Olaerys keeps running, bringing out his battle axe. ((Let me know when he reaches them / can enter the fray.))
You are there. You can attack the necromancer, or run by to get to Randall and assist him next turn (though you would provoke an attack of opportunity)

Wheezing and gasping, Melchor nonetheless has enough discipline to make a cupping motion, accompanied by a number of harsh words of power. A small sphere of whirling green gas materialises in the palm of his hand before hurtling towards the Necromancer…
Melchor has cast Chromatic Orb, in the form of a whirling sphere of poison… Attack: 7 Damage: 18

So that would have been him healing for 10 and outright killing Olaerys. You equalled his AC and were 1 HP over what you needed to kill him. Clutcccch.
Melchor's spell surprises the necromancer with its potency but only long enough for him to realize his own demise.. "Noooo. The Eye! I can't die now! Arggggghh"
The skellies don't seem to care, and continue pummeling the defensive Randall:

Fr'reona lowers her head slightly as the muscles in her legs start to bulk up. She takes a deep breath before her feline agility kicks in and she moves as close as she can towards Randall.
If she makes it to randall she extends her right hand and places it on his forehead as she closes her eyes reciting these words.
"May the loss of blood and spirit of this sole stop then retract back into it's vessel so he may once again stand and fight along side the one's who stand with him." as she casts cure wounds

Otherwise she takes the dodge action hoping to get to randall next turn.
Olaerys steps forward to swing at one of the skeltons, trying to avoid getting flanked by them and handling them one at a time if possible with positioning in the room, but distracting their attention away from the Randall rescue effort.
“Back to the ground with you Mr. Bones!”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

Melchor makes a grasping motion towards one of the standing skeletons, his eyes drifting towards the Necromancer to make sure he’s not faking his death..
As Fr'reona darts over to heal Randall, she comes perilously close to 2 skeletons, who swing at her as she does so:
Attack: 5 Damage: 7
Attack: 7 Damage: 8
She avoids their attacks and heals Randall, almost stabilizing him.
Panga's arrows hit him as does Melchor's spell, dropping 2 of the skeletons. Olaerys chops down a 3d. There is 1 left, fairly wounded. ( Need a death save from Randall). The remaining skellie swings at Fr'reona, again:
Randall comes to with a gasp. He is lying on the floor, the sound of combat all around him. Useless in the dark, he rolls to a crouch and digs in his pack for a torch, fumbling to light it in the dark.

You lit the torch to a scene of complete chaos. Bones are everywhere and you are half wrapped in the tapestry you pulled down. You see one skeleton in front of you engaged with Olaerys and Fr'reona, with Melchor and Panga about 80 feet away, near the now ruined body of the necromancer. Shattered glass lies all over the floor, the remnants of the crystal globe you grabbed and threw. The group looks pretty worse for wear.
You do see some cubbies carved into the wall behind where the tapestry was that contain various gems and coins.
(I believe there are a few other actors before my turn, but I will attempt to move closer to the necromancer and see their condition, assuming there is no imminent threat of skeleton at that point.)
