Since the warrior is on his last legs, Estelle will trust in her companions to kill it. Instead, she will step back and begin a prayer of healing (this will take 10 mins to complete).
She clasps her hands in front of her, glowing with blue and silver light that spreads and grows, illuminating the dark corridor. The ends of her hair lift, the strands swaying gently as soft power pulses between her fingers and tiny clusters of stars form around her. If she is able to complete the prayer, everyone within 30 feet will receive 13 healing.

The last phantom warrior falls leaving just the group and Lord Soth in the room. Thorn will cure himself for 11
Soth nods at everyone. "I thank you for your aid," he says in his hollow voice. "Though I admit I could have handled them with my own power. Tell me, what brings you to Argynvostholt?"
Those who don't speak with Lord Soth notice the room appears to be quarters for Argynvost's men. There are two beds, the remains of four beds, as well as a closet.
Bral considers the man before him, "We realised that we are in search for something in this manor. I believe it will be in the highest tower. Waiting for us. It will be important in the fight against Strahd."

Soth pauses. "I see. Perhaps destiny has brought us together to defeat Strahd. Still you have your task and I have mine. I will not hinder your ability to reach the farthest tower."
Baudric, you search the room and find three sets of armor, three swords and four potions that appear to look like liquified iron.

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Baudric gathers up the potions and moves back towards the others, "Does anyone know of a way to determine what these are? Besides drinking one and hoping for the best?"
Amelia vanishes her weapons and approaches Baudric. "Those look strange," she remarks. "Let me see." If he'll let her, she'll take a potion and inspect it.
(Does Estelle finish her prayer of healing? If so, who all gets the 13 points of healing? I feel like I was around just about everyone, including Rose and Thorn and maybe even Soth but your call) "I can also try to inspect one. My mom is a fair hand at minor potions."
Estelle you finish your Prayer of Healing and you can divvy the healing how you want.
Bral you remember seeing two staircases that ascended to the next floor. You need to go south and take a right. Before the stairs there is a guest room and two ruined bedrooms.
Before the starcases On the way you do remember seeing a door that leads into the Northeast Guest Room.

Amelia looks up. "Okay, we really need to hang on to these." She hands the one she grabbed back to Baudric. "These things'll make you resistant to just about anything if you drink one. Only lasts a minute, though, so we'll need to use them wisely."
Bral looks back into the room, "How about you hold on to them for now? In the meantime, let's check out these last couple of rooms on this level before carry on up."
With that, Bral opens the door to the northeast guest room before heading inside.

The armor is chainmail.

"Well," Bral replies to Baudric. "That would require someone with knowledge of such things. It's never been my forte though.
If there's no other business to take care of in this room, I suggest we move on."
Bral steps back out of the room and begins looking around for any signs of where to go next.
