Gnirk moves down the stairs and into the room for 30ft of movement, towards the fleeing Bug Bear 2. He will not stay 10ft away if BB2 is closer then 30ft. He makes sure to keep a clear line of fire between him and the BB2. With a speed that is uncanny he casts two Fire bolt spells back-to-back using his quicken ability. Aiming them both at BB2. If gnirk cannot see BB2 after moving into the room 30ft., he will take a Dodge.
Gnirk knows if he does not show a Bug Bear that he can hurt them right away, that they will try to physically dominate him and then make poor Gnirk their *****. So gnirk always hits them as hard as he can when encountering Bug Bears. People who have not lived in goblin society would, most likely, not understand this.
Allian runs down the hall "Stop attacking we have what we need an emissary to whatever group they belong too." Just for fun he casts slow (120ft range wisdom save 15) if he can still see the fleeing bugbear within range
”I have captured one already, so we have an emissary. Trust me on this, new friend Allian. Bug Bears only know displays of physical dominance. You not going to get any where by being nice with them. Someone needs to grab that one that is held before he breaks my spell!”

Spass will move as fast as he can to catch up to the other one, Striking it if possible Slicing himself with his rapier first to activate his Crimson Rite. 5 (Damage to self) 25 (To hit) 6 piercing + 3 radiant
Taxzan will move towards the one that is paralyzed, drawing one of his shortswords and holding it towards the bugbear. At the same time he makes a few noises and his drake comes along next to him.
If the bugbears moves or acts aggressive if the spell drops both will attack with non lethal damage.

Any attempts to end this peacefully seem to have no effect on the bugbears, as Spass stabs into the bugbear's heart and Gnirk hits with one of his fiery projectiles. The fleeing bugbear turns around, pulling out a morningstar and clocks Spass in the face.
