Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
Its been a couple years since ive been able to visit the hot springs for a proper hot bath. is that something i can get in a town ? Grianne 's gear is made of living plant material (except for the leather parts)so she kind of smells like freshly cut grass on a summer day. But she is still dirty.
"A hot spring huh? I... don't think you can get those in a town. There might be bath houses though but that's probably out of the question. We could search the nearby forests to see if we can find a lake or anything of the sort."
Eldin's eyes seem to light up a bit and he says, "If you can give me until tomorrow, I can create up to 10 gallons of clean water for you. I just need 8 hours to prepare that though."
Marvarax and Calgin rush toward the battlefield as the attendants announce the bout. They crash into each other as the try to pass through the same door simultaneously and end up in a tangled mess of armor and turtle shell. The rest of the competitors file out of the tavern while the pair tries to sort themselves out.
"Sends my regards to bug-face. And tell him that it will be an honour to fight with him, for it seems that time is fast approaching."
Gewonnt then goes to his room, takes out his Potter's tools, and crafts a fine mug with his sigil (a bird's head with a candle on top) carved into it.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Been nice playing with you, Fontanne)
Eldin responds (to Grianne), "Great. I guess I'll be seeing you tomorrow morning with the water prepared. It's been nice talking to you."
After this conversation is over, Eldin decides to go the extra mile and look for a hot spring in the forest. But he knows very well that he might not find one. So he also looks for a suitable source of clean water for a bath (not necessarily hot).
A river flows past the town to the east, and north into the forest. It's source is south and east through a rough, course landscape. As the river breaks free of the rough land to the south it crashes from an impressive waterfall. Far beyond the rocky scape, the tall peaks of distant snow capped mountains stand on the horizon.
Within the forest the river settles into a brackish bog before it's released into the sea.

They crash into each other as the try to pass through the same door simultaneously and end up in a tangled mess of armor and turtle shell. The rest of the competitors file out of the tavern while the pair tries to sort themselves out.
Calgin ends up lying on his back on the turtle shell, rocking back and forth trying to get enough momentum to roll back over.
A woman walks elegantly and confidently into the tavern peach skinned with black hair tied back in a bun on the top of her head. She smiles to anyone who meets her gaze with a flirtatious smile. Wearing a dark red dress that parts at one side where her leg is slightly visible. Walking up to the bar she looks around for anyone who seems specifically excited for the next fight.
"You don't happen to have anything that isn't to strong... and in a small glass if you do!" she says to the bar keep with a smile and a almost nervous giggle. She then continues to look out and around paying attention to the upper class areas.
Harmond responds (to the woman), "We have a wide selection of wine starting from 1gp to 20 gp. Alternatively we have non-alcoholic drinks for 1 silver." in his usual annoyed-sounding voice.
EDIT: I should mention about the pot. If a 5 ft tall person were to sit inside it his/her head would still stick out of top.
Eldin approaches Grianne and says, "Remember how I told you about creating water? Well I found a waterfall. If you want hot water, I've readied a large pot to manage that."
"Betting is..." Eldin pauses to think of the best way to explain it to Grianne. "You know what money is right? (Eldin did not notice Grianne's conversation with Connor) Well, in the Coliseum, you can give an amount of money of your choice to a person handling the whole thing and tell him who you think will win or who you want to win. If they win, you get your money back along with more money. If they lose, you lose your money. Right now if you bet 2 gold on someone, and they win, you'll just get your 2 gold back. At least, I think that's how that last part works. I haven't been keeping up with that."

Gewonnt walks into the Glory, his beak split in what seems like a smile, and utters a rather strange sentence.
"Well, I believe another mug is in order!"
(I'm surprised Eldin doesn't make people pay for his therapy sessions. :P)

Eldin, you don't find any hot springs.

Eldin is pretty happy with his findings. He heads back into town and buys/orders:
He then heads back into the Glory after putting the massive pot in his room and looks for Grianne to tell her about his findings.
