Adam nods to Delph, saying “Let’s lay down a fire line, putting out any fires that are expanding, but as far as the church and any other mutated buildings, fine with me if they burn. Thank you Delph. Whatever you need to accomplish that. Then let’s map a course to the Labyrinth. I don’t understand what is at work here, but I feel that *he* will.” (Indicating the ball juggling Jareth).

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Delphinium nods and replies to Travin "I see. Hmmm... first thing would be to get the stuff off our friends then. Those that ate it... I think I'd have to punch them to help."
When Adam nods to Delphinium and confirms he would like the fairy to make sure his entire town didn't burn down they nod and say "I just need a few minutes to gather up the needed power. This one takes a bit as I enforce my will on the lands around here. Oh! I suggest you all get something to protect yourself from the rain...which oddly I haven't seen once since we've been here. I wonder how often it rains... well anyway I'm up to make some changes. Who knows, maybe some fresh water will help stuff heal a bit." with that the fairy flies up into the sky about 100 feet and begins to glow like you've never seen before. Swirling auras of blue, green, yellow and purple all mix and twist about the fairy. As they begin to exert their control everyone below would begin to notice clouds in the sky begin to shift, move and gather up above as they slowly accumulate and begin to darken. Delphinium looks down at those below and shouts down "Big rain storm. ETA 5 minutes!" Then continues to focus on what appears to be changing the weather all around them as far as the group can see.
Shavaris returns back to the ground, folds up the carpet and sticks it in her bag of holding, glaring at Dageron the entire time. She doesn't take her eyes off of him as she goes through this motion, boring her eyes into him.
When he notices, she states in a low, almost growl, "Never do that again. I am a reasonable person and I was already working on getting our team out of danger. I do NOT need to be commanded. If this ever happens again, it will not end well for you."
She slightly relaxes when Delph lands on her shoulder, but doesn't say anything to them, worried her anger would make her say something she'd regret. She heads over to Running Bird and gives him a couple pats on the neck as they walk. Then watches Delph fly up to the sky and can't keep her eyes off the colors mixing and twisting about the little fairy. Her sense of wonder on what they are doing finally helps subside the knot of rage in her stomach.
She heads over to Travin and leans down, "Hey, you alright?"
Shavaris puts her hand on Travin's shoulder (or head if she can't get to the shoulder due to all the junk?) and looks at him with a sad, soft smile.
"Travin, that wasn't good, I'm not going to sugar coat it, but you didn't know that when you blew up the well. I know you were just trying to get rid of the bad stuff, it just didn't work in your favor. So I wouldn't say you did bad, you wanted good. That's what matters in my book. You definitely don't just make things worse. Not only that, you make things interesting." and her smile grows with that last part, reaching her eyes.
"Travin is taller now" he says meekly in response and a half attempted smile, and it is noticeably and inexplicably true, the tiny man's head bobs about 4 inches higher than it usually does.
To Shavaris, Dageron nods solemnly. "I foresaw anger at my actions, and understand it. I had no clear way of knowing how many were effected by the slime, and only sought to prevent delaying a safe retreat. But I understand. This is not a tool to be used on allies. Given the same situation again, and now knowing something more of the strange culture of this small warband, I would not use it."
Adam smiles at Shavaris, saying “I knew something had happened when you tried to tackle me and get me to stay on that magic carpet ride. Glad to see you are free of it. Please, walk with me.” He continues with Shavaris, looking up at Dageron with a look of disapproval on his face, shaking his head. “Shavaris, can you help me with our evacuation, as you said before, we need to head to the Labyrinth.” He looks up to Delph zooming around above them. “Rain is coming, a real frog choker, hopefully to put out all of the fire and wash away the slime. Now if we can be left to act on our own accord(glare at Dageron), let’s get out of here. There is nothing left for us here. Everyone I knew in this town, everything is gone.” Grim faced, Adam walks on, heading toward the Labyrinth, and hopefully, to answers.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Travin at the front of the pack leads on and begins to play as the rain patters around him,
"I hear the drums echoing tonight, But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation, She's coming in, 12:30 flight"
Looking up he points to Delph flying above them in the sky, his song thoughtful and strung out, holding onto notes and vowels in a quiet reflection.
"The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation, I stopped an old man along the way, Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies"
Casting a glance between Adam and Dageron, the pair still irritated by their interaction with eachother, Travin continues.
"He turned to me as if to say, "Hurry boy, it's waiting there for youuu""
Travin looks away from the party entirely and points off toward the labyrinth, which lies somewhere through the forest in front of them
"It's gonna take a lot to take me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had"
The rain doesn't affect the junk creature as he moves, letting it soak into his robes and streak down his face, it becomes obvious that the singing is some attempt to distract himself as they make their way forward, the sound of torrential rain on the bleeding trees around them drumming along and kicking up the smell of whatever petrichor may be left in the forest.
The storm brews but with it doesn't come the cold chill of your typical storm. Rain begins to sprinkle accompanied by a gentle yet warm breeze. The water chilled, yes but also the air warms making it far closer to that of a warm tropical storm with a gentle breeze. This is a good thing as the rain doesn't stop there. Instead the rain continues to pick up. First a sprinkle. Then a light pattering of drops. Then a steady rain. Yet it continues on picking up into a full on down pour. It is as if the sky itself is trying to wash about the corruption of this forest or perhaps Delphinium is. The fairy seems unhindered in their flight as they seem to stop their gathering of power in the sky. Their glowing form returning to that of their more neutral blue glow that seems to reflect on the rain shining like a beacon in the sky as water falls from the heavens. They flutter down to the group who are undoubtedly soaked in the water as they stand in the warm air that seems to accompany the storm. There is no lightning or thunder, just the constant pouring of rain and warm air wafting between the rain drops.
Once down to the others they will say "There. Rain. Lots of it. I don't know if fresh water will affect these blood soaked plants or not but hopefully it'll wash away the slime and let nature reassert itself correctly. Hope you all don't mind getting really wet. I threw in a warm breeze so we wouldn't be too cold and can find warmth under things that shield us from the rain. I'm gonna rest a bit now.... that takes a lot out of me." They will attempt to land on Shavaris' shoulder to sit and rest if she lets them otherwise they will find someone else to perch with. The fairy looking quite tired from the effort of creating a storm of rain that spans as far as the group can see. Once sitting down they will fold their wings over them like a poncho and listen to Travin sing as the little fairy smiles and says "I like that song. It's a good one. So are we continuing on then? I'd like to find a way to fix things please. Or at least find someone that can send a magical message for me."
Shavaris looks at Travin, "Well huh, look at that, you did grow." she muses and it gives her a small grin on Travin's take on things.
She looks to Dageron as he gives what she can only imagine is an apology from the hobgoblin. She sighs. She thinks back to on how he helped her when she thought all hope was lost down in the caverns of Atlantis. How he was able to get her moving and she softens a bit. "Small warband eh? Yeah... I don't think so. We're friends, hell we're more than that, we're family. And we do what we can to help heal this land and stop the coming darkness. We'd love for you to actually join us, and not command us. Sure we have our quirks, probably more than others, but so far it has worked... we have accomplished quite a bit."
And with that said, she walks off with Adam, "Ha! I may tackle you yet, Kerwyn. but yes, the rain is good, well placed." She looks to her shoulder where her favorite fairy sits, "Nice one Delph. And very impressive."
"Yes, to the labyrinth, lead on Travin!" and more softly to Adam, "I am truly sorry about your home. I really am."
Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered they had fought their way back to the Labyrinth. Through the haunted forest now known as the Lost Woods the Dawn Guard had trekked, and some week later they once again found themselves standing before the Labyrinth.
The expanse of Jareth's horrific maze had been transformed into something that looked....a little more friendly. A little less imposing than the sea of corridors and dead ends they'd traversed only a few months ago. The castle they could see far off was no longer a spire of strange architecture and non-Euclidian angles. It had been turned into ornate and beautiful towers. Gone, too, was the fountain outside the Labyrinth that had given Adam so much grief in his past life, when he had been Kerwyn. Now instead there were rows and rows of rose hedges, all beautiful and speckled with all color of flowers. The Fairy's that patrolled the roses didn't even glance twice at the Dawn Guard as they approached. Instead they looked much friendlier than the Fairy's they'd seen Hoggle trying to exterminate before.
A huge wooden door stood in a stone arch in the front of the Labyrinth. It was open...
Realizing the descriptions he had gleaned from the Dawn Guard to date did not match the view ahead of them, Dageron looks to his companions to read their response.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Sucks? It isn't a dead, bleeding, creepy forest! This is.. well yeah, it changed, but it's beautiful. I don't care if it is full of thorns, at least they aren't screaming the last words of the things they killed. Come on!"
Shavaris leaps up onto Running Bird and canters her way through the stone arch. No door was going to stop her this time :)
Ward looks around at the improvements to the place. "Quite a bit more scenic than last time. Let's find Jareth, we need to get ourselves set to cleanse this region, and if I can work my magic, maybe get the Labyrinth a bit more involved. This has to end, no more towns eaten, no more corruption of these forests. Adam, can you tell if the magical blockage of the Auryn is still active, and if you can even still use the thing? If we could I would like to know if we can get some flights planned for the Feywild and the Fire Plane." Ward says, before finding a rock from the ground and putting it in his pocket.

As soon as the labyrinth comes into view Delph glows bright blue with excitement! Where as most of his companions dread this place the fairy was excited. Even more so when he sees the fairies are all better. They never did find out what happened to them but it seems Jareth kept his word to help them. Delphinium was about to zoom over and say hello but then they hear all their friends lament and predict doom and gloom. Traps as if set for them and it seemed only Shavaris was relieved to see the feywild like place come into view. The fairy couldn't help themselves but be a bit vindictive towards those already proclaiming death and doom.
"Wait, Shavaris. Don;t just enter like that. To the rest of you I will remind those of you not excited to see this safe haven that Jareth helped every single one of us in the end. He kept his word and from what I can tell, followed through on all his promises. As to traps. Of course it's trapped! Did you not pay attention to what we were traveling in for the past week? It would be weird if they didn't have defenses against it. If you just go barging in you have no one but yourself to blame if you get caught in it."
The hyper fairy then points to the fairies and says "Look, they are the gate keepers. Never underestimate a fairy. They will trap you for fun if they don't like you. You need to be POLITE! I know a lot of you struggle with that. You don't need to like someone to be polite and have them like you. We need to be good guests and if we are they will be good hosts. I am going to give you all a good example. So watch me very closely and listen to what I say. Are there any questions? You know besides the basics"
Delph will answer questions as best they can about how to interact with fey then will fly so that they are in speaking distance of the other fairies but will not enter the labyrinth yet. They need permission first after all. "Hello Fey of the Labyrinth. You can call me Delph and these are my allies behind me known as the Dawn Guard. We seek to enter the labyrinth as guests. Could one of you please let us know the best way to enter and be welcomed as such? There are several folks we would like to meet if they are still here."
Adam looks for the fountain and is confused by its absence, and the changes of the labyrinth. Then Delph zooms up in excitement, advising them about their approach. Previously, when at odds with the fairy he might have dismissed their words, this time he stops and considers, listening carefully and nodding when Delph finishes. “Makes sense. Makes sense to me now. We’ll let you lead, Delph. About the traps though. There could have been more warning, at times. I think Jareth and Hoggle wanted to see how we would handle things. To the harm of the Dawn Guard and the death of Ralik. So we do need to be careful. Think thrice and saw once and all of that. That door….. anything odd about that door?” Adam looks carefully at the door, and its knob, and any special carvings on the door, remembering their other encounters….
