Olaerys rushes forward with his battle axe to strike one of the bugbears pinned behind the table. ((Assuming in 40x40 he can make it to the table without provoking an AoO.)) “Dinnertime!” he shouts in a frantic manner as he swings his axe twice.
Seeing that Olaerys and Shrek were taking care of the bugbears and it appeared that Randall was attempting to keep the newcomers at bay, Ankita turns her sights to the strange water being that just tried to attack one of Randall's friends.
Attempting a new spell, she draws the outline of a large bear in the air and casts conjure animals, immediately creating two brown bears flanking the water creature.
As her bonus action, she casts shillelagh on her quarterstaff and spins it around ready to use it.
(Assuming the bears will go with her initiative? Unless you want to roll them separately? I'll do those in the next post.)
"Meee?!" Lozak says to Randall in his most exasperate tone as the battle breaks out around them. His bloodshot eyes look twice their normal size as he sees Shrek flip the table and pin the Bugbears, as Olaerys attacks with his axe, as the Firbolg spawns two Bears. He scrambles for what to do, then targets the one free Bugbear. He almost drops his lute as he throws it over his chest, grabs one neck, and begins to play.
Magic shimmers in the air around the free Bugbears head as something fights to take control of its mind.
"Sanity, now it's beyond me... There's no choice!"
Eyes going weirdly blank, a crown of iron spikes appears on the bugbears head and it looks fondly at Lozak, looking for direction, but clearly digging the music coming his new friend
As the bears lash into Urshnora, it's clear the impact isn't quite what it should be, though it clearly pains them (it?). Additionally, the bears seem to recoil a bit as they land their blows, taking 5 and 10 hp cold damage.
Shrek will continue to press on the table, with all his might, to pin the two bugbears against the wall. Through gritted teeth, he yells out “Good one, Olaerys! Keep hitting ‘em!”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Olaerys nods to Shrek, grim look on his face, sweating and he keeps hacking and whacking and smacking. He says “Hack, whack, chop that meat…” If he downs a bugbear, he moves on to the next one.
Battle axe swing 1 : Attack: 9 Damage: 6

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Just like the Pied Piper...led rats through the streets...we dance like a marionette...swaying to the symphany of destruction..." Lozak sings as he strums, switching up the rhythm on his instrument. He points the neck of the instrument to the puddle between the bears. "Go my friend...go...crush...kill...destroy!"

"Come on now Randall!" Lozak's voice rumbles across the room, taking on a pitch much deeper and more gravely that before. "Let my thundering riffs be your boon!"
The room rumbles as music flows from Lozak's lute. As his fingers dance across the frets of his instrument, Randall, alone and holding the stairs against the Reavers, feels inspired. Lozak then levels his eyes on the Reaver that is attacking the warrior. His eyes crawl over the form...and he begins to whisper. No one can seem to hear what he is whispering...except, perhaps, the Reaver themself...
Bardic Inspiration for Randall!
Dissonant Whispers for the Reaver attacking Randall. 14 damage on a failed DC 13 Wisdom Save.

Randall grimaces as he was not agile enough to block the reaver's strike. Returning the favor, he pivots and strikes out with his spear, aiming for the cultist's guts.
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Attack: 26 Damage: 8
Watching the other reavers chuck javelins at Shrek, he snarls at them. "Heads up!" Flipping the spear over in his hand, he launches it at the nearest of those three reavers.
[BA Quick Toss maneuver.]
Attack: 23 Damage: 10 + Superiority die damage: 7

Lozak Casts Crown of Madness on the unpinned Bugbear: DC 13 Wisdom Save!

Bugbear wisdom save:

Eyes going weirdly blank, a crown of iron spikes appears on the bugbears head and it looks fondly at Lozak, looking for direction, but clearly digging the music coming his new friend
As the bears lash into Urshnora, it's clear the impact isn't quite what it should be, though it clearly pains them (it?). Additionally, the bears seem to recoil a bit as they land their blows, taking 5 and 10 hp cold damage.
One of the Reavers engages Randall at the top of the stairs, lunging with its serrated sword:
Attack: 9 Damage: 9
The other 3 launch javelin at Shrek from the balcony:
Attack: 5 Damage: 6
Attack: 21 Damage: 4
Attack: 22 Damage: 7
(Urshnora was hit by 1 bite and 2 claws for 15 damage)
The 2 pinned bugbears try to push the table back to get out from behind it:
11
(Shrek does not need to contest as an 11 will not move the table)
Shrek will continue to press on the table, with all his might, to pin the two bugbears against the wall. Through gritted teeth, he yells out “Good one, Olaerys! Keep hitting ‘em!”

Lozaks mad bugbear growls at at Urshnora and swings it's morning star with anger. "No hurt music friends!"
Attack: 12 Damage: 5
It misses the water creature fairly badly. Nerise flees, taking advantage of the distracted fathomer. Urshnora proceeds to dodge
