Liam looks to where the woman had pointed, and cringed a bit when he saw the sloppiness of how the man handled the drinks. Granted, it wasn't the first time he saw someone like that, but it usually meant the person was either irritable or rough in some part of their personality. He wasn't particularly looking forward to dealing with him, but...Laim supposed a bit of an inquiry would both distract and help him somehow. Maybe he would even get some information, for whatever it was worth.
After packing up his items, slinging his pack over his shoulder, and picking up the sign once more, Liam approached the one named Harmond, and attempted to catch his attention.
"Um, hello? I was told to talk to you?"

Aodh: Level 20 Half-Elf Cleric of Life - Not really. It's a strange being that had possessed and broke down a level 20 Cleric of Life Domain, gaining his knowledge and power.
"*****": Level 1 Tiefling Sorcerer - Her family is dead, and her will is broken. She follows orders so that those that command her will allow her to die.
Yep. Harmond was definitely the irritable sort. Or was he the sarcastic kind? It was hard to tell on first impressions alone. Perhaps if he just got to oe of the points...
"I don't suppose you'd know anything about what I would be going up against here, would you?"

Eider, the human girl nods and directs you to three signs separating the basic sections of any library: Fiction, Non-fiction, and Arcane. The shelves are neat and well organized. You don't have much trouble finding what you're looking for.
Harmond says, "Well... there's been a lot of new guys here lately. About guys who you might be up against... Yeah. There's a flirty human woman in red. There's also a goliath barbarian. There's another human fighter. There's also a big angry cat." Harmond then points to Parabolus and says, "Then there's that guy that popped out of thin air. There may be more guys but I don't remember them. You may be up against any or all of them. Good luck and don't get killed by Wasps and bear-girls."
Liam knew he shouldn't have trusted first impressions alone. Harmond seemed willing to just give out information. Though he gave him an idea of who to look out for, he wasn't expecting that last part.
"The wasps, I think I can understand, but what do you mean by 'bear-girls'? Is there anything else you can tell m-"
With his panic and rushed thoughts and whatnot, Liam found himself tripping over his own feet. He hit the floor and let out a groan. It seemed that he had try to do too much at once. His thoughts were so scattered that he hadn't been able to pay attention to himself.

Marvarax entered the glory, seeing some new fighters but that was usually around here. He did see Eldin but his time was quick. He went over to the table where Grianne was sitting and placed his greatsword onto it. “Grianne I’m gonna be leaving town for a while, and if you told Eldin what I told you he’s either pissed or glad, and I’m leaning a little more towards pissed, so tell him this is a peace offering from me” Marvarax doesn’t wait for the elf to stay anything before leaving
OOC:For me as a player I think this is my last stop being a Gladiator in the arena, in about a few days of game time I plan on coming back to the glory but more as a role player then a fighter. Personally the fighting aspect doesn’t interest me as much but that’s just me a player since fighting has never been my draw to dnd and since the fighting here doesn’t hold a real story value it interests me less(nothing against the DM he has done a great job, but anyway I’m done being a fighter but, I’m not done with the great players and story still here at the glory, thank you all for these great RP moments, see you all soon.

"Not a real disease huh? Gee, I had no f**king idea." Harmond says with his usual sarcasm. He then continues to speak but without the sarcasm, "So, you wanna know how I got here. That's... Kind of a long story. However, the fact that you get clumsy when you think too much does not bode well for you. Don't know about the arena but on the battlefield, thinking about all sorts of stuff figuratively and literally flying toward you is kinda important. You'll have to pay attention to each of your opponent's actions. You won't get very far very fast if you get clumsy and fall down every time you have to worry about everyone trying kill you."
Grianne nods He didn't seem to happy about that, bit its OK. we have things to work out and at least we know now. She bids him a fair well May the forest guide you straight and true.
After Marvarax leaves she pulls out the prize she just won. Its claw shaped 5 point star design hold a different color on each claw. She can feel its energy. She reaches out with her own and as her power touches the insignia it melts into her hand. Small flash, its gone, leaving a vibrant tattoo of itself on the back of each of her hands.
She then watches over the sword while she waits for her food to arrive and for Eldin to finish his "mercenary work" , what ever that is.

Liam chuckled at the man's words. Though one may expect nervous or embarrassed chuckling, this was more on the side of an individual being relieved. When he finished, he stopped for a moment and thought to himself. He was sure that it would happen, and in truth, he hoped that it would be the only thing that happens to him. He would rather die by some rabid squirrel rather than...
"I guess I'll have to hope for the best, then."
Liam saw that it was nearly time.
"It seems I must go and prepare. Thanks for the talk."
Liam walked off...
((Sorry for the late reply. Had an exam to take.))

"That's not a real disease...", said Liam as he got up.
He stretched his back with an audible cracking sound, and calmed down a bit. He tried to focus on one thing at a time.
"I tend to get clumsy when I think too much...Which is usually all the time."
Liam readjusted his bag and picked the discarded sign back up. He needed to calm down, so it was time for some smalltalk.
"So...What's your story? How'd you land a job tending bar?"
((@BDaddly It'll start 24 hours in-game, or real time?))
