The smiths, still looking at one another in some sort of suppressed cognitive state, continue to struggle with what to do. Finally one of them moves toward the center of the forge and just stands there, motioning his remaining friends over.
"I'll just take my chances here." He states flatly, looking toward the fortress.
Following his eyes reveals Godzilla and the Tarrasque as they continue to grapple, brick and mortar now flying in all directions as their bodies pulverize what was an Imperial stronghold only moments before into dust. The two titans snap and slash at one another, and the Tarrasque is clearly taking the worst of it as Godzilla thoroughly thrashes it.
While this is going on, one of the smiths, the one that had gone to find a Starlancer, comes back riding the mount, landing it in the forge near Jek.
"You have no idea what I had to go through to get this. Do you know how mad they are? I'll be burning the latrines tomorrow."
He looks back at the monster fight.
"Maybe."
As the battle continues, lava breaks free to the east and begins flowing west, while flames erupting from an agitated magma flow near the forge itself engulfs one of the nearby guard posts.
"There Stasolya, another bridge", Rum says as he points in front of the centaur with one arm to the half way point in the next magma river, holding on to her shoulders with the other arm.
"There might be another bridge beyond that, but it looks incomplete. How are you at jumping?", he adds.
He takes a quick look behind them at the kaiju battle, "I think Godzilla has the upper hand, but whichever comes out on top, that storm trooper fortress is getting flattened", he informs merrily.
Greko the Deer stops in his tracks as the magma shoots out from below creating rivers around. He fears for Rums life. He continues to run in their driection south staying away from the lave watching them try to find a way over the lava. Greko figures if they need his help he will be close (ish) to figure something out for them.

Jek nods to him, taking the reins. "Go, get to safety!" Jek quietly says a prayer to the Bright Lady, then looks to the Starlancer and starts to speak to it in Celestial.
"Hello Friend. The Bright Lady has fated us to meet. We need your help. Can you get me and my two friends over the lava? Please, we are trying to make the world a better place and could use your help!" Jek asks of the Starlancer. Persuasion18 total
Jek looks to Lady Kaede and Violet. His eyes look them up and down quickly. "How much do you two weight? ... Why are you glaring at me light that Lady Kaede?"
Kaede would want the others to escape first, so she points to Violet and Jek and gently but firmly tellsthem “You go first, and ride the beast to safety. Once you’ve reached safe haven, dismount and send the beast back for me.”
Jek tilts his head at Lady Kaede. "Umm, are you feeling okay? You face is all red. Oh no, are you sick? Oh no! You aren't going to throw up, are you? Or is it the one that comes out the other end? OH NO, YOUR FACE IS MORE RED!"
Kaede would want the others to escape first, so she points to Violet and Jek and gently but firmly tellsthem “You go first, and ride the beast to safety. Once you’ve reached safe haven, dismount and send the beast back for me.”
Jek says "Alright, but be careful. And don't call it a beast! It has a name! Its.... Umm, one second." He turns to the Starlancer and asks in Celestial. "I'm very sorry, I was rude before. My name is Jek Utinni! What is your name?"
Rum's keen eyes allows him to spot the next bridge easily....or what little bit of a bridge there is. Apparently it's under construction and incomplete, and there's a good twenty foot gap from one side to the other that will have to be negotiated. Failure could easily spill someone into the lava...
There is an explosion in the magma near the forge as Jek and Violet take off on the Starlancer. The Starlancer rushes aloft, getting enough altitude to keep them from getting fried, but Lady Kaede is suddenly alone with the smiths in the forge as twenty and thirty foot flame lengths lick the western side of the structure. The heat increases inside with horrifying speed.
"Oh!" One of the confused smiths says, grabbing her arm and shoving her toward the western access. "We have to get back to the barracks! Or..."
He looks from the flames, to Godzilla, and back to the flames.
"By Din's Fire I'd rather take my chances with that thing!" He says as he keeps pushing Lady Kaede out of the building. Flames crawl into the eastern side of the forge...
Going to need an ability check for Rum and Stasolya!
The gap is 20 feet, if you decide to jump it.
If Stasolya jumps it w/ Rum on her back, she jumps w/ Disadvantage.
If they can't jump 20 feet, they'll need to give me an Athletics Check to see if they can clear the distance.
If you need clarification on your jump distance, here's the link :)
Rum directs Stasolya towards the next bridge, "This is where I get off. You will need to jump the magma river I am afraid. Do you require some assistance? It is about 20 feet".
He jumps off the back of the centaur and runs alongside her as they talk, assuming she slows down a little for him.
When it becomes time to make the jump, he positions himself by the magma river, waiting for Stasolya to take a run up. When she gets close, spectral draconic wings spread from his back and if she asked for assistance he reaches out for her hand and takes some of her weight as he runs through the air across the river.
Bonus Action: Uses 1 Ki point for Step of the Wind to dash, using Wings Unfurled to gain a fly speed for the turn.
Stasolya races over the first bridge, and pulls herself up before the second, incomplete bridge, so that Rum can leap off. Determination crosses her face. "I can jump it." She murmurs, "O Childlike Empress, come to my aid." Then she breaks into a gallop and leaps... catching Rum's hand as she launches to give herself some extra momentum.
As Rum and Stasolya glide over the magma river with ease, he swoops up into the air to survey the path ahead before coming back down to land on the centaur's back. Exactly as he lands, his spectral draconic wings disappear once again.
"Well done, friend Satsolya! Now onwards", he says as he stands on her back, obviously enjoying the speed and excitement.
"I see no bridge over the next river. Let's head towards the mountains and see if there is somewhere to cross. It will get us further from the exploding magma too", Rum suggests to Stasolya. He then reaches for his horn and blows on it, allowing only Porkins to hear.
Lady Kaede attempts to keep the disguised ruse up and follows along with the confused smith, away from the flames and out into the open area, where hopefully the starlancer will see her once it has returned to pick her up after dropping off Violet and Jek.
Once they're safe from the burning forge, she sternly asks the smith "Quickly, good smith...do you know of any winged transport available for us to take wing and remove ourselves from danger?"
"Winged transport?" The smith says to Lady Kaede as he shoves her along. "What is the matter with you, girl? We have to go! We gave your ******* friend the only one we could come up with and he took off with it!"
He keeps pushing Kaede away from the flames that were now consuming the forge where the Blast Bellows had been.
A few moments after Rum blows the horn, Porkins appears in the sky above him and Stasolya, circling...
"Hold on", Rum says to Stasolya as he spots Porkins circling above them. "Up above is an ally, a Star Lancer. He may be able to help you cross. What do you think?".
It is at that moment he also sees the deer running along the other side of the magma river. "And there, another ally. You remember my dear friend Greko? Well that deer is none other", he says as he waves to Greko.
Porkins circles lower and lower, before making telepathic contact, to which Rum replies in celestial, "We need to get the centaur across the magma river. Can you help?".
The sweltering heat of the oncoming fires and lava are starting to get to Lady Kaede, so much so that it’s unbearable. She (un)wisely follows the smith as they attempt to escape the heat and rush towards the kaiju.
As they sprint away from one danger, towards another, Kaede slowly sheds her stormtrooper armor, leaving pieces on the trail as they literally melt off of her body.

Violet doesn't argue, she's more than happy to get out ASAP.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
