Seeing Liam drop his axe, Eldin drops his spell and says, "Sit down. Just start your story and tell me what circumstances led you to be on that wanted poster."
"There's not much to tell. It said I killed a Noble, and I did."
Liam took a moment to stare at the ground. His head hurt even more. A result of the memories rushing through his head and repeating over and over and over. He knew that the man wanted more out of it. He just wanted to get it out of the way that nothing on the poster wasn't false...at least he hoped that it didn't have false information. He didn't exactly read it when he ran off. Regardless, the man was waiting for the explanation, and he might as well begin this strange confession.
"In case you were wondering, I didn't have anything against her or her friends. I didn't care who they were, but they didn't do anything to me. At least, not until we tried to jump them. I was part of a bunch of no-name criminals. Thieves and thugs. I was the latter. We stirred up a lot of trouble...I even got this axe because I stole it."
Liam chuckled at that. Despite being kid stuff in comparison to other crimes, it felt nice to look back before he...Liam continued on for a bit.
"When this group of bandits showed up, and requested our help with something, we thought highly of ourselves. They wanted us to attack a group of travelers and rob the rich girl that they were escorting..."

Liam the Weak: Level 4 Human Fighter - Trying to fight against his other personality, and constantly losing.
Aodh: Level 20 Half-Elf Cleric of Life - Not really. It's a strange being that had possessed and broke down a level 20 Cleric of Life Domain, gaining his knowledge and power.
"*****": Level 1 Tiefling Sorcerer - Her family is dead, and her will is broken. She follows orders so that those that command her will allow her to die.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eldin quietly listens to the what Liam is saying. He nods every two or three sentences. When Liam quiets down a bit and looks at his axe, Eldin notices that the man's head hurts. Eldin steps forward and places his hand on Liam's head and casts Cure Wounds. "Not sure if this will help but it's worth a shot."
"Aw hell no!" Harmond pushes Banjo man off the table and prevents him from crossing. "You can't just declare you work here and start working. That's not how jobs work. Either wait for the boss to show up or go find some other bar to invade." Harmond seems to remember something, "Well if you're really impatient, go talk to Adair. She can also give you a job, probably"
Liam's headache eased a bit, but it wasn't a physical wound, and it wasn't exactly something that can be cured. Regardless, he continued.
"We were so excited that we actually got to fight and maybe even kill someone. I was so excited. Then I saw just how well-prepared they were. I watched them kill the bandits and my friends...Then we ran. They hunted us down, and killed almost every member of my old crew. I was scared of death. I was scared of THEM. I saw everything I did crumble away, and every person outside of my family die. I don't know how I did it. They were so much stronger, but one moment I was hiding and holding my breath out of fear, and the next I found my hands around her neck, and...Her eyes...Oh my god, her eyes...They were staring right into me. I...I..."
Liam began to breathe harder and faster as his headache worsened. He began to see memories of how that fight went. He began to see that THING's memories...

"Truth is truly a bizarre name, but I'm not the one to speak here"
Banjo man walks over to Truth
"Excuse me, but I am currently searching for somebody named Adair and I have no idea who that is or where they are. According to scumbag the barkeep, you are the person to ask."
Banjo, Truth glances over at her daughter, who is pretending to scratches notes at her desk by the door... "Umm" she grimaces "I don't know if she's available..."
Suddenly Adaire is standing next to them... on the other side. "Available for what?" She leans in smiling.
Liam breathes...and breathes...and breathes...When he calms, his body still shakes. His arms twitch. His eyes are wide.
”...When I woke up, they were dead. My axe was stained with blood, and I held the girl’s corpse by the neck. Ithought killing stuff was supposed to be thrilling. I hate the feeling that ran through in that moment. I ran to my family, and confessed everything to them. They kicked me out, and practically disowned me. They probably ratted me out too...Don’t know why anyone decided to put up my poster in this town after such a long time, but hey...at least I got a few rounds in before this showed up.”

“No”, said Liam. “I stole that from a blacksmith. I didn’t even take a coin after I killed them.”

Eldin nods and says, "Your family was short on gold, I assume? Why did you take up life of a thug if you are this shaken by violence and murder. I was a professional mercenary before coming here so I've killed my share of people. Jobs like this takes a certain... willingness to kill." He then takes a deep breath and says, "You have definitely dug a pretty deep hole for yourself. A bad case of 'be careful what you wish for' added in for good measure. Not really much I can help you with but... I could try getting you a mask to hide your face and a disguise to go along with it."
“You can learn right now, I need a drink.” Lawrence walks in, the weight of a thousand worlds on his shoulders. “I heard rumors that someone killed my dear sister. Why, I don’t know, she wouldn’t hurt a fly.” He says before muttering, “I knew I should have gone with her.”
Edit: I really should read the backlogs. Deleted the conflict. If Liam does go to the bar I’m posting the attack.
Hearing the announcement, Eider heads to sign up for the new fight. He scribes a quick note for Toren and leaves it near his Reserved Area
I must have missed you. Gone to Arena for the next match. I will return later before the fight if possible.

Eldin continues listening. He is now 5ft from Liam. He places a hand on Liam's shoulder and says, "Calm yourself. Take a few deep breaths."
