If there is no movement, nothing stirring, they may as well try as they have daylight to help them, Ida thinks to herself. "We will need to move quickly, and as quietly as possible, but speed will take the priority. Let's get across the water to the ship, keeping eyes on both the water for creatures and the sky for arrows. Darwin, if you don't mind, I'd like myself or Agnarr to carry you so that you are facing behind us to keep an eye on our backs as we move. We can strap you however is most comfortable and cut the strap if needed. But you'll be safe and be able to keep a better lookout."
Hamish starts to take slow steps across the land bridge he pulls up from the water, letting the confidence and solidity he feels with his friends guide the magic through his hands and into the water. He stays focused on the magic, somewhat oblivious of his surroundings, but makes sure he is in the center of party when they start to cross so he can't be caught totally unawares.
Aoi casts dancing lights. Three glowing orbs appear, and Aoi spaces them 20 feet apart. They extending 60 feet in front of the party towards the opening in the hull, illuminating the interior of the ship as they approach.
It takes a few moments after the image enters as it is, after all, silent but then you watch as, illuminated by Aoi's spell, projectiles rip through the image's form
Hamish crouches and summons the memory of a cooling breeze on a hot day from his past, which coalesces through magic into a faintly glowing armor of force. He let's more energy well up in his hands, ready to launch magic while Darwin manipulates the illusion.
"Agnarr if you could make something happen that could possibly put the fear that a mighty god were angry at this attack... Some lightening? Something coming from the skies?" Ida whispers to Agnarr as she looks for the quickest escape route.
Agnarr shrugs, 'Sure' and steps forwards five feet away from the party towards the ship. He reaches one hand out and draws on the energy he can feel buzzing in the sky above.
A loud crack of thunder erupts from the point of his hand. Birds erupt from the treeline in response.
"They are speaking in draconic. They view the magic as filthy and believe the illusion to be real, which scares them because they thought the elf was dead. They also have a master that they are waking. They may have said more but that's all I caught, the voices were too jumbled."
"Ten that we can see, and they are scared. A master that could hold any level of power. We are out in the open. We can try to rush in and reduce numbers or we can try to use the illusion to keep them scared, but they will easily see that it isn't real if they get closer " Ida whispers to the group as she contemplates what's the best plan. "I say we go in, take them by surprise, fight if needed but take away their range with those arrows. Agnarr? Aoi? Hamish? Darwin?"
"I trust your instincts on this Ida", Darwin says quietly with a nod. "I will tell Caper to leave, so he isn't caught up in the fighting", he adds, and does exactly that.
He then protects himself with frosty armour, ready to follow the others into the ship.
"I dislike the idea of turning my back to anyone with projectiles, so I'm all for going in and taking them on." Aoi speaks quietly and gives a slight shrug of his shoulders. "Darwin trusts your instincts Ida and while I haven't been with you all long, I also believe in your judgement."
Aoi pulls out his longbow, ready to start firing if the rest of the group agrees with Ida's plan.
"Hamish - are you in agreement? If so, I'd recommend Agnarr and I heading first, Darwin protected behind us, and Aoi coming in with you in the rear to keep us each able to attack if they want to surround us. We can all run in together, weapons drawn."

The party approaches the ship by the land bridge crafted by Hamish
No threats appear. As they approach the ship, they can see a section of the hull has been removed to create a large door.
The half of the ship that is beached is approximately 200 feet long and 75 feet wide
Aoi casts dancing lights. Three glowing orbs appear, and Aoi spaces them 20 feet apart. They extending 60 feet in front of the party towards the opening in the hull, illuminating the interior of the ship as they approach.
Darwin sends the illusory person into the ship.
It takes a few moments after the image enters as it is, after all, silent but then you watch as, illuminated by Aoi's spell, projectiles rip through the image's form
Darwin winces as the image of the elf gets seemingly torn apart, even though the projectiles pass through it.
Suddenly the elf grows bigger, with a frightening visage. After that, a booming voice calls out, "Who dares attack me?!"
(OOC: Darwin will alternate between manipulating the Silent Image and casting Minor Illusion. A clunky effect, but the best he has)

A loud crack of thunder erupts from the point of his hand. Birds erupt from the treeline in response.
He steps back and watches the opening.
How close to the ship is the party?
You hear confused and mildly panicked gabbling in a language that most of you can't understand coming from inside the ship.
Darwin shrugs to the other's, not sure what is being said on the ship, before Caper's thoughts intrude on his own.
"Ah", he says very quietly.
"Go and see how many you see, but be careful", he instructs Caper telepathically.
The small Faerie Dragon then makes his way into the ship, whilst Darwin himself carries on moving the illusion .

Caper informs Darwin of the presence of 10 small draconic creatures dwelling in the chamber directly inside the ship.
Darwin holds his hands up with his fingers and thumbs spread, indicating 10.
”Should we rush them or talk?”, he whispers.
