“Cat, are you sure? Ya just got some new equipment AND a shield. You’re generosity is noted, but I don’t want ya taken advantage of either.” And with that Drux leans in to sign as well. “Thanks.”
Although clearly not surprised, Idoza had grimaced a bit all the same. "It's a small price to pay, Luv. If all goes well, we'll be able to earn it back in no time... Once we get the place fixed up of course." She said to Drux. Then on that note, if there was any more signing to be done, she would do so.

She tilts her head in askance. She could be generous. But at the moment she was just being practical. "No thanks needed, I was just being practical. You can pay me what you owe me later."
"It appears that's all, ma'am. Have a nice-" Piers' eyes go wide "You mean the Blackstaff? That is quite important; good luck to you."
As they exit the courthouse, Piers asks the group to make a slight detour to a local market/shop, where he purchases a saddle (deducting 10gp from my sheet, don't want to hold the game up by RPing the purchase.) He's adamant that it not come with reins.
Once they leave, the druid gives a smile. "Now, then. Shall we be off to the Dock Ward? I've never done this before, so stand back a moment - I'm actually quite anxious to finally try this out!"
He breathes softly as his form shifts - his brown hair forming a flowing mane, dark tan skin becoming soft brown hair. A strong-looking riding horse stands before the party, a saddle mounted properly on his back. He bends down a bit, allowing a rider to get on.
Cat watches with amazement when Piers does is wildshape she reaches over and pats his head "Um, good boy?" Not sure how to react being that Drux Gurk and Idoza would be walking if she, mounts Piers.
Although a bit confused at the earlier request, and even more so afterwards when reigns are kept out of the equation, Idoza found herself simply going along quietly with things twice over, curious to see the fruition of the druid's intentions. Taken aback just as clearly as some, it took her few seconds, but eventually she smiles and holds her own hands to keep from joining in petting Piers.
"Not sure if I'd feel comfortable riding a comrade anywheres, Luv. At least outside of an emergency. But, I do appreciate the offer." She says to Piers, then looked to the others and makes a sweeping/uplifting gesture from them to the Porse.

Cathern shrugs "We'll have to get a cart for this to be effective Piers. So we can all ride." She looks at place Piers just shopped at to see if there are any buggies. wagons and such for sale something cheap, maybe a buck board.
Wagon, Cart, a cart is 15gp Wagon is our best bet it's 35gp and can carry all of us . but it weighs more
You sleep, resting from the adventure the day before. Your dreams are not pleasant however, haunted by the creepy doll you found, who kept repeating "Hope I don't wake up!". However, you wake up, and head to the Mermaid's Arms, a semi-reputable establishment. It's near empty except for some sailors drinking away their sorrows already. You see a man by the bar, scrubbing glasses.
"I guess we walk to the Dock-ward. Lets try and get back before dark."
The horse shakes his head at the wagons and leads the group toward the Dock Ward, either with Gruk or Drux on his back or unridden if neither of them wish. He trots ahead of the group and then back as they walk, seeming to enjoy this new experience.
Once the group reaches the Mermaid's Arms and the rider (if there is one) dismounts, the horse prances about, giving a final blink before its form revers back to that of the human druid, Piers. He laughs joyfully. "Oh, I should try venturing out to some of the fields around the city, run free for an hour~" he muses, folding the saddle back up as he steps toward the door of the tavern. "In we go."
"Thanks, for holding the door. But I wouldn't mind joyriding. but, should I get some chaps and a funny hat, spurs and a riding crop Piers?" She says with a mischievous smirk.
"Sounds good. There's still plenty of cleaning up to do once we're back." Idoza remarked as the group made their way to their next destination. Along the way she had intended to clue in those that were less familiar with the city on the various wards and what to expect of visiting them for the most part. Otherwise, she had been content to walk in companionable silence.
Upon eventually reaching their destination and seeing Piers revert, Idoza found herself smiling awkwardly at the man's enthusiasm. "Just be sure to get the locals approval, if not make them aware of your intent, least some get it in their heads to try and wrangle you." She warned before following the others inside.

"I wouldn't say no to the hat, but gods help you if you poke me with spurs or hit me with the riding crop. Why do you think I didn't get reins?" he winks.
To Idoza, he nods. "Would be a good idea, yes."
The druid takes a look around the bar as the group enters.
Cathern innocently laughs "I've spent some time in a stable listening and watching from a hay loft, when I was a kid. I wouldn't do what the Stable master did to horses to you like having them gelded."
" She nods to Idoza's comment
"Yes the round about way. Buy a few drinks listen to the mans stories and slowly find out more about him like a frog to boil. Sometimes being straight forward can get you killed in this town. But most-likely people simply clam up when they don't know you."
Cathern approaches not sure what to expect, she looks for a seat at the bar. She smiles at the barkeep. "I'll have an ale."She shows an electrum but waits for the results of her askance, before she gives it. "Nice place." she compliments.
"Ahh, taxes~" the druid sighs, signing the deed. "Thank you, Cathern."
