[Any type on that damage? Canon's rage is resisting piercing, slashing and bludgeoning so he might not take all of that damage. Even if he does he'll only be just under half hp (10/21) and has stone's endurance available, so you can take that into account in deciding whether to use a 1st-level slot.]
(Best remember that, unless the DM is running it differently, the healing word slot is lost once it gets back to that PC's turn. Readying a spell uses the spellslot and is simply wasted if you do not use the spell before your next turn.)

(I believe that Marius started holding it last turn waiting for someone to be hurt, so when Canon got hit, he would have immediately used the spell, which would have resolved just before his turn began, so I'd say the spell was not wasted.)
[Oof, bardic inspiration probably won't get that roll there, so I'll hold it]
As both their swings miss, Canon shouts some encouraging words of his own, "Hey Jedavii, we've got this!"[BA: spread the bardic inspiration love] Meanwhile, the weasel continues to nip at the creatures.
Robin draws a dagger and throws it at the remaining enemy. She is clearly not overly skilled at this form of attack though, as the dagger goes no where near the creature. Rolled a 6 in the game log for the dagger attack.
Canon is struck with a critical hit, dealing him 6 slashing damaged (reduced to 3 thanks to his rage) along with 3 fire damage. Jedavii suffers a hit as well taking 1 slashing and 4 fire damage!
[Jedavii, you've got a bardic inspiration die which I think couldn't fail to make your concentration save, if you want to use it for that. If you're saving it for something bigger, well, carry on...;)]
"Nice work, little guy!" Canon cheers as the weasel lands the finishing bite on one of the creatures. Then he winces as the other monster hits him once again, and returns the favour with another swing of his axe.
The steam monster manages to avoid the hit from Marius' psychic spell, but in doing so it strolls right in the path of Canon's axe and is cleaved right in half! Its vaporous body fades away in mid air. The weasel, ever reliable, keeps nibbling at the last of the steam monsters, who appears to be on it last legs!

(Four is slashing, four is fire)
[Thanks; so he takes 6 total and is at 12/21]

Yes. Marius then shouts words of encouragement to Canon (Bardic Inspiration d6) and interposes himself between the monsters and any remaining injured.

Jedavii's swing unfortunately goes wide, but Marius is able to heal Canon's wounds the instant he is hit, then offers him some bardic inspiration!
5 hit points to Canon.
And with that, it is now Canon's turn!
[Are your d4's loaded? ;)]
Renewed energy rushes through Canon as Marius's spell heals his scalded skin, and he swings once more at the monster.
[greataxe: 22 for 6 slashing damage]

[bite: 16 for 1 against Steam Monster 1]
Canon swings and misses, but fortunately the weasel does hit! That last bite disperses the steam monster! There are now only two left.
It is now Robin's turn!
Robin draws a dagger and throws it at the remaining enemy. She is clearly not overly skilled at this form of attack though, as the dagger goes no where near the creature.
Rolled a 6 in the game log for the dagger attack.
The dagger does unfortunately miss! The last two steam monsters attack with desperation. One goes for Canon, the other for Jedavii.
Vs Canon - Attack: 22 Damage: 9
Vs Jedavii - Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Canon is struck with a critical hit, dealing him 6 slashing damaged (reduced to 3 thanks to his rage) along with 3 fire damage. Jedavii suffers a hit as well taking 1 slashing and 4 fire damage!
It is now Marius and Jedavii's turns!
Jedavii concentration save: 9
The steam causes Jedavii to shut his eyes, losing focus. The force vector at the end of his hammer dissapates! (Lost conc on divine favor)
He reels and takes another swing at the steam monster nearest him! Attack: 14 Damage: 7 piercing damage
Bump for Marius!
Marius' eyes flash as he directs a psychic spike at the other monster, keeping himself between the injured and the monsters.

[greataxe: 14 for 7 slashing damage]
The weasel chitters happily, then takes another nip at the remaining enemies.
[bite: 25 for 1 piercing damage against Steam Monster 2]
Save: 3
The steam monster manages to avoid the hit from Marius' psychic spell, but in doing so it strolls right in the path of Canon's axe and is cleaved right in half! Its vaporous body fades away in mid air. The weasel, ever reliable, keeps nibbling at the last of the steam monsters, who appears to be on it last legs!
It is now Robin's turn!
(I'd love to keep divine favor going. Thanks Canon!)
Sounds good!
Unable to really do much else here, Robin takes the dodge action.
