"Bollocks," Ran mutters to himself as he sees one of the knightly types trying to steal one of the canoes.
"Canoes it is," he says, again to himself.
Ran disengages (if necessary) from the creatures near him and turns and runs back across the length of the pedestal, jumping off the end when he reaches it.
(If the scale is one square = 5', I think that gets Ran due south and off the pedestal).

Danica strides as fast as she and Inete could manage with the injured knight between them up until she sees the suspicious dwarf from early run straight to their canoes, attempting to make off with them. "Bastard!"The elf called out before pulling away from the injured man and telling Inete, "Get in the other canoe." Before sprinting down the pier and reaching her right hand back behind her head. With a crack, her arm extends out towards Throndell, a Thorn Whip lashing out from her grasp to try and wrap around him and pull him towards her and hopefully off the canoe entirely.

The juvenile Ceratosaur approaches from the rear of the ones engaged with Meiliand Dominick. The beast wounded by Meili turns its head and snaps at it, and the juvenile backs off again.
The wounded Ceratosaur then brings its head low to the ground and sweeps it toward Meili, trying to bludgeon her its nose horns. Attack: 20 Damage: 6
The other Ceratosaur engaged in combat sees the opening of Dominick's missed attack on the other dino and darts in to bite at his exposed back. Attack: 17 Damage: 13

Instead of holding the boat Hew had the admittedly better idea of pulling the other dwarf out of it. Unfortunately, the guide seemed less than able to do so. Velan did his best to help, chanting arcane words while picturing Thondell being surrounded and strangled by thorny vines made of pure silver light – the man’s uncertainty made a literal obstacle. Even then the coward endured. It was Danica’s strike, another theory vine, a corporeal one, that pulled the deserter in the water. Some day Silvery Barbs will make a difference, the hexblood said with the voice of his mind, channeling the remaining energy of the spell into Hew.
“Look around, your idiot. Count how many of us are around. Do you honestly think we will let you escape alone?” The wizard asked rhetorically while moving towards the other canoe. “We will kill before you have the chance so if you don’t want to die here, stop your stupidity and help the wounded board because either we escape this or we butcher you out of spite before becoming dinosaur food.”
Velan had no faith his words would make anything to stop a man so frightened but it was the best he could do while trying to push the other boat further in the water.
Notes: Velan starts moving the other canoe deeper into the water. In case doing so does not cost his action there is a charisma check bellow (Velan has +0 in all charisma skills so a check in any of them have the same bonus).

The Ceratosaur deftly pulls its head out of reach of Dominicks blade. Of the three larger dinosaurs, this one alone is uninjured and still aggressive. It looks to the other two hunters and makes an angry sounding squeal, then turns back and attempts to bite down on Dominick's dominant arm.
Attack: 25 Damage: 14
The Ceratosaur in the pen ignores the goading of its pack-mate. Instead, it collects the corpse of the axe beak in its jaws and limps back into the jungle foliage.
The other large hunter heeds the call, however, and charges back into the fray. It joins its sister in trying clamp its savage teeth down on Dominick.
Attack: 11 Damage: 13
The juvenile also assumes a more aggressive posture. Unlike the adults, it is attracted to the activity near the shore. It strides toward Ran, stopping 10' away from him. It doesn't charge, instead shaking its head back and forth and trying to determine if he is prey or not. It also readies an attack in case Ran approaches.
