The half-orc shouts defiantly. "Do you think even if you defeat us, the Bringers of Woe, that you will be permitted to live? We serve Larrakh, who is more powerful by far, and he serves the great prophet. We have the town's leaders under our thumb. You will never leave this tomb, or this town"
Shrek's nauseously green skin temporarily glows crystalline white upon Fr'reona's gracious healing spell, but quickly turns a bruised brown and red color after the half-orc successfully connects with his attack. The sweat pouring off his raging body causes the half-orc's weapon to partially slide off his body (raging resistance to damage...), but the blow still causes substantial damage.

Shrek quickly drops his halberd onto the floor, pulls a javelin from the carrying loop on his back, and hurls a javelin at one of the fleeing bandits (assuming at least one of them is < 120 feet away):
Shrek's well aimed javelin hurtles through the air like a missile, taking one of the bandits in the leg, breaking clean through the other side. It does not kill her, but she isn't going anywhere on that ruined leg.
Randall calmly approaches the wounded bandit with his shield and spear up. "Ok now. The games are over. Surrender and you won't be harmed further."

While Randall takes control of the room, Shrek grabs his dropped halberd and marches around the room, looking for any further cultists who might be attempting to run into the room (Perception: 22). He’s placing himself on guard duty. If he senses no further cultists on the way, he’ll start taking deep, calming breaths and try to calm his racing heart down (aka he’s de-raging).
