OK, initiative order is as such (Fin I thought I had written down a 19, and it now seems to have changed, so I am going to stick with 19. If you disagree let me know and I'll put you second to last as the half orc rolled a 1 lol)

Fin holds his javelin aloft, shield barred in front. These three were foolish enough to stand in a close group with no approach to concealment. M.O.M. would be proud of Fin; this was a textbook engagement. Wait for the first move and pounce.

Effulgyn is not so sanguine, thinking, ‘Why is it every other creature we meet seems bent on attacking us?’ His chin lowered resolutely, eyes shooting daggers at the insouciant man commanding the assault. The young wizard shouts magic words, “Jid-floygif!,” and a saucer-sized snowflake swirls into existence, bats its pretty eyes at Effulgyn, then, snarling angrily, whirls at the human, and hit or miss, then explodes into icy shrapnel, endangering all within five feet. (OOC: ice knife. To hit: 19+4=23 for 1hp piercing damage (bummer!). All within 5’ must save vs DC12 or take 7HP cold damage. Rolls made in character sheet.)
The human uses his hand to brush off the snowflake with one hand, as if brushing dandruff off from his collar, but a sharp edge gets his finger in the process and explodes the snowflake into a rainbow of shards that cascade all around him. The ferret is able to move out of the way, but Domash and the Gnome (Hunh Le) take the shards full on.
Avrais within close proximity of the ferret but seems to step right over it in order to get better aim at the half orc--it's as though she is going after someone her own size. She aims one dart at his face and makes contact with his neck--it sticks out almost comically, an inch or two from his adam's apple. Her second dart is a crit (!) and like a bullseye, hits his adam's apple directly. He croaks in obvious pain, stumbling forward but still upright.

Yesrora, still partially hidden behind a rock, aims her shortbow at the only enemy she has a clear shot on: the snarling gnome with the mace. She aims for the area on her chest not covered by leather and, slowly exhaling, watches the bolt find purchase in the exact spot she was aiming for. A blossom of blood surrounds the wound as the gnome staggers backward, clearly wounded. Satisfied, Yesrora retreats once again behind her rock (hide bonus action), relying on the sounds of battle to alert her of when it is time to come back out and engage.

It's the gnome's turn. She ignores the bolt sticking out of her chest and makes a dash at Avra, more than twice her height and perhaps more than four times her weight, mace in hand. The gnome's athletic ability is pretty impressive: to the casual observer, it almost looks like she ran up Avra's leg to aim the mace at her head. She manages to swing the mace twice, once in either direction, hitting Avra both times. Avra looks a little worse for wear coming out of the attack, as blood runs a bright red rivulet out of both ears.
Updated map is here. Fin, for your held action, a 9 would be a miss on the gnome, but let me know if you want to do something else?

It's now the ferret's turn. He scurries up Avra'sfoot, ripping a shoelace so her boot is now loose and her step is off, before running back into a bush and hiding here. (Mechanically he has given advantage to whoever attacks Avra next, and has taken the hide bonus action).
The human, seeing what his ferret pet has done, smiles gleefully. "Well done Goodroy," he says, stepping in with his rapier and twirling it indulgently. "Now have a taste of this!" he steps forward and stabs Avrain the chest. She drops instantly, blood now pouring out of her chest and out of her ears. He disengages with a twirl and twirls himself back behind the gnome and the half orc.
It's Domash's turn. He is staring almost shocked at Avra's unconscious form, almost as though he kind of wants to go help her. Instead, he rubs his eye and within a fraction of a second, he disappears, having cast the invisibility spell on himself.
Thus concludes round one. To recap:
Avra is the only party to have taken damage but unfortunately everyone picked on her and she is now down.
The gnome has taken some damage, as has the half orc, but the half orc is now invisible.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fin rushes forward, placing himself next to the fallen Avra. Set two against one, it was clear that the field needed to be manipulated if they hoped to survive. At the end if his short rush, Fin stooped low and brought the edge of his shield down into the ground. An arcane spark surged, and a great blast erupted from the impact.
((Move to square D18, then cast Thunderwave from Magic Initiate directly to the right: DC 13 CON save vs. 7 thunder damage and pushed 10' away, half on success with no movement.))
((Let me know if you agree with the ruling on being able to direct the blast of the spell. I think it's seen some controversy in the past based on mechanical summary and description text. Some say it's a cube centered on the caster, others say it's a directed cube 15' away from the caster.))

Since the spell's description says it "sweeps out from you" I have always assumed it's 15 feet from self, meaning in this case that from D18 you'd get Effy. If however you got to D19 instead I think you could get the Ferret, the human and the gnome (but sadly also Avra, who you might insta-kill). If you moved 20 feet to D20, you could get the human and the gnome but you'd be flanked when they start their turn...

Fin rushes forward, calling out to Kord once more, "Help me again, Kord, Father of Victory!" An unseen cloud seems to pass over the sun, leaving Fin, Avra, and Effulgyn untouched and seemingly radiant.
