Yes, I meant Robin for the post about turns. Rose is an NPC and she goes with the rest of the NPCs. 

The skull Lysaga is riding in only fits one medium-sized creature. 

As for reactions and stuff like Counter Spell, feel free to write a short post saying you want to use it, even if it's not your turn. 

You can also add your reaction in the post that's including your turn and I can go back and reupdate what happens. 

If you still want to use Counter Spell for this turn, feel free to say so and I can redo Walter's action.

The firebolt hits Lysaga square in the face as she screams and curses some more. 

I still need actions from Bral and Amelia. 

Belated AoO from Amelia:

Attack: 26 Damage: 9 psychic

For her actual attack, she'll manifest two more daggers and throw them at Baba Lysaga.

Attack: 21 Damage: 7 psychic
Attack: 12 Damage: 7 psychic

Seeing the witch fly up into the air, Bral aims his hand crossbow and fires an arrow at her. He takes a moment to channel his ki into his weapon.

(Bonus action: Kensei shot.
Attack: 26 Damage: 10 plus 2 piercing damage)

He then quickly loads another bolt into the crossbow, and fires again.

(Attack: 9 Damage: 8 plus 2 piercing damage)

Bral's first shot rips through her hand and she screams but the second shot misses. 

Amelia's AOO barely misses as does her other two attacks. 

Bleeding, Baba Lysaga curses before releasing a fireball at Rose, Bral, and Amelia. Rose, did you want to use that Counterspell? 

Yes Robin will counterspell.

OOC: I messed up and forgot to include Keldon's shot against Lysaga.

Robin's attack hits, as does Keldon's hand axe.  Bral's first bolt hits but his second attack misses, as does Amelia's two attacks. A bloddied Lysaga moves out of the Moonbeam and tries to throw a fireball and Robin's Counterspell goes off, canceling it. 

Walter casts Cure Wounds on Amelia to heal 10 hit points. 

The hut will move toward the group and use its Root attacks.

Root vs. Bral - Attack: 26 Damage: 35

Nensie casts Cure Wounds at 3rd level on Robin - 15

Ale casts Cure Wounds on 3rd level on Bral - 17

In the Creeping Hut, everyone is inside with Ez pointing at the Green Gem. "We need to remove it." Either give a strength check to remove it or an attack roll.

Since Bral is at the bottom of Initiative, Robin go ahead and make your next attack as Lysaga is on her last legs. 

Robin casts misty step teleporting away from the house. She then sends a blast of fire up at the hag...

The root attempts to attack Bral, but he twists and dodges out of the way of its attack.

Rose, unfortunately your firebolt misses. 

Keldon, you're up. 

Keldon runs to the gem to try to remove it

Keldon, you're still on the ground. If you want to go into the hut, you'll have to make an Athletics check to get inside.

Bleeding and hurt, Baby Lysaga curses one last time and flies away in her giant skull. 

If anyone has any reactions to try and stop her, go for it. 

In that last turn, Bral, Flynt, and Ez manage to pry free the gem and stop the hut from moving. 

(If the hag is within 90 feet of Robin, when it is Robin's turn, then Robin will do the following... Robin can also move 30 feet towards the hag, if that gets her within 90 feet of her.)

Baudric tries to get as close as possible and casts dispel magic on the skull to stop her fleeing.

Baudric your DIspel Magic doesn't work and Lysaga continues to fly away.
