The party may act in the order that they are able to post, once all have acted I will post for Lorghoth. We'll continue in this way until combat has ended.

Ankita turns herself into a starry form, her joints glow as small stars and they are connected as in a constellation by glowing lines in the form of an archer. Her body becomes luminous and a glow emits around her. Once this is established, she brings her hands together and fires off a guiding bolt towards the large monstrosity.
Ankita - The constellation-like bolt flies across the chamber and hits the monster. It roars again, shaking dust from the ceiling and its form is outlined by points of light, linked by glowing lines.
All - Whoever attacks Lorghoth next can do so with Advantage.
Zindarik - Your hand axe flies across the chamber into one of the stone beams supporting the ceiling. It falls into the water below with a SLPASH. You can retrieve it by moving to the space on the map indicated by the X and making a successful DC 10 Investigation check to search for it (free action to search, find and retrieve the axe, though you wouldn't be able to make an attack with it on the same turn that you find it).

Baldwin takes to the air and flies 35 feet towards Lorghoth (5 tiles West, 2 tiles north) and hurls his dart at the beast. He then moves 15 feet (3 tiles east) to roughly where Hofaen is.
Hofaen seemingly ignores Zindarik’s advice, his Orcish blood starting to course though his veins. He briefly kisses the sign of Tyr at his wrist casting magic weapon on his warhammer as he starts to stride towards monstrosity.
“you will feel TYR’S JUSTICE, YOU WILL SUBMIT TO THE SCALES”he begins to scream as he narrows the distance.
He swings the hammer high bringing it down with all the venom he can muster
Baldwin - Your Dart strikes true, burying itself in the creature's side.
Hofaen - The warhammer crashes down on the monstrosity and it howls in rage.
Lorghoth the Decayer will lash out at Hofaen with its amalgamous fists. The first delivers only a glancing blow but the second connects solidly for a vicious strike.

ROUND 2
The party may act in the order they post. Also, I should have mentioned that the water is considered difficult terrain unless you have a swim speed.
Baldwin flies off the dais towards Lorghoth in order to not have his shot blocked by the ailing Hofaen (1 tile North, 3 tiles west). He then let's out a loud screech as he fires his javelin towards the monstrous form!

Baldwin then banks around and back to the dais, retracing his flight path

Edited my last post to include an advantage roll. A miss I'm sure.
