Despite a couple attempts, Jade has had bad luck with her rapier, just glancing off the ape as it shakes off the stun. And Vrawl seems to be having crises of faith. Jade took a big brutal punch, and Gurag got a glancing blow, but shrugged of the attempt to grapple. Gurag still gets to take his turn.
After that the apes go. One is pierced with Jade's arrow, one singed by Shrutsena's bolt, but neither too badly. They still think of you as protein for the little bog-monkeys back home.
((if Vrawl attempts a heal again, the roll becomes easy, whichever ally he tries it on. And success does d10+2 of healing, plus one HP for all your allies while you are outside - I made that clearer on your sheet. You are all still close together where you camped - the apes pretty much came to you))

The left side / west ape is the more injured of the two, and also the one in front of Gurag. He stabs at but the blow glances, it what seems to be a theme of this scene. The bog apes are taking heart. They attack: south at Jade 18, west at Gurag 15...
Jade gets punched for 4 damage. The other grabs at Gurag, but fails to connect...
Jade is unconscious. She has 1 rounds after this one. You can instantly recover on a nat 20, but of course Vrawl is right there with a healing spell half-cast (easy WIS roll when you keep trying)
and the party is up. Frustration has given way a certain level of determination. Each may add 1d6 to a roll one time in the next 2 turns to try and turn a miss or fail to a success.
"Do I need to heal Jade?" Gurag says, lifting his spear for another thrust.
Jade has two problems. Unconsciousness, which Vrawl is poised to address, and a hulking bog ape who equates unconscious Jade with food. With ape W backing off, Gurag could pivot to ape S without risk.

When did you say Jade was chosen? I remember asking but no answer.
never mind, search found it. I missed the answer due to <unimportant grammar errors>
So Jade gets to take an action, but does still need healing. And Vrawl can add a d6 to the above magic check, need to beat 11 because 2nd try is easy. And Gurag need not worry so much.
The unfairly fickle nature spirits finally listen to their patient and dedicated servant. In addition to the direct healing, little lightning bolts seek out injuries. Jade is healed for 7, Gurag for 1 HP. Feeling better we all hope; they are up.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bog ape west is making for the water, he dives in smoothly leaving a trail of blood behind
Bog ape south gets a sudden spear from a metal monster ten feet away. Now more than half damaged, he makes a desperate (hard) grab for Vrawl as it bolts for the mire as well
20...
Effing heck, no one is more surprised than the ape as he grabs Vrawl's long arm. Vrawl takes 6 damage, and should make a DEX save or is dragged behind towards the mire. Either way, (whether dragging Vrawl or because of the struggle) the BA only makes it halfway to the shore (about 10 feet from the assembled party).
Vrawl lays his hands on Guarg. "Sister water heal this warrior."
Vrawl tries to cast healing on Guarg.
Magic roll: 7
If it works should heal 2 hp.
Vrawl debates giving up the druid order and finding a trade......
Jade strikes at the creature nearest her again...
To hit: 13 Damage: 2

Sorry, I think I missed that I could go again.
Gurag jabs his spear again, preferably at one already injured but he will take on any that are close.
Spear Attack: 12 Damage: 6

"Do I need to heal Jade?" Gurag says, lifting his spear for another thrust.
Shrutsena sends another blast of fire at the ape on the west.
Fire Bolt: 12
Damage if it hits: 5
Going ahead to add that 1d6: 5
The western ape is badly hurt, and suddenly re-evaluating its dietary choices - it is clearly moving towards retreat.
((suddenly because the DM only now added correctly))

(Jade is chosen doesn't that mean she can't drop below 1 hp)
Vrawl will reach out again with healing magic, trying to mend Jades wounds.
"Brothers and sisters of nature heal this woman"
Healing roll: 8
If it works head for:6
Vrawl is not surprised, this land is far from his home, and the spirits of nature are fickle here.
