Mica followed close behind Meili as they closed the distance with the undead enemy, but made sure to stay far enough back to continue to make good use of his bow. He fires another pair of arrows, targeting the ghoul Meili struck before moving onto the next closest one if the first one fell.

Mica'sfirst arrow finishes Meili's work, dropping the ghoul. His second arrow also finds a home in the south-most ghoul.
The druid moves moves past Nalomanterysand plants his staff in the ground. A patch of leafy vines erupt from the jungle floor, threatening to ensnare the center-most and south-most ghoul, and the Ogre Zombie.

For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain. Nalomanterys sighs as his shrapnel is caught in some foliage, never to split the head of the rotting ogre.
He moves just within range for his ray of frost ((25 feet by my count)) to hit the ogre, who has moved up to Meili and the ghoul vanguard. With well practiced aim, a steady hand, and a recent refinement to his movements, he shoots out a powerful ray of frost at the ogre's head, hoping to freeze that useless brain of his.
The two ghouls trapped in the druid's vines struggle ineffectively, snarling from within their leafy prisons.
The northwest-most ghoul makes a beeline for Meili, raking its claws across her.
Claw Attack: 20 Damage: 8 slashing. Meilimust must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. She can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of her turns, ending the effect on herself on a success.
Another ghoul cuts through the vine patch, slowed briefly but undaunted, and comes to a rest alongside Hewbut unable to attack this round.
The last free ghoul catches the smell of wizard flesh, and dashes toward Nalomanterys.

The scratch was painful but did not seem dangerous, despite the warning. At least not immediately. Meili attacked the offending ghoul (the one above her):
In case the ghoul is destroyed before the last strike, then that last attack is going to the ogre with kicking him 5 ft back into the entangling grass.
Another ghoul succumbs to Meili'srelentless blows, as the one which had just clawed her collapses. She delivers her last kick against the Ogre Zombie.
As all of you get closer to the ghouls, you notice they all have blue triangles on their foreheads. Meili, as close as you are to them, you can see that these shapes aren't painted or tattoos... instead, they seem to hover just in front of their face. As the ghouls fall, the blue triangles fade away and disappear.
Unimpressed by her kick, the Ogre Zombie roars, a deep and hollow sound, and swings twice at her with its heavy, rotten fists.

They land in the spaces occupied by Hew, Meili, and the space immediately NW of Meili. The Ogre Zombie remains standing, lightened of its load of parasites.

The ghouls all attack, with two going after Hewand one attacking Meili. Only the ghoul flanking Hewlands a glancing blow with its claws [other attacks all miss].

Mica sees the ghouls surrounding the main group, who are already dealing with the dead ogre. Casting an apologetic look to Nalomanterys, he leaves the southernmost ghoul for the wizard to handle. He stows his longbow and draws one of his handaxes as he moves forward to stand next to Ran, flanking the ghoul that circled behind Hew and attacking it with two vicious slashes across the body. “Watch yer back, Hew. How are you holding up?”

Micacharges forward and carves up the nearest ghoul with his handaxe. [I'm not sure if Micacould quite get there, but its close enough.]

Elsewhere, the druid conjures a mote of fire in his hand and advances toward the ghoul chasing Nalomanterys. It throws the mote, striking and immolating that ghoul, which collapses to the jungle floor.
Hewignores the grubs for now, focusing on the remaining ghoul harassing him. He stabs twice with his rapier, once in the gut and once in the eye, killing the creature.

The Ogre Zombie steps back forward, leaning back and forth between Meili and Hew, its open body cavity trailing the putrescent remains of its organs and intestines. It raises both rotten fists and tries to bring them down on both of them at the same time.

Mica sees the ghouls surrounding the main group, who are already dealing with the dead ogre. Casting an apologetic look to Nalomanterys, he leaves the southernmost ghoul for the wizard to handle. He stows his longbow and draws one of his handaxes as he moves forward to stand next to Ran, flanking the ghoul that circled behind Hew and attacking it with two vicious slashes across the body. “Watch yer back, Hew. How are you holding up?”
Attack: 18 Damage: 6.
Attack: 22 Damage: 6 plus 3 Colossus Slayer damage if the ghoul is below hitpoint max.

Mica charges forward and carves up the nearest ghoul with his handaxe. [I'm not sure if Mica could quite get there, but its close enough.]
The dwarven scout fires an arrow that finishes of that ghoul.

Elsewhere, the druid conjures a mote of fire in his hand and advances toward the ghoul chasing Nalomanterys. It throws the mote, striking and immolating that ghoul, which collapses to the jungle floor.

Hew ignores the grubs for now, focusing on the remaining ghoul harassing him. He stabs twice with his rapier, once in the gut and once in the eye, killing the creature.

The swarms of hungry maggots advance. The rot grubs in the space near Meili wriggle over to her and attempt to climb her boots and find an avenue to bite her, but they fail.

The grubs surrounding Hew swarm up over his leather armor and begin biting him on the legs.

Hew is able to swat them away before any of them can crawl under his skin. [Hew CON save: 10]
