Damian's eyes widen as hellfire engulfs him, sending him crashing down to the temple floor, his frail body charred and broken. He finds himself for moment in a numbing cold snowstorm among moving glaciers and icebergs, a dark shadow slowly approaching. The next moment he is looking up at Ankita standing above him. Not today, he thought, giving the firbolg a quick but grateful smile.

All - The Devil's body disappears in a puff of black smoke. Suddenly, a hidden door next to the dais is kicked open and a barrel-bodied woman with strong hands and forearms steps through. She gives you all a look of utter contempt as she rolls up the sleeves of her dress. She sees the greasy black smear that used to be the Barbed Devil and remarks, "Enjoy your demotion Odius, you pathetic worm. I guess I'll have to handle this personally."
Red lightning crackles around her hands and arms and her eyes turn black as tar as she scowls at you all!
Samuel sticks to his tried and true tactic for this combat; allowing his friends to serve as distractions. He rotated behind the Barbed Devil and stabs into the spine of the beast. In an anticlimactic action, the devil simply disappears into a puff of smoke.
Recognizing the newcomer as a threat, Shrek immediately rushes 10 feet to the west (2 squares...to the top of the dais at the starred location) and reaches down with his halberd and pokes Thalamra twice in rapid succession:
“You’re wanted by the Flaming Fists, cease and desist now!”
Remi steps to the right of Thalamra, effectively flanking her with Ankita and attacks with his short swords. Then he steps back to his current position with fancy footwork.

Damian backs up to get a clear shot and sends a beam of hellish red crackling force towards the traitorous .Thalamra Vanthampur. "Surrender or die Thalamra!"
Damian - Your eldritch blast hits, knocking the wind from Thalamra's chest but she does not surrender.
Thalamra will sneer at you all and say, "You are in my domain! Your bones will rot in these sewers as your souls fuel the infernal warmachines of Zariel's army!" She will then disengage and retreat southward through another previously hidden door.

Ankita - Entering the hidden shrine, you see that this room is lit by a pair of tall wrought-iron candlesticks in the northeast and southeast corners. Nine candles burn atop each one, casting flickering light across a claw-footed altar carved from a single block of obsidian, and which has a small angel-shaped flame erupting from its top.
You find no evidence of traps.
When you step through the other door you see that it leads to a network of sewers that stretch far to the east and west. There are multiple pathways leading off of the main branch you are now standing in. Thalamra is standing next to you.
You also see a pair of Cultists in black robes and golden demon face masks walking along the tunnel to the east. They are carrying smoking censers and Thalamra shouts to them, "Kill these intruders!" The two toss their censers and draw scimitars as they charge at you!

NOTE: The sewers have small 2.5ft ledges on either side of a central gutter than runs down the middle of them. If you are trying to jump over the gutter it is a DC 10 DEX Acrobatics or DC 10 STR Athletics check to succeed. A failure will see you fall prone in the gutter with the... floaties. There are small bridges that cross the gutter at intervals throughout the sewers. You may cross these to reach the opposite ledge as normal. You may not move through another character's space if they are on the 2.5ft ledge.
NOTE: The Cultists will act after Thalamra in initiative order. Ankita may finish her turn.

I'm not exactly sure where Samuel is, but guessing Shrek will be one square behind Samuel as the sewers appear to be tight quarters and we can't pass through each other's squares. I'm thinking Samuel is one square to the north of Ankita, and therefore Shrek is one square north of that (more to the center of that new room).
Remi - The second shortsword attack manages to pierce the hard leathery hide of the Devil.
