Krull is pissed off not because they attacked them but because the spider used them as guards to the entrance..(bonus action rage ) "Knock them out but don't kill them" says and attacks with K.O the closest one target his wings (first attack 11 to hit for 7 points and second attack 13 for 7)

Krull Sees the Griffon diving for the groups, donkey and Droop as he misses then throws K.O, nicks the Griffon's tail 

-7 1 The wild Male Griffon lands trying bite Attack: 24 Damage: 5 the donkey and cease it in his claws,  to carry it away, Attack: 8 Damage: 15 cart, Droop and all. 

2 The wild female Griffon launches itself from its nest, circles looking for a victim, spurred on, by the smell of horse.

3 The juvenile Griffon, flies back to the nest.   

4 Watches with hunger.

Killing the donkey 

Margret manifests an echo of herself, projecting it adjacent to the male griffon (on the ground). (OOC: WE have not had a long rest yet, correct?)

Talon swiftly strikes the offending griffon, summoning Booming blade to sheeth the griffon in energy: To hit: 24, damage: 9

On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack’s normal effects and then becomes sheathed in booming energy until the start of your next turn. If the target willingly moves 5 feet or more before then, the target takes 1d8 thunder damage, and the spell ends.

(The group had a long rest, then went into town (Even with the Zombie Ogre fight.)

Did you approach the Griffon? I don't think you can cast spells thru the echo.)

Rabbit clenches her fists as the donkey is killed and carried off. "You ok Droop?"  She focuses on the griffon that had attacked, casting Chill Touch at him. 
(Spell Attack: 14, Damage: 8; if hit it has disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of my next turn.)

"What?!" Is about all a preoccupied Droop could get in between attempts at reigning the donkey in before the chaos. By some miracle he'd managed to grab hold of the back of the seating after nearly falling out of the cart altogether! But after a garbled mess of explicitives and cries of alarm, he finally sees griffon in full enough to yell out, "NO FAAFO!", before letting go and dropping, hitting the ground fairly hard. "Where. Giant. Bird. From?!" He says breathlessly while scrabbling around in the dirt, fetching his bow and what remained of his quiver of arrows to start retaliating at the father birb!

(OOC: I presume DM will roll the fall damage. But that aside, assuming it doesn't take him an Action to gather any of his things that would've also fell from the cart, he'll perform the following below.)

Bonus Action: Cast (1st level)Zephyr Strike on self.

Movement: Spending half to get up from prone, then moving 15ft AWAY from Peter father Griffon.

Action: Short bow Snipah, saving the day~ (Targeting Father Griffon for both)
(Short-Range, Lethal)Shortbow - Attack: 19 Damage: 14 of nonmagical piercing and force. (Activating Zeph Strike for adv. and bonus damage.) 
(Short-Range, Lethal)Shortbow - Attack: 12 Damage: 9 of nonmagical piercing

Movement(remaining): If a place of cover is visible/within 30ft (such as a boulder, the mine entrance, etc), scrambling towards it. No AoO's provoked thanks to Zephyr Strike. Otherwise, moving to stand behind Krull.

(OOC: Burning a use of Fury of the small to add another 3 piercing damage to that 1st shot as well.)

Calithor moves up behind Krull and touches him on the shoulder, "Have at 'em my friend, do your worst and show them what it means to fight a real warrior!"

He then moves away and tries to find some cover from the flying menaces.

Action: Heroism On Krull: Get 5 temp HP which regen every turn.
Bonus Action: Bardic Inspiration on Krull: add 1d8 to one chosen ability check, attack roll, or saving throw for the next 10 mins.

Krull: You are not afraid and feel bolstered 

Krull boosted by Calithor mentally and magically targets the male griphon but this time aims to cripple him as a retaliation for killing their donkey..He thinks 'its a beast and can't go against it's nature 'He will attack recklessly with K.O for the first time and then he will try to hack its leg but not kill it(first attack 16 to hit for 6 damage and second 15 to hit with Calithors inspiration for 9 damage)
