"Ima guessing noise is bad?"

He pulls his hand crossbow to help cover the rest of the group

The gnome quickly replies: "Not the noise, movement though. Best to get out of here now."

Aftari sees Buddie go down, the hand clawing and grasping at his limp form, and knows that something must be done right away. Trying to get a good footing she attempts to break Buddie out of the hands.

Athletics: 15

Abandoning the hands as their grip is too strong, Aftari calls out Buddie needs help! She attempts to stabilize his wounds quickly.

Medicine: 9

Putting pressure on the gashes and wrapping them quickly with strips of fabric, Aftari manages to stabilise Buddie and stem his bleeding for now.

Heeding Aftari’s call for aid Ekaterina rushes over to try her and at freeing the doctor.

”Why… are… you… so… heavy…” Ekaterina fruitlessly pulls him by his wrists making no progress in freeing him from the grip of the undead. 

((Because my soul is burdened with the unfathomable weight of potential greatness and these boney limbs drag me down with the unbearable strength of jealousy…?))

Seeing that the party is struggling to pull out the Doctor, Morrow clicks his tongue and flies down to strike at the skeletal hands holding him. Quickly slashing at the limbs with his Shortswords, Morrow hisses quietly at Aftari & Ekaterina, "Go. I'll take care of this."

Morrow's first strike connects with the skeleton,  hacking a chunk of its skull away. The edge alignment on the second strike isn't quite right though, and the blade bounces off harmlessly.

Shouting angrily, Hadar makes his way across the pile and towards the skeleton, swinging a mighty blow with his mace. Given the unsteady footing though, he slips and the blow goes short.

 
Even more bony fingers and claws burst from the pile, grasping at all remaining on the pile, while 3 new skeletons emerge from among the bones. You hear the voice of the gnome shouting again: "Get off of the pile, NOW!"

Morrow, the skeleton below you is still trying its best to claw at you, seemingly enraged by your attack. Hadar in the meantime is tackled by one of the skeletons, trying to grapple him, while Aftari is clawed at from two skeletons, with one of them trying to tear open her skin and the other trying to hold her in place.

 Hadar is badly scratched on the arm, as he slips on the pile of bones, but he manages to dodge the charging skeleton and maneuvre into an advantageous position for his next attack. The Skeletons clawing at Morrow and Aftari both manage to find soft flesh, leaving crimson gouges behind. Buddie is now covered by more hands, trying to drag him into the bony pile.

Haliday, Aftari and Ekaterina, what would you like to do?

"Well if noise dont matter"  Haliday draws his pistol and shoots. At any skeleton near the party members

Ekaterina tries again to remove Buddie from the pile of clawing hands. 

Athletics: 13

Morrow, you see the skeleton below you shatter, as Haliday's bullet strikes it in the spine, tearing huge chunks of bone free and splitting it in two, motionless at your feet. Without the threat of the skeleton, you take to the air and easily dodge the grasping hands of death.

Ekaterina meanwhile, now ready for the hands, quickly dodges most of them, balancing precariously on bones and skulls to reach for Buddie, and yanking him free in a a desperate and impressive show of Athleticism. Making sure to hold Buddie aloft, Ekaterina makes her way to the edge of the pile, carrying Buddie in her arms.

Dex Save: 14, Athletics vs Grapple: 7

Aftari was too distracted when the hands started grasping at her again. She just couldn't move, let alone avoid anything at the moment. With one serious gash from the skeleton gripping her tightly and more wounds from the grasping hands, she takes a couple of deep breaths and steadies herself. That done, she tries to rip herself free from it all.

Though Buddie's wounds have reopened and are slowly bleeding through the improvised bandages, it doesn't look too bad for now.

Morrow and Hadar, what are your plans?

With Buddie out of harm's way, Morrow spots that Aftari is now being held down by skeletal hands. Clicking his tongue at this situation, Morrow flies over the pile to her side and tries to pry her free.
