Kulogall - Your firebolt threads the needle between Wake and the door frame, it smashes into a skeleton in the corner of the room beyond. Flames billow through its ribcage and briefly light up the room.
Skeleton 3 will charge Wake and attack with its shortsword: Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Skeleton 1 will nock an arrow in its bow and loose it at Wake: Attack: 21 Damage: 8
Skeleton 4 will do the same: Attack: 18 Damage: 13
Skeletons 2, 5, and 6 will retreat to the darker corners of the room and skulk in the darkness: Dodge
Elwyn is up!
All - Wake has half-cover from ranged attacks coming from inside the room due to the skeleton in his face.
Elwyn backs up to get a better line of sight before placing the hex on the closest skeleton, and thereafter blasting it with his wand. "We just need to remember to look beyond the skeletons." Elwyn calls out.
Movement: One square west Bonus action: Place hex from the last fight on the closest skeleton. Action: Eldritch blast: 23 Force: 5 + Necrotic: 5
Ariana - You smash the skeleton with your staff, knocking its lower jaw away. A follow up kick overwhelms the magic that has animated it and the skeleton crumples to the ground.
Ruby, not having that many options to help from this position, will move right behind Wake saying: "Wanna close the door on them or charge in? I'll be right behind you if decide to go in."
Wake will take the fight to the skeletons, hoping they focus fire on him.
Movement: East 5’ and Northeast 5’. If allowed, Northeast another 5’ squeezing between Skeleton 1 and Skeleton 4 to get them to turn away from the door.
Action: hopefully a more controlled swing of the warhammer at Skeleton 1.

As it reels from the blow, you notice a blue light emanating from a section of wall behind the skeleton. The light seems to be getting brighter.
Kulogall - The firebolt spears forth with a crackle. It strikes true, illuminating the Skeleton in the corner from the inside as the flames blacken its bones. It still stands, but it looks badly hurt.

Skeleton 4 will follow suit.
Attack: 9 Damage: 6

Wake's new armor proves a valuable acquisition as the cellar rings with the sound of weapon blows on steel from the mob of skeletons. Only one has managed to do him any harm and not much at that.

Movement: One square south Bonus action: Place hex on skeleton 5 Action: Eldritch blast: 8 Force: 10 Necrotic: 1
Ariana steps into the doorway and quickly scans the room. Seeing Wake surrounded, she slides behind one of the skeletons to flank it. She performs a spin kick on the skeleton and finishes the momentum with a punch to the jaw.

Ariana - Your staff misses the skeleton, but your follow-up kick rips a chunk of the ribcage away. The final punch to the skeleton crumples its scapula and knocks its sword wide, causing it to miss Wake.
As it reels from the blow, you notice a blue light emanating from a section of wall behind the skeleton. The light seems to be getting brighter.

Ruby will follow wake in, going between skeleton 1 and 4. "Well, let´s try out the longsword." She says to herself, taking it in both hands and slashing the skeleton before her.
Ruby - The weight of the longsword is a bit unfamiliar to you and the swing just misses the skeleton.
You notice a blue light emanating from a section of wall in the northeast corner of the room. The light seems to be getting brighter.
Wake, Ariana, & Ruby - The blue glow in the northeast corner of the room intensifies and suddenly goes out. A section of wall slides away to reveal a hidden chamber. A hunched corpse wearing a pointed hat and dressed in a robe embroidered with mystic symbols crosses through the hidden door. Thin wisps of beard float from its bony jaw. It raises a finger, tracing arcane symbols in the air. In a hoarse voice, it speaks: “Secrets found and lost then found again. Your paltry minds cannot fathom …”

Elwyn
Daveth
