Shavaris walks around the ballroom a bit, taking in all the death and destruction. Is this the wake of the Dawn Guard? Makes her shudder, she sure hopes not. I mean, most of this was the work of the trolls, right? Trying to put these thoughts in the back of her mind, she heads out to join Sarah and the rest, leaving Kerwyn with his new babies.
She overhears some of the conversation and adds, "We do need to find the hornyhorse as Travin here so eloquently called her. I'm hoping we can get that information from Blix as well? This is going to be quite the task, catch the slippery goblin, retrieve the alicorn and find out if he knows where the last unicorn is. I mean, he might not, but it would be good to find out. Unless any of you know where to look after this??"
Delpg smiles in a clearly mischivious way. "I have a good idea where the last unicorn is. I don't want spies to hear it though so I can't say yet. I also think we can use the alicorn to get to her since it teleports. Hench why I'm not saying anything about where she is until we have it."
Shavaris smiles at her friend, "Of course you do. I should have known." and she visibly relaxes some as that was the hardest of those tasks in her mind.
Travin holds his newly fixed strange horn instrument triumphantly un his hand as he prepares to go,making sure his junk is properly tied off. "So CastleWard?, hmmm? Like toward castle, not you..heh heh" he glances at ward, amused at his own poor word play.
Echo returns to Johnathan and he places him in his coat pocket. He then turns to the others. The area looks clear for now. I also saw the castle in the distance but it has these walls surrounding it. I thinks it’s gonna be another maze. Do we want to rest a mount and heal up a bit before we move on to the castle, I know many of us got hit by the fireball? I’m alright to continue on since it missed by by some miracle.
Travin slaps a cure wounds on himself and some of the burns on his face heal up, although the soot remains covering the front half of him. "Travin could rest maybe a short while yeh yeh!"
“I have a plan, though following what Delph said about spies and the fact that you all won’t like it I’m going to keep it gauge at the moment. I need to get to wherever they might store gunpowder in this place. And a lot of it.” Ward says palming the grenade Travin gave him. ”And more of these if we happen to find them.” Ward says with a slight smile to Travin

Travin gives a wary glance to Ward and digs in his pouch once more, producing six firebombs which he shows to ward but doesn't give them to him straight away, "these make the shiny explosions like Birt's fireballses, yeh yeh! But if they aren't used very careful like, how can Ward promise not to kill Travin's gobbin brother? Hmmmm?" There is a worried look on Travin's face as he stands holding the firebombs against his chest. "We don't know where he is, hmmm, we don't know how many others gobbins aren't working for the Blix... No no no, we can't just blow all of it up!".
“Trust that I will make sure blix is away from others when I use these. I don’t intend on blowing up this labyrinth or the castle. If I had to guess it may end up being the safe haven for the bands should we succeed in ridding it of blix.” Ward says trying to reassure travin.

Travin gives up the firebombs, but as ward reaches to get them trav grabs the druids hand and pulls him close in a nonaggressive more conspiratorial action. When the junkman is finished whispering something in Ward's earhole, he lets go, and Ward has himself six firebombs.
Finding that much gunpowder isn’t going to be easy Ward. I guess the only place would be with the soldiers on a battle field. How much gunpowder do you need anyway? I don’t plan to burn up in a Hugh explosion. Johnathan keeps his eyes on the grenades as they are getting passed about. It’s like giving a child a sword, someone’s gonna get hurt playing with their toys
“At least enough for two more bombs. I have the poison and with the glass-goop from Schmoop I can use as shrapnel so that it poisons, cuts, and explodes our enemies. Don’t worry about being in the crossfire however. Like I told Travin, I’m not blowing down the castle. This will be precise, shouldn’t be more that a room that is effected, however any sort of spell like pass without a trace, something like that would be appreciated to avoid the guards on my way there. I can do it, however I currently can only concentrate on so many spells at once.” Ward says, focusing more on safely as possible storing the explosives in his bag

Sarah listens to all this, as they talk to her, one another, discuss how to bring about a peaceful end while passing out explosives and wondering how to get more gunpowder.
"You're nuts." She said, looking around and nodding. "You're all nuts. That's what it is. You're insane."
She continued on, pulling her ballgown up so that it wasn't dragging the ground and so that, more importantly, she wouldn't trip on it. She moved down the path and into the glittering forest, getting as far from the ballroom as she could.
Travins returns to the group having sauntered off to climb over the bodies of the deceased and rifle through their pockets and such like, he returns with a long smoking pipe in his mouth, which he takes a long pull from and starts using the long mouthpiece end to gesticulate with as he speaks "Sara thinks that we are nuts!? Hmmmm? Travin is humans, not nuts! And Sara just went the wrong ways! Yeh yeh!"
You may have a point there Sarah. But tell me if Blix killed your friends would you still try and resolve this peacefully. He arranged to kill Ralik. We gave him a chance now to end this and he sent a fireball to our face. Peace isn’t an option anymore. Words won’t fix this problem, only action. Johnathan turns to the others, Are we ready to get going? This might be the final punch until the castle.
Delph seems interested in explosives but not for killing as much as big booms. When talk gets to blowing Blix up the fairy says "So... how do you plan to sneak a bunch of explosive on Blix when he is very observant and can teleport? I don't think you all thought this through very well. However, can we blow some stuff up after? I bet it'll be fun! Are they the colorful explosives that make the lights? We don't have that in the forest or the feywild but they always seem so amazing!" When Sarah leaves in a huff Delph blinks a few times at being called insane.
"Wait wait! Sarah!" the tiny winged being flutters over to them trying to stop them leaving. When they catch up to her with their zooming speed they say "I think you're right. I think something happened to some of my friends brains. I want to ask you though, what do you think we need to do Sarah? I'm always up for a fight but maybe there is a better way you know? Right now, I think we only need to stop one person. Blix... I'm not particularly sure why my companions feel they need to blow him up, but if there is any chance to stop the war its by stopping Blix. Do you know of anything or anyone at all that might be able to stop him teleporting away? I feel I can take the alicorn and stop all this but we don't have a way to stop him fleeing with it. Otherwise, can you tell Sir Didymus and the others I say hello and hope we can have fun later?"
Kerwyn looks around and sees the pattern of the conversation. He shakes his head, and says “As much as it pains me to admit, little Delph is right. Guess they are right about some things, and this is one of them. I hit Blix hard, I mean _hard_ with my glaive. He disappeared and knocked me out like it was nothing. So brute force is out. Stealth - well, that didn’t work out too well either. He saw your teeny itsy bitsy self coming right away. I think we are going to have to approach in another manner. Lure him in? Use your feminine wiles on him?” Kerwyn glances over at Shavaris and smiles. He then slowly looks to Sarah and says “Wait, hon, before you leave. Does Blix have some thing for you? Could you be used as… bait?” He looks up at her imploringly, open for any other ideas or suggestions, trying to gather everyone for a round table meeting about this.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
“Well if we have to get into detail I intend to sneak them in on myself. I can hide them under my clothes. That is partially why I aim to acquire a fire resistance of some sort from Jareth, and the poison in not just articulately effective against the rest of my body. Then for the the rest I can make for it strong enough that I survive the explosion. And Blix does not. Once I get around the guards, I can get Blix involved in conversation, his ego seems easy enough to bait once I can actually speak to him.”Ward says matter of factly while still organizing his explosives

"Ward is right yeh yeh! But not about exploding the Blix and the Ward. No no" Trav gives a side glance to the druid and especially eyes his firebombs, possibly regretting giving them over, "if the Blix is so vain we could taunts him into not teleporting, hmmm? Have the blix proves he is powerful and not just some- some cowardses! HEH! If we goads him enough, we can damage him at least, then Travin could maybe charms the Blix, or make the Blix sleeps hmmm?" Travin nods emphatically fully believing in his own idea and that it is good.
