OOC: ok pretty good idea. I 'll redo the move but I can also loose my turn since I F**k up.  If I am able i 'll go for the cleric then. I 'll reroll when you give me the go or you can use those rolls. 

OOC: How about you just skip healing word (you can't cast multiple leveled spells in a turn anyway) and shoot someone else with that guiding bolt?

[ooc]If you cast a spell that  is not a cantrip,  the only  Way to cast a second spell is it must be a cantrip. 

Ex bonus action healing word action sacred flame

you can do this in either order, and I can’t think of a bonus action cantrip, but if One were  exist I believe you could cast two cantrips.

Driss' spell hits the skymarcher hard.  He screams, outlined in burning radiant energy, then, as the glow begins to fade, starts to fall. 

He catches himself about 10 feet down, stabilizes, and returns fire (18, 12 radiant damage; 13, 11 force damage), taking the mortal mage down with an overcharged guiding bolt of his own followed by a strike out of nowhere with his spiritual weapon. 

The warrior continues his mind-controlled rampage, viciously laying into the conquistador who had the temerity to strike him (13, 12 damage; 9), taking off the soldier's sword arm with the first blow, then spinning to take off his head and that of an injured cleric behind him.  Then he attacks a third one of his supposed allies (12, 5 damage), stabbing the conquistador through the gut and twisting.  Miraculously, the victim survives. 

Xyran's foe strikes again and again (7, 14, 2 damage), landing a cut on his sword arm. 

Retoig's would-be assailant, wincing from his wound, attacks twice more (20, 17, 1 damage after resistance), delivering yet another mostly superficial slash. 

The vampire who was attacking Grifhook charges Arcturis instead, yelling all sorts of insults in his native tongue (15, 14, 16 (wrong die) 10 damage according to the AC on the character sheet), landing two solid blows despite the paladin's defenses. 

The soldier who attacked Cannons gives chase, barely managing to twice get close enough to attack (17, 5, 8 damage).  Cannons nimbly evades the first stab, but the second gets a little too close; he dodges, but in doing so trips a paralyzed vampire, getting crushed underneath him and waking him up in the process.

OOC: Driss is down and needs to roll a death save, the skymarcher is very badly wounded, the warrior is under Polly's control, the white-robed cleric is dead, the soldier who attacked Retoig is badly wounded, the soldier who attacked Cannons is wounded, and the other two are unharmed.  And Grifhook doesn't get an opportunity attack because he left melee range on his last turn. 

OOC: No, I don't get an AoO as I moved away from that vampire during my previous turn.

OOC: Jeez I need to land a blow so I can move back in style hah. 

"My arm!" Xyran puts that arm behind his back "I can do this 1 handed though."

Attack: 18 Damage: 10

OOC:Christ. I don't believe a Goblin who believes he's the best swordsman backs off in a sword fight though.

Polly will whistle again as the feather rockets back toward the skymarcher, Attack: 7 Damage: 10 force damage.

Arcturis' blade bites deep into his opponent's upper arm, but the burst of fire is wasted.  The soldier is livid with rage. 

Xyran's opponent smiles and parries. 

Polly's spell connects with the skymarcher's head, knocking him to the ground.  He seems to be out cold, if not dead.
