Sistri sees the two men vanish and the bead left behind. She decides to rush forward towards it, grabbing her shield in one hand and her amulet in the other. Saying a quick prayer, she casts Shield of Faith on herself. As she reaches the bead, she tries to use her shield to knock it towards a less occupied area of the room. (DEX Check: 12) She then braces for the results.

Irmiel Initiative: 18
In which language "shadovar" means "crazy"? Irmiel did not believe for a second the scary legend of the past can be so mad to assault a room full of seasoned (even if not all of them) mercenaries. Must have been a prank. But she did not like the look of those silver beads either, even if they were about to erupt with some glitter or bad smell.
Miniature owl darted from Irmiel's shoulder towards one of the beads, to pick it up and bring outside - as high above as possible (in case the door/open window is too far - to the higher point of the ceiling) while Irmiel herself tried to create a miniature iron box around the second bead - the one Sistri bumped in the unoccupied space Prestidigitation the part about "nonmagical trinkets".

Everything seems to slip into slow motion, as the dimly glowing silver bead begins to fall through the air. Sistri rushes forward towards the object, pulling her shield off her back as her foot steps thud against the stone floor of the bureaucratic building. The shield being pulled from her back is in the same smooth motion that she is planning on using to strike the bead. Just before she can reach it, the bead suddenly vanishes as a small iron box seems to grow from the very air and surround it. Almost at the same moment the box appears, an owl darts out of nowhere, it's outstretched talons clamping onto the iron cube. Sistri is in mid swing with her shield, like an oversized bat, but the owl has already grabbed the box and flies upwards towards an open window and away from her, as her swing slices through empty air.
And the box explodes......
The owl managed to get a couple dozen feet up in the air near the ceiling of the room, where thick wooden beams crisscross and support the tile rooftop above. A line of windows, a couple of them open, provide airflow in the late fall weather. The owl is swooping towards such an open window. It is then that a jet of fire erupts from one corner of the box and then expands in the flash of an eye to fill the space as the box gets torn apart by the powerful fire. Heat and light tear through the room and a blast of hot air washes across the crowd below, sending stacks of papers fluttering about.
Fire damage : 31 (some damage absorbed by the iron box, calculated into the damage, a resilient small/medium object has 5 - 10hps so i maxed it at 10hps).
The poor heroic owl is the only one caught in the blast as the bird had been so quick in flight that it had reached nearly the top of the room. There is no sign that the owl existed all as the ball of fire clears. The beams above, and some of the higher shelving in the room are caught in the blast and thick smoke begins to pour off of them as they begin burning.
Chaos has erupted in the room as people run every which way.
Kris draws her rapier and buckler immediately, which she raises to shield her head as she ducks low when the explosion occurs. She checks on Llwyd first thing, then Tanner. "Where did that man disappear to??" She begins looking around for anyone injured, then calls to Sistri. "That was really brave!"
Having made his selling pitch, Tanner leave the druid and the fighter mid conversation. Llwyd decided he liked that. First because talking with Kris was far easier for him. They were both strangers to that place and situation, foreigner in their own way. A fact that made he feel some identification with the woman. Then there it was easier to consider what other options he had beyond the Fire Fist without the recruiter by his side. If half of what the man told was true then the order was a fantastic option, but any large group had a will of its own, be it a pack or a mercenary order, and going against it can bring too much trouble. A smaller company would be safer to leave, he thought as someone climbed a table.
It would have caught the Satyr attention for but a moment, were it not for the individual sudden change of appearance. Illusion magic, he recognized. The more experienced members of the Circle could use it too, although to disguise the terrain rather than themselves. Before he could react, the man had vanished leaving something behind. A silvery bead that made seemingly everyone start to run away and with reason. Even not being a pursuer of magic knowledge, Llwyd could understand, by the words of what he presumed to be a Shadovar, that the bead would bring damage. Something that only became more apparent as it turned into a box. An elf did run in its direction, and an owl flying from her shoulder took the thing away.
“Are you alright?” He asks looking from Kris to the elf woman. “Is anyone hurt?” He asked ready to offer his help as a healer.
Irmiel was looking up, at the smoking beams with the mixture of anger, sadness and concern. "I am, but poor Osrik... I really believed it was just a bad joke..." She finally turned to the person asking and a few short moments looked at the satyr with the same expression but then shook her head and remembered some manners. "Thank you for asking. I think everyone is safe,"it was hard to tell for sure with all screaming and running, "but the building is about to catch a serious fire and if they do not have any means to put it down, everyone needs to get out and fast. Was it my hallucination or did those not jokesters truly yell Shadovar? Have you heard?" Apparently, the satyr's look did not anyhow confuse or surprise her. The girl looked around hoping to spot any sign of a firefighting brigade or the person. There had to be someone watching out the troubles a crowd of mercenaries can instigate!

There is a bit of chaos in the room still as several people have bolted for doors. Some people have ducked into hiding spots. The fire and smoke above is certainly of concern. A couple dozen people have already fled out the front door when a the group hears a strange noise. The turn to see the latest man who tried to run out the door.....standing awkwardly in the doorway that leads outside. A blood covered spear is jabbing through his chest. He flops to the ground, sliding off the spear and revealing a pale, dark haired warrior in dark leather armor standing in the entrance. It doesn't look like either of the people who'd previously disappeared. His face is splattered in blood. Two other Shadovar are standing just behind him holding bloody weapons. One holds a long curved sword. One is holding a long chain with two spiked balls on either end. They drip blood.
As your senses seem to sharpen, you realize you hear the sounds of screams from outside in the streets.
"I hardly think everyone is safe," Sistri says very matter-of-factly as she turns to now run towards the entrance. (She will move 30 ft., going past Irmiel and Charlie, ending to the right side of the main aisle. I figure about 75 ft. to the Shadovar from there.) As she moves, she grabs one of her javelins and throws it at the foremost Shadovar.

Magic is part of your blood, Coch used to say. So much so that it is harder for any magic to take hold of you. Maybe it was because of that, or maybe his mind was simply strong enough to wall the spell, but the druid easily saw through the enemy’s illusion. The caster takes priority, he though as an emerald glimm took hold of his ashen eyes. As he growled, fangs started to show and his very form expanded. So fast that for a moment he became nothing more than a blur. In the place of the Satyr a large brown bear stood roaring.
Like the wind in a storm, the bear moved against the Shadovar mage. Before him, Llwyd stood, now nine feet tall, and started his onslaught. A strike with his claws, with the wait and strength of the beast’s arm, and a bite, bone crushing in nature.

Transformed he use his full movement (40ft) to stand in front of the enemy caster. In front of the enemy caster he uses his action to attack two times (Brown Bear's Multiattack feature).
Kris leaps forward, his blade sheathed in echoing thunder, and slams it into the chain warrior who takes a step back, dark red blood splattering the floor. The warrior grins in reply, an evil grin, and spits on the floor while locking eyes on Kris.
Meanwhile the Satyr in the room suddenly shifts and morphs turning into a massive bear that charges forward. It reaches out its huge claws. The first slash takes the shadow weaving mage across the chest. The mage instantly vanishes. Then the bear lunges forward, spittle flying as its powerful jaws close on the air where the wizard just was....but CLACK loudly together as they get nothing but empty air. The bears snout sniffs about, the strange spicy smell of the wizard evaporating from the immediate area.
