and rough hewn features. The passage looks more like a fissure than a hall. Never the less, there is enough room for the party to pass through single file, until it opens into a larger chamber.
They emerge from the narrow passage in the south. Haphazard stacks of crates, barrels, sacks, and bundles crowd this long cavern. To the north, two finished stone passageways open to the east and west . In the southeast corner is an old well full of murky water.
The cavern is full of plunder from the orcs’ raids through the surrounding area: foodstuffs, ale, blankets, tools, timber, pitch, nails, wool, and similar goods.
Serena cautiously searches the chamber for something of particular value or interest. Investigation: 23 Meanwhile Flappy listens for orcs and ogres down the two passageways. Perception: 18
In searching the cavern. Serena finds a loose stone. Behind it is hidden a small locked strongbox.
Flappy, flitting and gliding with silent grace, discovers that the north-eastern tunnel is blocked with crates and sacks all the way to the ceiling. Traversing instead up the north-western tunnel, it is not long before Flappy hears the voices of orcs echoing down the passage. Flappy checks a little further and finds that the north-west tunnel splits again to the north and the voices seem to be coming from behind a door to the right.
Flappy returns and conveys this information to Serena.
