Shavaris pulls her body out of the mud and blood and god knows what on the ground, and curses that she and Delph were stuck in her poison cloud. "Spread out! Like Johnathan said. Also, try and use the carts as cover when you aren't attacking if you can!!" She starts running for the middle one and using her dash action she reaches it. She sees that the harpy is circling again and tries to shoot it.
Attack: 9 Damage: 7
If she has remaining motion, she'll go on the other side of the cart from the harpy to hopefully give her half coverage
Delpinium just can't do anything under the effects of the nectarine. They want to punch the not-harpy, desperately wanting to stop its murderous onslaught but the fairy is seeing double of them suddenly. Their punches almost completely ineffective as Delph punches one that isn't even there a couple of times. At least one hit true though and Delph could hear the impact of his spectral fist hit the Harpy. Likely just pissing it off. Delph just looks defiantly at it tears in their eyes as so many have already died and the fairy could do nothing but swing at the wind. Their one major contribution a single hit against the creature.
Action: Attack - Astral Arm 6 to hit - miss
Bonus action: Flurry of blows two extra Astral Arms attack - 20 to hit 9 force damage. 7 to hit - miss
There is a meaty pop as one of Delphinium's Astral Fists catch the harpy in the jaw, jacking them proper.
The Kobold that is left keeps its shield up as Ol Ironsides presses the attack. Then, when it sees an opportunity, it attacks with its spear, jabbing out from around the shield but doing no harm to the Flail Snail. Seeing that it is outgunned for a stand up fight, the Kobold turns and flees toward the wagons. It shouts something at the harpy as it goes.

Kerwyn moves forward and maneuvers in front of the Harpy thing, and a LOUD three word shout comes out of his mouth aimed at the beast, carefully angling it so as to avoid Delph, attempting to bring it down to the ground.
You shout three arcane words at the top of your lungs, and release a 20 ft cone of force from your mouth. Any creature in range must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 2d8 bludgeoning damage and are hurled 40 ft. away from you, landing prone. They also take standard falling damage upon landing. On a success, they take half damage and are pushed back 5 ft.
For 13 force damage, DC 11 Con save.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The wheelbarrow wheel bounces off the side of the harpy, and it starts to turn, starts to go for its attacker...and then the wave of concussive force hits it head on. It pivots in the air, sees this new attacker who had almost brought it out of the sky, and beats its powerful wings. Its stinger whips out at the Fairy as it goes and slices at their chest before it proceeds on toward Kerwyn. Talons flash out, one set raking but missing, the other twisting into his side before the thing clamped down on his shoulder. Green poison and blood sprayed down his front and back.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Shavaris watches from her post behind the cart as the creature dives at Kerwyn to attack her friend. As he activates his shield, she audibly cheers and gives a little fist pump. Then, knowing she should have done this long ago, "Aoe!! Get in here, we need HELP!!"
Johnathan watches in amazement as Kerwyn summons a magical shield to block the attack. Neat trick, should ask him to teach me that one, Johnathan thinks to himself. But he didn’t have time to discuss this, he had to hit the monster while it’s on the ground. He points his arm and shoots black flames towards the monster, desperately trying to hit.
With his master in trouble, Ol Ironsides turns and gallops (or the gastropod equivalent) to the rescue, his flails already in motion as he closes the distance with the harpy and unleashes. The first flail misses, but the next three do tremendous damage, pummeling the harpy to a bloody pulp. It dies like that, still trying to rip Kerwyn to bloody shreds, and collapses on the fighter, knocking them both to the ground.
Ironsides leans down and starts to eat the body of the beast, raising up once to look around with a mixture of scales and feathers stuck around his mouth. If a snail could look satisfied, he does, and his searching flails seem to say 'did I do good?'
Shavaris, her body tight getting ready to lunge at the creature now that it was finally in striking range of her rapiers, watches in both relief and horror as the snail Kerwyn is affectionate with demolishes the evil being. She sees out of the corner of her eye another kobold, retreating towards the wagons and she just doesn't care anymore.
Covered in mud, guts, blood and who knows what else, she crumples to the ground as the adrenaline leaves her body. She looks around and makes sure all her friends are alive and accounted for as she tries to understand what all just happened. Anyone that looks at her can see she is in a confused daze as she is trying to process what is going on. Takes her about half a minute, she shakes her head like she is trying to clear something out, then her features resume their typical stern manor and she stands up.
"We got to get the hell out of here before any guards or figures of authority arrives. Quickly, get ol' ironsides out of there, we gotta move."
Aoe rides back toward the chaos as it quiets down, a dying scream piercing the air before silence… he gets closer and hears monching, only to find ironhide mounted on top of kerwyn, with some type of feather scale ooze let sting their interaction… Aoe looks away and covers his eyes..
”can someone please cast darkness or fog cloud….” He takes a peak before covering and turning again
”ANYTHING? A large cloth perhaps!?!… don’t want to have to seek out a mage who can clear memories just because of an unfortunate mishap at a carnival…
….if the story ever got out… my reputation would have to be slowly rebuilt…”
Aoe awaits the ending of monching sounds before turning around to face the band.
The bloodbath ends the only way it could; with a heap of dead bodies, busted limbs, and broken dreams. It had been less than a minute since the harpy had escaped her cage, and now, with the carnage over, the people who had been hiding for the last few seconds, began to emerge from their refuges.
Two Thri-Kreen stepped from behind the wagons, one holding two sets of arms around its midsection, the other limping, as they approached the body of Mommy Baba. There was a Wagoneer with them, an old woman who looked like she'd been around longer than any of the other circus personnel. She was wiping tears from her cheeks with open hands. Another Wagoneer was approaching the harpy. He stood over it, hands in pockets, looking...sad.
"Oh Angar." He said, watching Ol Ironsides eat the corpse. "What have ye done?"

Delphinium is more in shock then anything else as the snail bashes the Harpy into paste then begins to eat it. They flutter for a moment unsure what to even do then seem to snap out of it and quickly zoom around to try and find survivors. It was poison breath that got most of them. It's quite possible some can be saved if treated quickly. Delph quickly goes around checking for breathing or a pulse on those who were not obviously mangled.
9 Medicine Check for survivors that can be saved or need saving.
Johnathan looks over the chaos that this battle caused. He watches as the snail starts eating the monster after easily killing it. Shame. I don’t even know what the snail is called. Gotta pay more attention. Johnathan walks over to the wizards disfigured body. He inspects his face and sees that there is nothing that can be done. He glimpses a book out of the corner of his eyes. Although taking from the dead is seen as unmoral he wasn’t gonna need it anymore. Besides, they need something from this nightmare. He grabs the book and places it in his pouch to inspect it later. He then turns to the monster.
It was a bitter end. A creature caged for existing became the monster it was portrayed to be. It’s anger and bitterness made it uncontrollably, a threat. He can’t help but see a similar fate for himself. The snail eating the monster doesn’t bother him as much as Aoe. He turns to the others, Guess that’s over now we should… before he could finish he notices the remaining carnival approach. Let’s move, as Johnathan starts walking to the stables for his mount, seemingly uninterested in what the carnival folks have to say.
Delphinium does find one survivor barely holding on. One of the Thri-Kreen acrobats that fell. It appears to be struggling to breath at all and is dying. Delphinium sees the other two nearby and they yell "Over here! They are alive! Help." as they come over to Delphinium the fairy doesn't waste anytime and flying quickly uses a small cutting implement to cover any wounds and tie them tight to prevent breathing. They also use some herds and plants that are strong at counteracting poison and stuff them into the Thri-kreen's mouth. The fairy keeps a close ear on their pulse and for a moment they stop breathing but the Thri-kreen made it over in time and Delph was able to instruct them how to save their friend or family. The fairy wasn't sure what their exact relationship was. Working with them and using what knowledge of medicine and nature Delphinium has they managed to get the Thri-Kreen breathing again. Steady and rhythmic. A good sign. The fairy sighs and looks to the other two. "I think they will be okay. Move them very carefully though and lots of rest, food and water." The fairy doesn't see anyone else and seems so sad as they flutter and land near the recovering Thri-kreen and looks up at the other two Thri-Kreen. "Why did this have to happen? It's so terrible. I just wanted to watch you all perform. Then I was hoping to find a clue about the missing unicorn... instead, all there is is death. No fun, no clues, and I was no use. I'm sorry I couldn't stop it." Delph apologizes to the Thri-Kreen with tears in their eyes.
While trying to take stock of what’s going on as the carnies come out of their hiding spaces, Shavaris tries to clean her self off as best s as she can. Taking the fabric she had earlier, tries to get some of the muck off of her and sees Delph being the little hero they are.
She starts cleaning off her face, “Delph! We gotta..” She stops short and a look of surprise crosses her face. Almost in a trance, She walks to the harpy’s carcass and bends down to it. In one fluid motion she dips her finger into it’s blood and puts her finger In her mouth.
