"Time to settle some family affairs it seems Kulogall, rest easy I'm your huckleberry." Elwyn says grimly, thinking of the dead and innocent children.

Ariana only stands beside her friends meekly, not fully grasping the drama before her, but is ready to defend her friend.

Gorik sees the fight as an opportunity to release his frustration. Looking at the supposed adversary, Gorik announces "I find it unfortunate to engage in a fight I don't believe in. But it seems you're in our way... thus, you're in my way."

Kulogall looks to the side at Gorik and says “Gorik, Xolo is the one who engineered putting you behind those bars, he would have sold you into slavery.”  Kulogall barely gets this out amidst his rage and gritted teeth.

The initiative order is as follows:

ROUND 1

Kulogall is up! Followed by Ruby, then Wake.

Kulogall steps forward slightly in between Ariana and Gorik to get at his brother.  Powerful sorcerous energies are welling up within him, almost uncontrolled in his anger and in coordination with a lightening strike and as he shouts the word "XOLO" a huge O shaped warbling mass of energy shoots out of Kulogall's mouth towards his brother.  He has no heed about the harm that may come to Xolo, his anger is so great toward him, powered by the storm.  As the energy comes out of his body, he flies up and backward 10 feet as if his body is recoiling from the release of power.  He ends up toward the back wall of the cave, panting heavily.

 Chaos bolt :  Attack: 18 Damage: 15 

The type of energy that hits him is thunderous, an enormous crack of lighting hits and an immediate thunderous sound is heard throughout the cave.

Kulogall - The chaos bolt slams into Xolo with a deafening BOOM. As the after effects of the lightning strike fade from your vision, you see Xolo laying on the ground. Smoke rises from his still form. He coughs suddenly, raising a shaking and smoking hand as he says, "Brother... I'm... I'm sorry..." The hand drops and he lays still... Only the gentle sounds of waves lapping at the shore can be heard... Then Xolo makes a noise. A sort of gasping choke. More noises that you come to realize as laughter. Xolo laughs deeply and raises his hands to wipe tears of mirth from his eyes, "I'm sorry, but you'll have to try harder than that if you wish to stop a chosen of Umberlee." A wave crashes around him but instead of receding, the water swirls beneath his body. Xolo is lifted by a twisting column of sea water that sets him gently on the wet cavern floor. He looks to you with hands on his hips and a self-satisfied grin.

Wake will raise his shield, presenting the holy symbol of Selune to Xolo. Focusing the bright eyes of Selune and seven silvered stars in judgement over Xolo.

As a sphere of comforting Twilight Sanctuary expands from him, he shouts to Xolo in blatant mockery,

”You? A chosen? A lesser son and magical hack? The ***** has certainly lowered her standards! The Silver Lady looks down on both of you and laughs!”

Ruby is definitely wary of going head first into this fight after seeing that Kulogall´s attack didn´t seem to do anything. She will try to throw a dagger at him while he´s talking to Kulogall.
To hit: 9 Damage: 6
After that she will take out her shortsword, ready to follow anyone who decides to get in close combat with him.

Kulogall hoarsely croaks from the back of the cavern "Get him!"

Wake - Your icy words seem to have struck a nerve and Xolo scowls at you, "There is no moonlight at the bottom of the sea, cur! Let me show you the depths of your folly!"

Ruby - The dagger zips through the air, just missing Xolo and embedding itself with a THUNK in the hull of the wooden boat behind him.

Daveth will draw his longsword and wield his shield before charging forth to engage Xolo in melee combat. His boots splash in the shallows as he approaches and swings his longsword twice. Both attacks strike true, but you see that his blade draws only seawater from Xolo's body, not the blood you would expect.

Arcing lightning crackles from Xolo's eyes and crawl across his body to his hands. He steps around Daveth and thrusts his hand toward Wake with a cry of fury, casting lightning lure.

Wake must succeed on a DC 13 STR Saving Throw or be pulled 10ft closer to Xolo and take 8 lightning damage.

Daveth Twilight Sanctuary: 8

Elwyn is up! Followed by Ariana, then Gorik.

"Slippery one that brother of yours." Elwyn says and swiftly summons a tentacle of spectral force coming up from the water behind Xolo, wildly thrashing at him.
Elwyn then aims his tentacle-shaped wand at their adversary and unleashes a blast of crackling blue energy before bolting himself for the cave entrance to the west, taking cover for any retaliation.

Wake sees the lasso of lightning crackle towards him and braces himself as best he can.

He feels the lasso tighten and calls upon his Inspiration for another chance.

Elwyn - The tentacle lashes Xolo across his back, drawing a pained snarl as the eldritch blast impacts his chest. More sea water sprays from Xolo's form as he takes the damage.

Wake - The lightning arcs across the dimly lit cavern with a CRACK. You feel the electricity coursing across your body, but also the gentle radiance of Selune's sanctuary protecting you from it. You break free of the ensnarement with little effort, sending the lightning crawling across the cave floor before fading to nothingness.

Ariana is up! Followed by Gorik, then Kulogall.

Ariana steps forward, swinging her quarterstaff at Xolo. She then channels her Ki to perform a double kicking strike to his chest.

Movement: South 5ft

Ariana - The quarter staff misses Xolo by a hair's breadth. He turns aside, flowing like water to dodge the swing. The kicks find his chest and connects solidly. His form feels strange under your foot, as if you have to strike through an inch or so of water to touch him.

Gorik is up! Followed by Kulogall, then Ruby.

"Slavery? What a vile move. This Xolo, you... Xolo, no such acts will ever take place again!"

Gorik wields his mighty not stolen but recently acquired willingly without issue blade of justice and moves in to attack.

Kulogall maneuvers to the space in front of Wake to get a clear shot at his brother, sending a bolt of fire down his arm, as lightening and thunder crash around them.  "Relent little brother!  Yield!  I could always best you!"  After his attack he moves back behind Wake again toward the rear of the cave.

Ruby will nimbly slip past Daveth to get behind Xolo, quickly stabbing him in the back with her shortsword.
