Nara, you find signs of wildlife in the forest. Birds chirp in the trees. You note a point on the edge of the forest where prints from a large jungle cat start suddenly and inexplicably. You can hear the sound of water trickling where small streams meander toward the river, and you catch a glimpse of a friendly ferret darting out of sight as you approach.
"Wow, that icy magician is quite amazing! I hope he wins!"
Scarab watches with rapt attention.

Nara, you'd guess the cat to be as big as some horses. Surely weighing as much as 400 pounds. In your estimation a battle with a beast that size would end very quickly.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nara decides against going after the cat but marks a nearby tree with her sword to possibly pick up from here with a few extra party members. Assuming that the tracks are not going towards the river, she heads that way in search of smaller game. If the tracks are headed in that direction, she goes the opposite way.

"Woof...I missed so much now, I don't know who to root for." Marmaduke says, shaking her head lightly. "Though that does sort of remind me... Weren't you and Nara considering going out for whetstone, or something?" She says to scarab without letting her focus drift from the arcane eye for a second -- third time.

Marmaduke stops short of off-handedly gesturing for the bartenders attention to give Scarab a double take. "That's... I..." She huffs and looks away, shaking her head and failing to fight down a blush. "Oh shut up, you." She states without any real malice as she goes back to watch the fight. After a few moments of pause however, she says, "But tell you what, flatter. After this match why don't we both go."
