Isoldus's expression twisted into a snarl as he realized his companions were prepared to attack. He would rather resolve the situation through negotiation rather than violence, but the situation seemed to progress faster than the dragonborn expected.
Isoldus raises his voice to a thunderous roar as he drew his sword, focusing his attention on the guards. "Fear has blinded you all. I do not want to kill any of you. Ask yourselves - is this the fight you should be fighting?" Smoke curled from the edges of the Paladin's lips as the cracks in his armor began to shed crimson light. He snarled to his companions, "Attack nonfatally. They are cowards, but that does not mean they must die." Cowards made for better subjects, after all.
Initiative: 12 If possible, Isoldus is using a Channel Divinity to Conquering Presence, forcing each creature (except for Isoldus and his allies) must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of Isoldus for one minute.
Hugeo runs past the guard, momentarily sliding out of his reach while running past him. He jumps on the table in front of the mayor (I think there was a table. If not, he just runs straight to him) and readies his blade. "Let me make this quick. You bone-dog are on your own, against four; your rule has ended." He then tries to drive the dagger deep into the orc's chest.
BA: Disengage (or, if the mayor is too far, Dash to close the distance). Action: Attack: 23 Damage: 6.
The mayor's eyes go wide, and he stumbles back, clutching his stomach. Red seeps out from the wound, staining his fine clothes. Still, he survives the blow. Somehow, his face becomes even more twisted with rage. He pushes Hugeo back and begins limping backward, his hand pressing against the wound.
"Guards," he bellows, spit flying from his mouth. "Isaac, help! They're trying to kill me! Guards! Isaac!"
Dusty, Winchester, you're up!

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Throwing his guitar behind his back and pulling out an old rapier Dusty lifts his leg on to the seat he was sat on, he poses like a swashbuckling alcoholic pirate captain and with a grin yells out, "Kill? you!? a measly pathetic coward such as yourself could only dream of being killed by Argent Pullv the best song write across the wastes, for being killed by such a man would make you of worth!" the over played sarcasm and spite in Dusty's voice rings out with melodious magics. He casts Vicious Mockery WIS save DC 14, Dmg 1
(Sorry for not posting earlier, will be on mobile till sunday)
Winchesters hands blurr, and all of a sudden he's holding his pump shotgun in one hand, as the other one draws is leather hat deeper over his face, obscuring his eyes for everyone else. He stands like this for a moment, looking straight ahead, before he fires his first rounds.
Attack: 12 Damage (I assume the mayor is quite close): 11
The mayor clutches his head, but manages to just barely dodge out of the way of Winchester's shotgun blast. He swings a great fist wildly, briefly knocking Hugeo's blade to the side as it goes in for another strike, and he runs up the stairs, puffing and grunting.
As the party is about to pursue, a whirring sound begins from behind, followed by a roar as bullets begin spraying at the party from behind. Many go wild, punching holes in the buildings and the street around the party, but a few might hit their mark...
Looking to see the source of the bullets, the party spots a hulking figure, one arm completely replaced by a mechanical prosthetic which ejects steam and smoke at a prodigious rate. Instead of a hand, the prosthetic arm sports a massive gatling gun, barrel glowing red as it spins. This must be Isaac.
Hugeo:
You would recognize this arm anywhere. This man has reckoner prosthetics. You can make any checks you deem appropriate (without expending an action) to find out more.
Dusty ducks instinctively at the whizzing of bullets ricocheting around the room, as he sees the new adversary he springs into action, leaping across the room and slicing wildly at Isaac with is rapier.
The man staggers back from the doorway, Dusty's rapier jabbing into him, but as the blade parts flesh it suddenly stops. A sharp grating sound, metal on metal. Isaac wraps his hand around the blade and pushes it out of his chest. Blood leaks steadily from his chest, though his is rather odd. It's almost more vibrant, brighter than ordinary blood. However, mixing with this bright blood is a dull, darker, thicker substance, which drips slowly from the wound.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Hugeo glances back, his metallic eye flashing for a moment as it readjusts to see better in the new distance. He forgets the mayor and turns his full attention to the gunman who shot him. Looking down for a moment, he realises he'll have to repair the hole later. Good thing he can't feel pain in his mechanical parts, but at the same time, he needs to be careful not to lose too much of the liquid that runs there, otherwise, he'll stop functioning.
Hugeo picks his dagger back up. "Who the hell are you?" He calls, quickly scanning through his memory for clues. His chrome eye flashes again as he tries to access the information stored in it, to make sure he's not missing anything. "And where did you get this arm from?"
Investigation: 18. (Chose this skill because he has the proficiency in it given by the Whispers of the Dead feature. I'm thinking about this feature as a memory of the crew, saved in his mechanical eye. When using a skill gained from it, he "sees" a person that might be related to the skill, as some kind of ghost, even though he's aware they're not actually present, most likely dead long ago.)
(Also, what's the distance between Hugeo and Isaac? I believe it might be far enough to matter, so I'll wait with his action until after I know what can and cannot do.)
"This is your mayor," Isoldus roared while the initial ring of bullets ceased, raising his shield enough to deflect any stray shots. Sensing a new enemy, Isoldus's sword drew from its scabbard with the scrape of metal against metal as the dragonborn charged the assailant. "Is this what you want? We are not your enemies."
Longsword Attack (Isaac): 18 Damage: 10
If the attack hits, Isoldus's blade erupts with searing, white energy - Divine Smite damage: 2.
(The distance is small, Isaac is only just out the door.)
Hugeo:
Back when the Reckoners were still running, these eyes were essential to their function. They allowed each Reckoner to see through the eyes of any other that shared such an augmentation, allowing them to work better as a whole and communicate with ease. This function is useless, since the Baron's men broke the fleet and scattered the surviving Reckoners, but Hugeo's eye can still access some of the things that it has seen. As he concentrates, a number of images flash before Hugeo's eye: pylon raids, mole-train hijacks, your indefatigable leader, Brasslung Bill. And, as you delve deeper into your stores of information, you see a number of other images, that may be relevant. A crewman's view of a large, one-armed man with a bloody stump, being pulled from a wreckage. He is younger than the one you see before you, barely older than a boy, but he shares similar features. And then, the distinct, red-tinted vision of your leader. A metal arm being affixed to a still-healing stump, transforming into a gatling gun and back again with a series of hisses, clanks and whirs. More surgery, a scalpel cutting deep, pulling back flaps of skin. Hydraulic joints, subdermal plating. Lungs that don't tire, a heart which beats with twice the force. An image of the same man, gatling-arm spitting bullets, knocking scales off of a glass wrasse, pitting holes in its exposed flesh. You recognize this man, now. He joined the Reckoners not long after you, and rose in the ranks twice as fast. You last saw him on the deck of a burning train, the same one captained by Brasslung Bill, as your own train peeled off from the doomed fleet.
Isoldus' sword digs into flesh, but like Dusty's it clangs against metal, just below the skin. He grins, revealing yellowed teeth. "Enemy of the Mayor's my enemy too." He turns to Hugeo. "An' I could ask the same of you. Where'd you get all that?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hugeo is confused, at first. Is that an enemy or a possible ally? He runs forward, reaching all the way to just in front of the man. "Given to me by the same man who saved your life, it seems. What does a pirate do defending a mayor, have you gotten that desperate? Don't move, or I'll find a spot where there's still a man under the metal." Hugeo holds his knife close to the man's body, ready to push it in shall Isaac do anything. "It would be a shame if another of us will have to find an early death."
Taking the Ready action, to attack shall Isaac move or take any action. Rolling in advance... Attack: 18 Damage: 10.

Action He casts a 2nd level Bane (CHA save DC14)
Bonus He then pulls a rapier from the inside of his ill-fitting suit.
The guards are caught off guard by Hugeo's sudden attack, and can't react before Isoldus' fearsome presence washes over them.
