“Reply: I very much like it if we get to kill something this time.”
(surface scanning for Jan: Was assigned to a very well off human merchant, Kalvin Mor. Kalvin had a successful buisness in the armour industry, enough to secure a large mansion and many other droids. Kalvin mysteriously died due to unforsee circumstances, and evidence was completly erased. Many droids are missing, including 905Jan. Wereabouts unknown and hiers are looking for lost property.)
Info on Zolo: Not much info on his early years as he was just another run of the mill orphan. But when he was about 15 yrs old he got pinched for illegal scavenging from a scrap yard in Mos Esiely. He spent 3 days in the local jail and then was made to work the rest of his sentence off. Other than that there was only mention was of a "suspicious death" at a junker shop when an engine malfunctioned. However, not enough evidence was found to tie Zolo to it.
"Looks good," Zolo says as he looks at the planet. "Perfect place to set down and finish these mods. And don't worry, we won't need to hire any more workers, me and Astro are enough, and if Jan wants to help that will speed things along as well."
Korvo hops on the holonet to see if there are any news reports or security alerts they should be aware of. "Could be trouble, let's secure the ship, then steer clear."
Korvo sighs deeply. "Right." Over the comms to the others, "We'll need to maintain secure comms and go in heavy. The planet is undergoing a civil war. Should make getting illicit goods cheaper... but could spell danger."
Korvo scans the holo feeds looking for public advisories on which places to avoid, government checkpoints and shelters, food and supply pickup sites, and as much info as he can gather on the factions at play.
"Well ****, more trouble? We have some bad luck-" Zolo trails off as he suddenly has a thought.
"You know, all this conflict is disheartening, but if there is a place for mercenaries to make some money, this is the ideal place. With our skills I'm sure there's a duke or Queen on this rock who would be more than happy to pay us for our services."
He looks around at his team, "What do y'all think? Let's go hit up the richest palace and make a proposal?"
"Oh of course, we can give them our terms when we make our proposal," Solo will then help Fayva research the area, giving her the help action in her search for an employer in need of mercenaries.
Korvo sounds a bit distressed when he says, "So, we're not even going to consider the front line gigs? I mean, c'mon, we have a new ship. Let's strafe some enemy lines at least!" Guys?..." He follows behind.
Zolo's already large eyes widen at Korvo's comment, "I mean...I'm not opposed to the frontline, but I feel the soft approach is often the more effective one. It's hard for someone to shoot you when they don't know you're there." He twiddles his fingers in front of his face in an imitation of smoke swirling about.
"But...work is work," Zolo shrugs, "If they're paying enough then I'll load the bombs up myself."
*BEEP BEEP*, Astro chimes in.
"I mean I'm not an expert like Korvo here, but I'm no stranger to blowing stuff up. Unlike someone I know," Zolo responds, shoving the droid playfully
"Actually, that brings up a good point. We should see if we can get ahold of some special ordinance for the ship. A civil war means military-grade hardware may be up for grabs, and I would absolutely love to get our hands on heavy torpedo launchers, quad heavy auto-cannons, proximity mines, and spatial charges for the ship." Korvo stops in his tracks. "Come to think of it, if things are real chaos down here, how well guarded are their naval armories and starports? We stole Alema's boat, why not steal something a lot bigger with more teeth? Heck, we don't even have to target the military, we could go after private starports of the wealthy and loot high-end yachts... Just a thought."
Jan crafts 200 gp worth of armour.

After the ship lands, Fayva, walks down the ramp to see what’s going on.
Where you landed not much seems to be going on. But you can hear explosions off in the distance
Korvo hops on the holonet to see if there are any news reports or security alerts they should be aware of. "Could be trouble, let's secure the ship, then steer clear."
News reports from all around the major cities as each one vies for control over the planet. It is in human civil war
Korvo sighs deeply. "Right." Over the comms to the others, "We'll need to maintain secure comms and go in heavy. The planet is undergoing a civil war. Should make getting illicit goods cheaper... but could spell danger."

“Good idea! Im in! Let’s see- here’s some information on the neighborhood ..”. Fayva says.
"Okay, but can we stipulate no child murder up front this time? Don't want that sneaking up on us again..."
"Oh of course, we can give them our terms when we make our proposal," Solo will then help Fayva research the area, giving her the help action in her search for an employer in need of mercenaries.
You find just about every royal is in need of mercenaries. Most are for front line fighting. But there are a few for sabotage and assassination
Jan points at the sabatoge and assassination jobs. “Note: I believe these jobs are our best bet.”
“Yes- agreed- as long as they aren’t kids! Let’s go- this one looks pretty rich.” Fayva says.

(Lol. went from. "Lets get military grade weapons" to "lets become pirates")
(( It felt like a natural progression! ))
