Sheridan stumbles slightly on the wet boards but Draskan catches him with a steady arm. He nods brusquely before creeping towards what looks to be a stone watch post. As you creep up to the opening and peer into the interior you see two skeletons manning a cannonade, three zombies stood moaning softly next to the gunpowder and cannonball reserves. None have noticed your approach
Sheridan motions to the others to take cover behind anything solid they can find, but to be ready to run in and attack. He steps out of the shadows and immediately casts Create Bonfire through the window, centred on the gunpowder, before turning and running across the boardwalk.

There is a flash of fire followed by a cacophonous explosion. It rips the roof off of the building, blowing chunks of masonry and flaming debris flying through the air. As Sheridan tries to slip back into the now flickering shadows an alarm bell starts ringing on the pirate vessel. You hear raised voices calling orders on the ship arranging a fire fighting team to prevent the fire spreading across the docks.
From the building you saw the two pirates leave earlier 3 more pirates come running out sabers drawn followed by 7 zombies rushing towards the cannonade ruins.
You back away from the conflagration and the gathered firefighters and pass beyond the storage shed. You withdraw back to the stairs and head to a more sturdy looking structure. Testing the door you find it unlocked and hear nothing from within.

Within is a surprisingly well appointed master suite with a large bed and chest on one side, a navigation table in the middle and a chaise langue on the the other. This looks like it’s the captains quarters when on shore leave. It is unoccupied at this time
Not seeing any traps Sheridan pops open the chest other than some once fine clothes that have become tired and well worn he finds an odd looking cloak, made of a creatures hide, and 180 gold in various denominations
Coin purses fuller and a fancy cape draped you emerge back into the dimly lit street. You can hear the pirates fighting the fire still. It sounds like it might be contained for the moment as the yelling is more coordinated and less panicked. Continuing your circuit of the town you approach a larger shack, one that someone more generous could call a barn, and peek inside.
