 (To storm: I'm well aware. But one, she's not try to kill them. And two, I'm not entirely sure how many are within 5ft of her atm other than the One. So, all the more reason to default to the attack that does better minimum with the presumption of their being only at the time within 5ft of her.)

Seeing another fall to the Kenku and glimpsing the other too dazed to properly act, Idoza grimaces but refused to give up the fight just yet. So if able, she snags one of the Zhent's discarded daggers, only to strike at her assailant with the pommel. Or if it seemed too risky, she had just as few qualms about decking another bird man. Then digging deep, she called out one last word of power to restore Drux, before calling out sharply, "Get it together, and strike them scaled one!" 

 Action: Fist of Justice(Unarmed Strike) at Kenku that attacked Idoza.
To Hit: 22 For: 4 (non-lethal)Bludgeoning Damage.

(If Idoza would reasonable be able to snatch up a dagger instead as a free action, here's the alternate damage rolls: 7(plus 1 if a crit)) 

Bonus Action: Casting Healing Word on Drux at 1st level for 4 Hp.
(Using Voice of Authority(Details in Spoiler) so Drux [4real this time] may, as an immediate reaction attack the closest Kenku to him at disadvantage since prone)

Drux, swears at Kenku, attacking with abandon.

Gruk lets out a battle cry, and attacks the most wounded kenku.

Gruk's axe falls like thunder upon this kenku, its blade shining in the sunlight through the cracks of the roof of the warehouse.

Although not one to relish taking advantage of anyone, be they friend or foe, Idoza rushes the one struck by Gruk while it remained distracted by the Orcish fellow. Yet in the last few seconds, she has a bit of a change of heart, as she cannot help but call out "Hey!" almost in time with a hard left-handed punch to its head. No matter the outcome of her attempt, she barks at any that remain standing afterwards, "Drop your weapons and surrender, Avians. Before you make things far worse for yourself."   

 Action: Fist of Justice(Unarmed Strike) at Kenku that Gruk attacked. (if able to reach it. If not, she'll go for the other)

Gruk whispers to Idoza (free actions can be used on any turn right?)

"Can we please kill them once they surrender? Please?"

Idoza just shoots Gruk a disapproving narrowing of the eyes and shake her head, before turning back to the Kenku.
