“Well gentlemen, we appear to have some sort of conjugation magic happening behind door #2 and necromantic magic behind door #3. Not sure if that helps in determining where we go next, but that’s what I can tell.” And she leans her ear against door #3 and to see if she can hear anything more, Perception: 24
Ankita - Aside from the moaning you hear the slow gait of multiple sets of feet stepping, sliding, and slapping about the room beyond the door.
Remi - Beyond door number one you see that much of this room has fallen in, with the debris field mostly burying a stone sarcophagus that was looted years ago. Nothing of interest remains.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Are the Door 3 moans the good kind of moans or the bad kind of moans? Perception: 3
Also, would Rhogarr know anything about necromancy in relation to the Dread Three or how to deal with it? Religion: 10
"My friends, I fear we will have to choose a door and battle our way through various trials and tribulations beyond. Gods, I hate the sewers. I knew there was a reason I was glad I was never pushed to come down here."
Rhogarr - You doubt anyone would consider the moans coming from beyond that door as good. As for the Religion check, your experience with the Dead Three thus far has consisted of Bane's followers torturing a man for fun and Myrkul's Master of Souls preparing a corpse for resurrection as a zombie. Both acts likely performed to appease their respective deity.
"I'm not sure about the conjuration magic Ankita, but the necromancy magic coupled with that incessant moaning suggests we have undead on the other side of door number three. Any way you could send in your fiery pet to wreak havoc in there before we enter."Damian suggests to the Firbolg.
"Afraid not, Damian, but he can go in first when we open the door."Replies Ankita. "What's odd is I hear a lot of motion going on, like the undead is either dancing or marching?" She readies her staff and her fox, "No time like the present"and she opens the door to #3
"Waaaiiiitttt aaaaa minnnnuuuuuttttte" comes out in slow motion from Remi's mouth as time momentarily stands still. He's still looking in the caved in section of door one when he hears Damian and Ankita in the periphery and it doesn't sound like a good situation. He turns to look down the hall...
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Dylan - If you decide Damian is close to Ankita when she opens the door, he would definitely either stop her or move away as soon as she went for the door knob. :-)

"Let's get Master Turnuroth and that shield of his over here before we open this door Ankita. Remember what we talked about, you know, trying not to disturb things down here." Damian says, motioning for Rhogarr to get into position before Ankita opens the door. (Str check: 8)
If it isn't too late, Ankita would stop if asked to. So depending on where she is from your standpoint on opening the door, I'll roll a strength check if you think she has already started and Damian physically stops her, but if she hasn't opened it yet, she would stop. And say, "What? We need to keep moving forward right?"
Damian heaves a sigh of relief as the extremely strong-looking Firbolg decides to listen. "Thanks Ankita. Now I agree we need to be sure there are no cultists hiding beyond that door, but perhaps Master Turnuroth could stand by the opening with his shield while Ankita sends in her fiery friend and the rest of us hold the door so that it will open just a little bit." Damian suggests.

Remi walks down the hall with his torch, goes to the first door and examines it, looks it over for traps. If none are found, he will open it.

"No, wait, Ankita!" Damian shouts from the back, but too late.

Damian - You could attempt a STR Athletics check contested by Ankita's STR Athletics check.
Ankita - If you want to open the door despite Damian's protests, please make a STR Athletics check.

All - Since Ankita said she would stop if asked, she does not open the door.
"Oh right," she winces with the memory of the yellow spores, and backs up from the door.

Rhogarr will absolutely stand between the door and the party, shield raised, but he will cast guidance on Ankita first.

Remi will stand near the hinge area and lend his strength to the effort and prepare to Hodor.

All - Are you all planning to knock a hole in the door so Ankita can see or hold it slightly open?
(If that is feasible, yes :-)
