T1 attacks Fast and misses 

Miho misses two short swords against t1 

T4 has no idea what's going on 

 Ralo uses phasmatic killer on T2 and scares him, he moves back

T3 shoots Ralo with a heavy crossbow grazing his shoulder

Verde moves in front of Ralo and uses his breath weapon  on T3 and T4

Round 2

Fast slashes at T1 for a hit

T1 retaliates with a short sword that misses 

Miho slashes T1 twice making him bloody 

T4 charges at Verde hitting him with his mace

Ralo's illusion fades as he throws a dart that fails to hit it's target 

T3 moves over to help T1 making two mace attacks at Miho, one hitting

T2 moves behind a table and fires a shot at Verde, the bolt hits his shield bouncing off of it

Verde holy smites the thug that attacked him using his last spell

Round 3

Fast misses T1 with his strike

T1 gets a good SMACK at Fast but his second strike does not hit

Miho makes two attacks at T1's newly found support both blows missing

T3 the DM screws up the initiative order and he makes two mace attacks at Miho both hitting

Ralo using toll of the dead finishes T1 as a bell rings out

T4 seeing how bad of a situation he's in surrenders 

T2 fires a bolt at Verde missing 

Verde slams his shield into T4 as he lies on the floor, hurt, but still alive

How are we so bad at this game?

'Ya know,' Fastolph mentions to Miho after he got hit but manages to dodge the follow-up attack. 'Maybe we oughta discuss group strategy next time before we go chargin' in.'

He twirls his sword back around. ''Cause we can't be failing this bad with just some run-of-tha-mill scummy bandits.' He moves in closer to attack T3. 'No offence there, buddy. Just business.'

OOC: Please stop for a second. Verde did not slam the T4. You said the T4 surrender. First of all i said "the one that shoot". Secondly it would be very against my character, good paladin nautre, to attack someone that was afraid. 

The whole point was to move to T2 and slam him 

Ah my mistake, it takes all of your movement but your still 10 feet away

The thug takes both blows looking weaker but not to bad,

"Nice hits," Miho says to Fastolph and tries to help him. She attacks T3 with her swords.

Both slashes cut into the Thug leaving him bloody,

FYI I'll be out of the country this weekend so I'll probably won't be able to post something until (late) Sunday evening. If combat is still going over the weekend, Fastolph will do the following:
HP 18/28
AC 18
Attack nearest thug: +4 attack modifier, 1d6+2 damage
If HP < 50%, use Second Wind as bonus action: 1d12+3 HP recovery.

Anything else regarding roleplaying I'll fit in retroactively come Sunday

Ralo throws a well-aimed dart at the thug shooting verde.

The dart flies forth digging into the thugs partly exposed shoulder,

Now his turn he takes another shoot at Verde Attack: 14 Damage: 5

The thug by Fast and Miho now bloody makes two attacks against Miho with his mace 17<ignore this

Mace1:Attack: 12 Damage: 8

Mace2:Attack: 19 Damage: 4

A crossbow bolt hits Verde armor as the thug retreats as far as he can,

The first mace swing misses Miho with a powerful swish, as the thug goes in for the second hit it straight into your stomach  

Verde is up

OOC can i use my protect reaction on Miho's thug ?

"When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. You must be wielding a shield."

Verde will try to get as close as possible to shooter. If he can reach him he will try to slam him with shield. If no then he will use his all actions to move 

No she's not within five feet of you and neither is her attacker, it will take your action to dash leaving you with only a bonus action left

Ok, Fast you blow is wide miss the thug thought weakened still manages to avoid your blows

Angry, Miho slashes twice at the nimble thug.

Attack 2: 23 Damage: 4

So Miho, important question, lethal or non lethal

With a good slash across the leg and other hit with the swords handle bar to the jaw the Thug claspes
