Gabin stays close by Landee's side in case his condition makes a turn for the worst. To the group, he says, "It might be good to get Landee somewhere safe where we can rest up and catch our breath."He rubs his eyes. "I'll confess, I am not yet well adapted to this active of a lifestyle."
Tastie realizes there is an area to the NE from the cavern they are in that they haven't checked out yet. She heads up there and sees a tucked in little space, but nothing in there. The rest of the area the group has seen.
As E'Lar gives Landee a good ol slap, he takes in a sharp gasp of breath. "Oh!! Thank you kind elf, that, wow, that feels great. Thank you kindly." he looks to be the same Landee you met back in Maerin now all healed up. "Are you guys looking for something else or can we go back to Maerin now? I've had my fill of this place."
Elirion just states at Landee, "We should search for other survivors, and more of those." She nods in the direction of the nearest body. "A half done job is just wasted effort."
Elirion raises an eyebrow at Tastie's find. "I can try to understand what it is later, if you like."
With a final glance around at the dead bodies, she nods. "Looks like we are done here, after all. Let's return to the fresh air: There's still the matter of the flowers, I believe."
Remi stands up and stretches, then grabs his side where the acid burned him. "The first thing I'm gonna do when I get out of here, is look into some new armor. And have some stew!" He pauses, looking around at the rest of them, the floor, the meenlocks. Then he says, "Well, maybe not. I think whiskey is more in order."

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Lanky seems to calm down a bit after seeing all the meenlocks are dead and goes to help Gabin escort Landee outside of the mine. "I would really like a stiff drink as well, maybe um get black out drunk as well."
"To the surface then?", E'lar asks. He'll stay alert at the front of the formation, making sure the civilian stays in the middle where he's protected (and where he can be contained if he's tainted somehow).

As the group slowly emerges from the depths of the cavern, the blinding sunlight hurts their eyes. They pause at the entrance of the cave letting their eyes adjust. As they do, they not only notice how bright the sun is, but an entire feeling has changed around the town. Looking South, everything appears physically the same, but something has changed. While you stand there taking it in, you also notice the sounds of birds and other animals that until now it didn't register that they were absent from the area.
Breathing in the fresh air, you all feel better and know that you have done good for this ghost town, ridding it of the fey-like meenlocks that had arrived during the crash of the mine and stuck around, feeding off the villagers and then travelers that went a bit wayward to their own demise. You all start walking toward the manor and past it, you see the graveyard that is located just NW of the Mayors residence.
E'lar, being a cleric of Nature itself, feels particularly at peace with the changes that have come over the town. He offers a rare smile to his companions.

Remi spots it and says, “Look, there is a graveyard over there. Interesting how everything feels lighter, better since we smashed those creatures, this place feels a bit less haunted. Should we make sure that nothing is left, check the graveyard? I’m hungry and tired, but we are right here…”

"It's seems a fitting conclusion to our mission here. To pay respects to the victims on behalf of the survivors. I think... I think we have done a great good here today"Gabin smiles for the first time since they had entered Vermeillon.

While Tastie was checking a few things out she did find 50 gp, an ivory drinking horn with platinum filigree (120 gp), and a set of goggles of night

(( If we actually have explored the entire area, happy to move on))

"Well, should we bring the place crashing down? Being invisible won't help with that, if there are still some of those creatures around!"

Yes lets check the graveyard.
E'lar nods and heads in that direction.
He seems to recall someone talking about flowers...
