Isaac blinks, scrunches up his face, the barrel of his gatling-hand beginning to spin down. Then, at once, it's like a wave of clarity washes over him, and the barrel begins spinning up again. Isaac turns it on Thardoran, opening it to angrily question him about whatever he just did, when he's reminded of Isoldus and Dusty's existence not five feet of him, and returns his concentration to the battle. Marikell's question is ignored. He turns his arm on his assailants, beginning to spray bullets at point blank range, seemingly not caring about inaccuracy.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dusty slumps to the ground out of breath and whilst there turns to Hugeo, in a sing-songy fashion he mutters out "what an ******* that guy was!" in doing so he casts Healing Word Breathing 6 hp back into him. "what now folks? I'm still wanting to have a more fruitful conversation with that blithering fool of an orc.... or whatever he was, point is I don't think we're done."
"Crawling creatures, you lot must have sand for brains." Marikell comments as Issac walks off. The gnome seems hardly intimidated by the dragonborn nearly double her height as she approaches. "Considering whatever your plan was, it lead to this. Most aren't gonna buy into any sense of voiced justice... but if you're going to try and have the mayor stop his banging. Hmph, that'd save our ears. You all need some help."

The ever growing document of character concepts can never be too long, can it?
With the extra push given by Dusty's magic, Hugeo's systems manage to reboot and send signals to his brain again. As he opens his eyes, he quickly jumps on his feet, holding his dagger again... realising no threat is around. "Where is Isaac? Where is the mayor?" He asks. Then, pausing to process the situation, he adds: "How long have I not been functioning, and who are they?" At least, they didn't seem like enemies, yet. No weapons drawn, and no signs of aggression.
From the ground Dusty has taken up a lounging pose now that his breath is back, his ill-fitting suit somewhat pooled around him , his legs kicked up, he taps the startled Hugeo on the leg and then starts.. "in order of questions asked, that-a way." he points out of the door where Isaac left,"cowering upstairs. like an ass" he redirects the pointer finger towards the stairs where the Mayor escaped, he then locks eyes with Hugeo directly, mimicking raising a wristwatch up to his face "less than a minute and finally... I've got no idea, but the old dude looks to be leaving if you wanna catch him?" Dusty smiles an exaggerated grin and waits on a response
"Well, good thing this wasn't our plan then." Winchester replies to the halfling that appears to be chastising Isoldus. He still looks quite visibly perplexed by Isaacs sudden exit. "If i remember correctly, we came here to talk. But i guess you guys are extraordinary atrocious conversationalists." he says with a nod to Isoldus and Dusty. Winchester shakes his head and chuckles, until the chuckling is interrupted by an unsettlingly long cough, his hand stained with blood as he lowers it from his mouth. It takes him a moment to calm down again, but once recovered Winchester points over to the direction the Mayor fled in. "So, do you insist on finishing business with the guy, or are we just getting the hell outta here?"
"A minor slip up, Winch! I assure you this mouth of mine can do amazing things.. as for the plan, my vote is for finding the fool, nothing changes here with him still heading the guard in this city..." Dusty trails off as he stands and looks around at the group and tries to take stock of how everyone is doing health-wise before heading toward the stairs.
Hugeo comsiders all options for a moment. He wants to exchange more words with the man, but realises that in hus current barely-functioning state, it would not be wise. Especially in light of his words. Another time, he's sure this was not the last time they meet.
"Cap? We could also just leave, and complete our original mission." Hugeo offers though he doubts the offer will pass. Still, he did not really care whether the town is loud or not. "Throwing the Baron's body in the sands will also stop the cacophony, I'm sure."
Winchester shrugs, then looks over to Isoldus. "Whats your take on it, Sir Scales? It might be a bit of a drag, but I figure with the manic machine man gone, the Mayor won't be much of a threat, and leavin' now means unfinished business that might bite a chunk out of our asses later."
Dusty and any who follow him head a short ways up the stairs, only to be met with a closed and, after testing, locked door barricading the way forward.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
After testing the door and laughing as loud and audibly fake as possible Dusty plays a single scale on his harmonica and lunges for the door, kicking it just next to the handle whilst simultaneously casting Thunderwave on it, 13 dam.
The door folds, spinning off of its hinges. The top half flies into the room, breaking into more pieces as it flies into the wall, several chunks lodging in the wall. The bottom half attempts to do the same, but is stopped by the several couches and chairs piled up in front of the door. It seems that, even in his old age, the Mayor's strength hasn't totally left him. Indeed, being an orc as he is, it has likely only grown. Of course, that also means that the effort of this all has probably half-burst his already overworked heart, but adrenaline is a hell of a drug. Luckily, Dusty's spell has largely pulverized the barricade, though a few splintered pieces of furniture still remain mostly intact, though they can be mounted with relative ease. There is a slam of a door at the top of the next flight of stairs, heading farther up the tower, just as Dusty blows down the door. Also audible is a woman's shriek, but it also comes from the top of the stairs. From behind the door, there is the sound of the mayor shouting, and the slam of something heavy.

Winchester gives Dusty pat on the shoulder, looking impressed, and then points a thumb upwards. "Nice moves. You even get to show off again." , then he hurries up the stairs, his shotgun at the ready.

Everyone is up!
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Retcon time!
Isaac pauses, scrunches up his face, looking puzzled. Then, all at once, a blankness spreads across his face, and his weapon spins down entirely.
"Of course, I'll go do that immediately."
He begins wandering off slowly, in the direction of the railport, now ignoring the party.
Combat is over! Hugeo is still down and making death saves, though.
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Death Save! 5.
