As for what my character will do next, first, could you describe what's around us? Are there torches or lanterns for example? Barrels or crates? Anything we could interact with in general?
The deck is empty as far as you can see. It's quite dark, mostly because it's late evening. There are a few masts rising out of the deck like altisaurs, but that's it.
OOC: Does the Vampire still have flour on it?
Yes, but you can't see a flour trail.

"Well, look who went and gone invisible again..."Grifhook spits on the ground then walk over to the ramp where Retiog is standing to block the vampires escape."Now my friend Retiog thinks you're going to try and escape. Maybe he's right and you think it's a good idea to be knee deep in pirates out there. Or maybe you think you're smart and simply will wait here for reinforcements. News flash, the fight has been won by us. There are no reinforcements coming. So either you stay here and die eventually or run out there and die eventually. Or there is a third option, surrender. Come out of hiding and leave with us quietly. Bartering some sort of deal with the higher-ups for your freedom down the road. You're clever. I am sure you can manage it..."
Grifhook then pulls out a tinderbox and torch from his bag and using his action, lights the torch then places it against the ramp. "Or how about only two options to decide from, I know it can be difficult to choose sometimes..." as the ramp (OOC: hopefully) catches fire as he walks along it creating a line of fire (OOC: again, hopefully) from one side of the ramp to the other."Now my mates and I can get off this ship no problem thanks to our winged kin. But that fall will kill you. So how about it, surrender or die?"
OOC: Should I roll a persuasion or intimidation check? Also, I'll use my bonus action for any extra move I may need to accomplish my goals.
OOC: I liked this post too much to delete it, so I just struck it all through instead to avoid confusion.
Seeing the vampire disappear suddenly in front of him, Retiog moves to cut off escape routes by making his way (OCC: anyone to wake up along the way??) to where the gangplank meets the deck of the boat. He decides to "holster" his mace and shield and pulls his halberd off his back to give him a little more reach.
You go over to the gangplank, only to find that it's not there anymore.
OOC: could I use my halberd like a blind mans walking sticks to search him out...not to make an attack just to reveal him?
You can start trying next turn. You already used your move, your object interaction, the [Tooltip Not Found] action, and the [Tooltip Not Found] action again.

OOC: I feel as though Retiog would have said something about there being no gangplank. Redo my turn? Things would have gone differently to say the least.
"Enough! Let's set this bloody ship on fire and be done with this. I have oil does anyone have any torches?" Xyran yells out continuing to get even more frustrated.
"First, the vampire disappears. Now the bloody gangplank is gone. Before we know it, this ship could be gone and us with it!"Grifhook yells as he fumbles through his bag pulling out a tinderbox and torch, "If you want to sink with the ship then, by all means, remain hidden blood bag. But if you rather not, now is your last chance to surrender..."as he begins to light the torch and go to the nearest most flammable thing he can find to start lighting it on fire. He then looks around at the rest of his mates, "Light it up!"
OOC: I considered burning the ship previously and hoped it wouldn't come to this due to all the sweet loot it must hold but alas it was not meant to be.
OOC: If we all pull together, we can do it in no time. And while we do it the vampire can sit there and think about his poor life choices. Lol. Besides, this is Cannons moment. How can you resist an opportunity to destroy something this big?
Grifhook looks at Polly with a stern look, "We can't hijack a ship this large! We were brought here to do a job and this is getting that job done. And I'm not giving that vampire any more time to do his voodoo if I can help it."
OOC: Keep in mind we don't have to burn the whole ship. Just enough to get things started then let nature takes its course by letting the flames consume the rest of the ship as we ride off into the sunset.

OOC: Wouldn't we of noticed the gangplank being moved? Shouldn't it be huge? Lol.

OOC: So the vampire and the gangplank disappeared at the same time? As Ret was making his way towards the gangplank it was all ready gone?
OOC: You're not sure how long the gangplank's been gone. Grifhook, yeah, go ahead and redo your turn.

OOC: At least you picked a goblin to confuse me with. Haha! Will redo now. We are still docked, right?
"Uh, don't tink we be goin' anywheres too," Retiog says as he approaches where the gangplank used to be.
"Enough! Let's set this bloody ship on fire and be done with this. I have oil does anyone have any torches?" Xyran yells out continuing to get even more frustrated.
OOC: Yes, Grifhook, you're still docked. For now.

(OOC - keep in mind that the ship is huge... it may take a while to burn the whole thing if that was what you were planning)
