"As I said, his name is Buddy." Robin says with a smile, patting the head of the stone-looking dog. She glances up when asked about how she got here. "Yes I was a student." She says a bit sadly. "On my way back home from school one day though I was surrounded by some sort of fog and then, poof, I was here." She glances out at the landscape passing by. "I don't know if I passed through a portal I didn't see in the fog, or if it was that fog itself that brought me here, but I haven't been able to find a way back home since."
Bral looks away from Robin before looking back, "Sorry, I was a little distracted keeping an eye on our surroundings. Sounds like you arrived the same way the rest of us did.
Although, as I understand it. There should have been more coming through with you."

The ruins aren't far from Argynvostholt and Ez drives the carriage south into the wilderness. Despite being off the road, you make it to the ruins without incident.
The trail hugs the river for several miles. The dirt and grass soon turn to marsh as the trail dissolves into spongy earth pockmarked with stands of tall reeds and pools of stagnant water. A thick shroud of fog covers all. Scattered throughout the marsh are old peasant cottages, their walls covered with black mildew, their roofs mostly caved in. These decrepit dwellings seem to hunker down in the mire, as though they have long since given up on escaping the thick mud. Everywhere you look, black clouds of flies dart about, hungry for blood.
The fog is much thinner on the far side of the river, where a light flashes amid a dark ring of standing stones.
Below is a map.

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Baudric looks around swamp distastefully, "This looks unpleasant, we should probably leave the wagon solid ground so we don't risk it getting stuck. Wish we had some more light, though," his spear suddenly bursts into light and he almost drops it, "This divine magic is going to take some getting used to."
"Now, what are we wanting to find this Baba Lysaga for?" Robin asks as she frowns at the muddy paths leading into the village. She wrinkles her nose at the buzzing flies swarming all over the place. "Looks rather unfriendly to guests if you ask me..."
"Thank you," Bral says after receiving the casting of Robin's spell. "If I remember correctly,we are here not for her, but something that should be around here. Maybe it was in her possession. Though I can't remember if it was a weapon, a source of knowledge, or both."

"Hmm..." Robin says with a frown. "Will we just know it when we find it then?" She asks, glancing to the others. "I mean, those are pretty broad details to go on." She looks out to the light seen on the island. "I suppose that light is a pretty noticeable something around here, do you think it is what we are after, or a signal we need to follow to get to the something we are here for?" She lays a hand on Buddy's head as he moves up to stand next to her.
First you pass a group of abandoned cottages. As you approach this cluster of ruined cottages separated by low stone walls, you see a short stretch of dirt road that has remained intact.

Baudric stays towards the middle of the group, lending his light to everyone, "It's a sword, apparently its located near a kneeling woman who died too young and the master of the marsh knows who that is. I guess just find her and ask?"
Amelia pinches the bridge of her nose. Because you never know what might be lurking inside, that’s why. Also, this is two-way communication. You can respond.
"Well, seems like that section of road is different than others we have seen here." Robin mentions, motioning to the stretch of dirt road that has remained intact. "Might be a good indication it leads to the master of the marsh." She glances over to the others. "Unless someone has a better idea, I suggest we head along the road there."

Keldon starts looking confused. “Sorry, there’s a lot happening. It gets overwhelming. Sorry. I’ll do better. Sorry. It’s a dog! Um…”
Keldon reaches out to let it tentatively

"So this is where Baba Lysaga lives?" Bral says as he jumps down from the wagon. "Do you reckon that light is where she is?"

"Before we go in..." Robin says, starting to cast a spell...
She casts Fortune's Favor on Bral. "This will give you a bit of luck for the next hour." She explains with a soft smile.
She then casts Gift of Alacrity on herself.

Keldon wanders after the group, petting the stone dog as much as he can, and getting a bit lost in it.
“A sword sounds helpful! Are there people here to point it out?”
Keldon looks inside the nearest cottage. “Hello?”

Keldon hears Amelia's voice in his head. Don't just poke your head inside a random abandoned cottage!
Keldon backs up. “Why?”

Keldon, you don't see anything, but you hear your voice echo back," Hello!"
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Keldon tilts his head. “… hello? Who’s there?”

No. That's just what sound does.
