Imras nods along with Tryvan. Like I said back at the cave, we have to stick together if we want to survive. We'll never make it if we keep running off alone every which direction.
He looks back at Bean. You told us WHERE Torla went, you haven't told us WHY she left. And speaking of survival, we need to either get back to the cave from yesterday or else find a new source of water and some food. We won't last long without those.
Then, looking over to Josiah again, you still owe us a story as well.
Josiah, Staring at the few embers left in the fire pit, Your stomach rumbles. A pain shoots threw your arm as a insatiable hunger creeps over you. You begin to look around at the Crew of The Venture, at Korrigan. At the Cubs.

Josiah's eyes go wide at the familiar feeling, one he'd hoped to never feel again, yet here it came calling once again.
Grabbing up his bow, Josiah immediately springs to his feet, evoking a prayer to the spirits and dashing across the makeshift campsite back into the tall grass, heading in the direction of his hovel and the stores he keeps there.
The prayer is him casting Zephyr Strike, which allows him to "move like the wind" and not provoke opportunity attacks for the next minute. I'm HOPING this means no one will immediately be able to stop him from escaping into the grass.
Sensing Josiah's sudden tension and seeing him dash away, Korrigan immediately springs to her feet to follow.
Only Korrigan follows, Which she immediately does. As soon as Josiah is in the grass, Korrigan is right behind him. The Cubs are too young to keep up.

Imras looks around Bean, Tryvan and Brystel. This group keeps getting smaller and smaller...
We really need to stick together. Whatever we do, the four of us should do together. The question is...what do we want to do? Do we keep chasing the crazy man, and risk getting shot at more? Or should we just head back to the cave, get some food and water, and make plans from there? Or try to follow find Torla again? Or do we try to look for food or water in this area? I vote we just go back to the cave.
Josiah, you know this area well. While not quite your hunting ground it is just outside it so there is a chance there could be a wild animal here. Unfortunately looking around you do not see anything, This early in the day. Either the animals are just waking up or have yet to pass threw this area. Korrigan, Having experienced this before is also keeping her eyes open for any kind of animal she can quickly take down for you.

Korrigan is just as lost as you are, no sign of a animal or the scent of one. She lets out a growl because she knows what this could mean.
Josiah, then it dawns on you. This is the grasslands, the only animals here are Field mice and snakes. Snakes are still huddled somewhere warm and mice are tricky little bastards who hide everywhere.

Keeping the Perception rolls, You and korrigan move into the Forest surrounding your Home. This is your hunting ground and you feel comfortable here. Only 3 minutes running threw the brush you hear Korrigan let out a drawn out growl, Indicating she smells something.

Recognizing the tone of Korrigan's growl, Josiah pauses long enough to give a short, low whistle and hand wave, giving Korrigan permission to pursue the prey and return with it.
Korrigan dashes off to your right, she vanishes into the foliage. You stand silent, waiting to hear her coming back. 10 minutes go by before you see her, She breaks threw the foliage. She is breathing hard but in her jaws is a Small, Plump Rabbit.

Bad? I thought the Campaign was goin pretty good so far.
(Hisses in your general direction and runs away, yelling Latin)
LOL!
Anyways...
While waiting for any response from the others, Josiah absentmindedly rests his hand on Korrigan's neck after briefly stroking her behind the ears.
Tyrvan watches Josiah stroke Korrigan's fur. "You seem to be feeling better...any chance you're gonna be able to tell us anymore?"
Tryvan - Half-Elf Rouge. Survival at Sea

Damnit! Not again!
(DM: Do the cubs follow, or just korrigan?)
Bean yells "god damn it" and runs over to scoop up the cubs carefully
Only Korrigan follows, Which she immediately does. As soon as Josiah is in the grass, Korrigan is right behind him. The Cubs are too young to keep up.
While running, Josiah keeps his eyes open for any kind of prey he could shoot and kill.
Perception check at disadvantage for the hurried pace: 11

Perception for Korrigan, normal roll since the hurried pace negates the advantage of her Keen Senses: 23
Dosent affect Korrigan, She is used to fast paced Hunting. A Panther may stalk their prey but they also chase them down. She has advantage.
Besides, She is running fast. Running will not affect her sense of Smell. She had advantage on Smell based perception checks.
Second Roll: 15
Korrigan is just as lost as you are, no sign of a animal or the scent of one. She lets out a growl because she knows what this could mean.

Nearing panic now, Josiah continues to run towards his hovel, hoping his stores will be enough, and that he can get to them in time.
