At the wink, Noey just kind of blinks and is completely and utterly confu... and snaps out of it as Rhydian waves and smirks. She smiles and makes a gesture that context and body language says is rude but (unless he knows a Vedalken intimately) he cannot be sure.

Tulli, being a druid, is enthralled at being in the presence of a dryad. She's listening with rapt attention, but is too wrapped up in the moment to actually take notes.
Noey is really tired. She may have stayed up too late at the Bow’s End. She may have metabolized her morning coffee very quickly. She may find this class difficult to get excited about. Regardless, the result is that she is doing that silly looking head-nodding sudden-start thing.
