Celus eyes Silas and drops the shadow blade on his hand. "So.. Silas? My name is Celus, I too serve the gods, in my own way. You take direct orders you say? How is that, though. Do you hear voices or things like that?" CelusΒ΄ voice is dry and somewhat monotonous and the sentences are short but come out slowly. It is clear that he still is suspicious. He completely ignores the statement of Silas also being on a quest to save the prince.

A large smile crosses Silasβ face. βI havenβt been alone that long, my friend.β He says with a chuckle. βSome do, I suppose, but for me itβs much more personal than that. Having devoted my life, my decisions are the result of thier direction. I turn left because they will me to turn left. Wherever I end up is where they intended me to go.β
Silas smiles largely βIts much simpler this way!β
Looking around at the skeptical looks, he continues...
βI supposed trust is a quality earned. If you would allow, I would like to say a prayer of healing for all of you.β
Og says to Silas, "Gratitude for the healing. We've lost a couple of companions down here and it's not exactly easy to know who is friend or foe down here, as you would probably know. So we've been through quite a bit. You seem friendly at least, and we have no ill will either, otherwise we could have overpowered you easily, so we have no hostile intentions. We just want to keep moving. We're on an important mission and cannot delay. So tell you what, we were headed in the direction where you just came from. If you wish, you may be on your way now and I'll give you a few rations to help you along. However, if you're willing to give us information on what lies ahead that would be better. If you're even willing to act as a guide and lead us safely through the passage, then I will share a little more about our mission and you can decide your next course of action. Of course, only if my friends agree. What would you prefer to do?"

Og wants to trust you and you seem friendly, but experience has taught him to treat random people with a certain degree of skepticism.

βI am very sorry for your losses. Of course Iβd be happy to heal. It will take me just a few short minutes, but first I can tell you that back there...β Silas throws a thumb pointing in the direction behind him β...are three paths, go straight and you will be led out of here. I didnβt not see where the left and right paths went.β
βHave you by chance...β Silas said reluctantly β... come across anything that would aid me in my charge?β
"Solar I am Honor," the red skinned tiefling introduces herself in a heavy accent, imagine Eastern Europe, giving you a curt not. "You don't remember anything from that way," she asks him curiously pointing in the direction he came from.

Silas kneels and begins a praying, casting Prayer of Healing. His hands making slight gestures as if molding invisible clay.
OOC: Iβm unclear if I roll 2D8+3 or if each person rolls it for themselves. This is my first spell caster, but I assume the former. Assuming Iβm right: 14, otherwise, please disregard my roll.
OOC: that is correct for healing (even if itβs multiple people benefiting from the heal) I always make the spellcaster roll. Also remember that becauase youβre a Life Cleric your healing spells do an additional 2+spell level. Or in this case an additional +4.
Og interjects, "Silas, by saying 'the way out here' are you saying the *Entrance* to this place is just ahead?! Did you see tracks similar to ours leading to one of the passages? You wouldn't miss a Goliath's boot prints."
Og will lift up his massive boot, showing treads on the sole have geometric shapes that a dwarf mountain climber or miner would wear..
Silas you noticed the groups tracks going down the leftmost path. Thatβs about all you saw as you soon became distracted by the noises of battle and went to see what was happening.
OOC: Underdark is Honor's favored terrain not really sure how she could have gotten lost or turned around like this guys?! *Your group can't become lost except by magical means.* No clue at all!!

Honor heads south away from the entrance where Grim/Silas came from following there old tracks to regain the trial of whatever we thought was the prince, hopefully, who is still alive.
OOC: Do you require new perception/investigation rolls? Are we again going to encounter the original dangers? Any way possible to 'fast forward' to where we were before mistakenly going the wrong way?

"So not straight then? Honor.. Left or right?" Celus opens his book discretely and takes a few notes as the cleric says his prayer of healing.
