((Let me know your thoughts on this, how it resonates with your conception of Mielikki, but I think they may have a main temple located in a or near a major city, but that isn't the true nexus of power within the order. That may be a smaller, quieter retreat deep within a forest, that is only visited by those of the faith. Of an entirely different scale and aesthetic, but as if the Vatican was the outward facing main temple, but a quiet villa in the hills of Italy is really the heart of the faith? Without any conspiracy theory tinge to it though... more of a this temple is for interacting with the rest of the world, and this temple is for us interacting with the Lady?))
Yes, that makes a lot of sense.
((I'm thinking in the Human Lands, but towards the borders of the Elven lands where Coljin grew up.)) That works for me as well, Let's have it be not too far from where he actually grew up.
((If you want to provide a name and race for the main priest of the religion, and Coljin's overall view of them, I'm happy to leave that in your hands.)) The Head Priest for the church will be Archbishop Tommas Alumnor, Half-Elven male. Coljin feels the church and it's leaders are doing a good job, he has no issues with them.
((Would also remind you that clerics get access to sending at 5th level, so that is a spell Coljin would be able to prepare and reach out to his church leadership directly.)) Sending...Yep. I would not have thought of that. He will do that.
"Yes, Please keep me and the others up to date with anything else you find out...This is all disturbing."
Once all the talk of 'prophecies' is done, he shows Kreldoran some magic items.
He brings out some items from the gnome ruins, from what seems so long ago. "This is an air freshener or sorts. I don't need to carry it around any more. This is another item from there. It's a one use item. Set it outside, turn it 'on' and then it sends calls down lightning to the area as an attack. I haven't used it yet, and can't see using it soon. I'd rather trade for something a bit less forest-fire-ish." He shrugs. (I'm not really doing well keeping track of magic items on him...need to look stuff up and add it to the sheet! I know there was more from bug fight and others. I will search.)
I'm assuming there wasn't anything intended to be in the bottom spoiler?
((Is Archbishop Alumnor based in the forest temple, or the more urban location? Is there a clergy member of note at the other one who would be a close advisor/second in command to Alumnor? Has Coljin met Alumnor himself?))
"Air freshener you say? Suppose there's places it might be useful, be interesting to study how it was enchanted anyway, may be able to learn something from the ancients... same goes for anything else you found there."
((Is there any particular type of thing Coljin would want in return for trade?))

Everyone but Ulmwin wraps up their meetings with Kreldoran, and you say your goodbyes, not just with the elderly wizard, but with Zokk, who seems delighted by the wooded surroundings, and a rare appearance by Tess and Holger, who keep their distance from the rest of you, his chaos affliction seeming to have drained his reserves of strength. Gordon seems to be otherwise occupied with something, and doesn't turn out to send you off.
Randy, Coljin and Dornikal meet up with the monster hunter crew (minus the young wizard who accompanies Ulmwin back to meet with Kreldoran), and you set out on the road, the wagons creaking under the weight of the preserved hydra and bulette parts, the horses seemingly eager to be back on the road and away from the charred, bloody clearing.

Ah, sorry - I figured Ulmwin's chat concluded. He'd probably wish the girl luck but leave them alone for the interview - Lest there is something to be said/done there still?
Sorry to make that confusing, I was envisioning Ulmwin's taking later in the day, after the others had already met with him and headed off, since Ulmwin is sticking around to bring Vaduta back once he meets with her, but it would be just as easy for Ulmwin and Kreldoran have to met earlier in the day too, and he just brought her back after the rest of the party joins up with her parents and heads off.
Either way, Ulmwin has some quiet time at the tower while she's meeting with Kreldoran, and he feels a presence knocking at his mind, projecting an image of the outside of the wizard's tower from various angles, and projecting a sense of apprehension at the thought of approaching closer.

Trade wise he'd ask if the mage had anything that would up his resistance to certain magics he was more susceptible to. (like bad saves to Con/Dex/Str saves)
Ulmwin, assuming he is no longer required, will excuse himself for a moment, and head outside. A little distance away from the tower, glancing around once again, trying to broadcast back his own thoughts to the curious watcher.
"There, would you be brave enough to go in if it's with me?"
Randy will talk with Coljin about their respective finds in the cave. When the subject of the Masquerade tattoo comes up, he shows interest in it. "Do you think you want to use that for yourself? It could come in handy being able to change your appearance on short notice."
Randy gratefully accepts the tattoo. "Thank you, Coljin. I think I can find a way to put this to good use. Or, at least, an entertaining one." He finishes his sentence with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.
Whoopsie glances at Dornikal, "Ggem supplier is old Frezzleborstt. Hhis hands aren't as steady as they were, so do some of his repairs and gives me a deal on stuff I can usee."
Coljin:
Kreldoran ponders your needs, and rummages around in some cabinets, sending his mage hands and unseen servant to search as well, the latter returning with a polished stone bobbing in their invisible hands.
"Ah-ha!", he exclaims, coming up at the same time with a cloak draped across his hands. He shakes it out, and sneezes on the dust.
He has two possibilities he'd be willing to potentially trade for items the party no longer wants or needs, or will never reasonably use. A cloak of protection and a stone of good luck (luckstone).
Ulmwin:
You get a sense of hunger from the presence that you know is in a bush a short distance away. Apparently the smells of Kreldoran's breakfast were more appealing than the bugs and berries that it had been subsiding on in the forest here. You catch glimpses of vibrant, alien vegetation, flitting creatures that taste much better than what lives here.
((Roll a d20, 11 or over he's at least heard the name, 16 or over, he's actually interacted with Frezzleborst.))
Torfelna: Home to the Torfelna Academy, this city is renowned for attracting scholars and artisans. Among the jeweler’s guild, you found many who already offered casual prayer to Dumathoin, but you worked to establish a small, dedicated following within the guild itself, even converting an unused storeroom into a chapel, and are confident that they would continue to meet and offer praise to your god after you departed. You picked up on some whispered rumors of folks going missing within the city, but most people seemed not to mind too terribly much, as it was largely beggars the poor.

Ulmwin can't help but chuckle slightly in a jovial manner, and reaches for his backpack to go for some of the "nice" rations in there. Which is at this point, mostly some jerky, together with some nice honey- Although he could probably mix it up depending on what it seems to prefer.
"That does seem a lot nicer than just going by what you can in the forest, doesn't it? I could cook you up something proper sometime too. Or if you dare join me when we get to the city, I bet there will be plenty of tasty specialties there."
You can't help but think back to past dishes you've made and other things you've enjoyed, and find an answering surge of interest. As you pull free some rations, you see movement that at first you think is just a shifting of the vegetation, but as the color shifts and frills and wings tuck back against the body the very texture almost seems to change as you see a tiny brown little dragon peering back at you with interest, it's eyes shifting to the food in your hand and you feeling a sense of hunger and something between a question and a demand.
((Its ability to camouflaged is somewhat more akin to an octopus than a chameleon just changing color. Ulmwin could have sworn that it was just a bit of shrub and leaf a moment ago.))
((Mechanically, they have a bonus to Stealth checks made while on a natural surface.))

Dornikal walks along side the wagons, on the alert for whatever it was that was following them the day before. An invisible deer or something...?
