As the party rests, the Bog continues to do what it does; the bubbling, farting mud making a cacophony of disgusting sounds. Odd frogs making noise off in the distances of the swampland. Somewhere, one frog, something huge, perhaps a Banderhobb or just a giant bullfrog, splashed noisily through the water and began to croak loud and deep.
Still, things remained safe for Dawn Guard as they rested and regrouped, thinking their way through what to do next.
The Labyrinth goes dark as night falls...and then turns orange as a sun of some sort rises behind the cloud cover overhead. It's odd. There doesn't seem to be two suns here, like in the rest of Hyboria.

This will be sufficient for what we need, but if I say move during battle. Do it. Once I add these to an explosive, it will be extremely lethal, much worse than the napalm." Ward says before tucking away the poison into the safest part of his bag with some padding around them. "Well then, how do we go about trying to get out of here then are we thinking." Ward finishes

Blinking through his thick rimmed goggles Travin looks to the sky, "a-a light, a morning, no no no wrong wrong wrong, hmmmm? this place is more and more wrong! Ohhh where did the goblin king go, hmm Travin healed him, Travin saved the stupid *******! Yeh yeh why is everything still wrong?" He paces a back and forth a little too much, clearly still as agitated as the previous night, obsessively peering around with a terrified and frustrated concern on his face.
He then finds Delphinium and gestures the fairy over to him insistently, patting his chair as he does "fireflight, hmmmm? Fireflight can help Travin remember yeh yeh yeh? Fireflight can out Jareth back on the throne hmmm?"
Kerwyn has disturbed dreams, that he is locked in an outhouse fighting a turd demon, armed only with a plunger. The bubbling sounds and smells don't help. He curls up next to Shavaris, murmuring in his sleep. When he wakes up, he stretches and walks around, tries to find some way to make a small campfire as they plan their next step. He is pleased that he has figured out the magical boots that he took from Ralik and tries them out. He flies up into the air a bit and looks around, trying to get a feel for direction and distance through the bog. "I believe I can fly... I believe I can touch the sky ... whoo hooo!" He also looks around for any more deadly, dangerous creatures. He keeps his distance from Delph, but secretly he has no shame that he took out the two dangerous beasts. Otherwise the night might not have been so quiet...

The fairy had had their watch with whoever was willing to join them. Delphinium avoids Kerwyn like they don't even exist. Literally treating them like they do not exist. Delphinium does make a flower crown for Shavaris though and sets it next to her for when she wakes up. Using their druidcraft magic to make bloom some more pleasant smelling flowers to combat the smell of the bubbling muck. They focus on yellows and greens of bright colors to add a contract to the murky browns and blacks of this swamp. They place the flower crown so that its in front of the sleeping Shavaris so they can sleep better. Whether they wear it or not is up to them but Delph put a lot of effort into making it for her. They'd make them smile yet!
Delph eventually gets some sleep of their own after holding a watch for the group. When they awaken they notices ward harvesting the beast's poison. Delph flutters over to them as they work and watches them work. As they only take the poison the fairy sees them finish and asks "Is that all that can be used? I hope something can at least eat them for sustenance." They tiny fighter looks at the construct questioningly and says "Do you think Johnathan is right? Blix was influencing the creatures? It must be the alicorn if so. We really need to get it away from him. If we spot him I'll fly at him to get it. I'm fast... but I need to be faster. Do you want to help me practice my speed technique?"
After talking with ward the fairy notices that Travin seems distressed and they catch their alternate name Fireflight. The fairy flutters over to Travin with concern. The junk covered being always a curiosity to the tiny one. "I'm here Travin. What do you need? Something about Jareth? I saw which way they went. I can't tell if you need them, hate them or both. Can I help you? Something about remembering? Can you tell me what you want to remember?" They flutter to sit on the chair that Travin pats to help them feel better.
"Oh I can assist if you would like to skin or try and turn it into food, though I would be cautious I don't know how their poison may flow through them so it makes me a bit cautious to eat them. But I could most definitely again help with harvesting whatever you may like off it. As for if he was influencing them, possibly. I don't really know all too much about it however I'm not exactly up to date on most things nowadays so I haven't heard all that much about it. If you wish for me to help you fly faster just tell me how to help, if you can tell I don't exactly have too much experience with it." Ward chuckles and moves over to help Delph with their flying as much as he can.

Travin whimpers a little at Delph's question, "Travin thinks he forgot, yeh, can't remember what Travin forgot hmm...
Jareth trapped Travin, yeh, made him like this," Travin gestures vaguely to his own entire being, "Travin hates Jareth yeh yeh!!.
But Jareth has something, something forgotten, Jareth can't die or Travin won't... Travin can't...
Think! Remember!" At this point the junk person starts slamming a hand into their head in a desperate attempt to remember what was once lost, jostling the poor fairy upon his back as he does.
Johnathan slaps his hand on his forehead when he sees Kerwyn singing an old bard tune. He watches as he flies in the air with Raliks boots. So Kerwyn is still afflicted. Great. He looks to see what the others were talking about. It was strange seeing this little junk creature getting cross over something that he clearly has no control over. You will get your chance Travin. Jareth has alot of secrets and mystery to him but as we saw he is still mortal. We can make him talk the next time we see him. He turns his attention to Delphinium and Ward, We need to be careful when facing Blix. I don’t know what powers he has but it’s definitely a threat. The only one that could even understand this power is Jareth, and I think he will try to take it back. If we can distract Blix I think Hoggle and the others will aid us in stealing the throne, whether we want it or not. Johnathan moans in pain as the sun rises. Clearly he forgot that they weren’t underground anymore. He raises his hood and continues talking. We should get a move on. I think our only option is to find this bridge the fox mentioned was in the swamp. It may lead to a civilisation which may know where we need to go. If anyone has any other ideas I’m all ears.
"Made you like this?" Delphinium seems to look curiously at Travin as they try to puzzle out what they mean until asking "Do you mean, they took your memories? That's some bad fairy stuff if they did. What do you remember beyond Jerath took them and trapped you? Sounds like Jareth might be bad news too. Can we get him after we get the alicorn? I get the feeling it'll be bad if either Jerath or Blix has it. Oh! Maybe it can help you too!"
The fairy looks to Johnathan when he asks where to go and about the bridge. Delph took a look up high earlier they wondered what else they could see from up high. Thinking on it wasn't hoggle tasked with stopping fairies? Delph wonders if that is because they can fly and give really good information on the maze. As they flutter in the air they say "I flew up high earlier when others were resting. I could see the castle far that way." They point in a direction where those high enough can see a castle on a highrise. "There was this bog to get though, then a maze of hedges, then some kind of city and the castle is in that town or city place. I could probably guide us from up high. I can take a look for the bridge too. As for Blix, as soon as I see them I'm dashing right at them! Don't give them time to think. That's what my mentor taught me about dealing with people that have magic."
"Like this yeh! People don't come to the junk fields looking like Travin hmm? But eventually they all end up like this! Yeh yeh! Travin doesn't remember much before the fields, maybe Travin was different? But the fields make you forget, make you want instead, just want yeh!" Travin seems emphatic that there is something more, but is frustrated that he doesn't have all of the information and answers to the fairy's questions.
"we should move, yeh yeh! Travel to the castle hmm? Everything begins there! We still have a guide yeh yeh! Fireflight can fly up to see and we can also ask... the worm." Travin sneers the last two words casting a squinted somewhat disgusted glance toward Ward and his bag.
Shavaris slept hard. She kept twitching in her sleep, mumbling something about her tree and enjoying the migration, if you looked at her countenance you'd see a smile. After a bit, she then wakes with a start, wacking Kerwyn in the nose when she does. "We need to move, we have to keep moving." That's when she sees the ring of flowers on the ground right by where she was sleeping. She looks up at Delph and smiles. She then picks up the wreath of flowers and places it on top of her head.
Before she has a chance to continues, however, she notices Travin and the distress he appears to be in, especially when he starts hitting his head. She listens to the others questions and concerns. "Travin, we will do our best to find Jareth and try to help you. I'm sorry you are in such distress. Will you help us in the meantime? Might help keep your mind off it? And sometimes when you aren't trying to think about it is when it comes to you. Hopefully that will happen to you."
"Eloise.. she uh, she tells me that Blix is in the castle beyond the Goblin City and has the alicorn. Yes Delph, if you can help us navigate this mess... that would be incredibly helpful. We need to hurry, Johnathan is right. Let's look for this bridge and get out of this awful swamp. Another thing, anyone know anything about Calibos? Eloise also tells me he is going to be the one to deliver the Alicorn."
Kerwyn gets whacked awake and he spins around, spluttering, “Who, what, where…” then he relaxes when he sees Shavaris and smiles. “Yes, righto, we need to find our way to that castle. I can help scout from the sky as well. Are you ready to get moving?”

The fairy was talking to ward, Johnathan and Travin until Shavaris woke up giving them instructions on how to help the fairy train. "Alright, here's what I want you to do, toss some things into the air and I will fly very fast and precisely to catch them. We can practice while walking even! When I get tired I'll rest on Travin's chair. I'll be flying up high to look out anyway. So this'll be perfect. Johnathan you can help too! The more things for me to catch the better as I try to catch more and more as I zoom in the air. Also, don't you worry Travin I bet we can find a way to help you too!"
When Shavaris wakes up and puts the flower crown on Delphinium smiles brightly and their blue glow intensifies as they see Shavaris smiling at the gesture. They ignore the bumbling one near them and just fly over to Shavaris to say "Good morning! I hope those flowers help with the smell. I tried to pick the most fragrant ones just for that. If they work I'll make some for others in our group too!"
Delphinium freezes when the name Calibos is mentioned. "Calibos? No no no, they can't be the one. They hunt unicorns, pegasi and other beautiful fey creatures. They are bad bad news. I will get the alicorn, I will get it to my mother who will know what to do with it. If they are heading for it we need to beat them there! Let's hurry! I'll guide us. I'll look for the bridge to cross too." Delphinium seems very distrubed by the mere thought of this Calibos person. The fairy now very anxious to get going as the fly into the air to scout out for the party. They begin to direct the others and are still ignoring Kerwyn. Not once looking at them or even acknowledging they exisit. After flying up to get a good view the tiny one comes back down and says "Alright! This way!" They begin to lead the group as quickly at they can.
“So your sister is talking to you now? Well I guess that helps a bit. I haven’t heard of this thing hunting the unicorn but perhaps the red bull is called this. Remember that thing is hunting the mare as well.” Johnathan stops when he sees Delphinium asking to play catch with him. Johnathan gives a little chuckle, of course they want to play games now, he thinks to himself. It was nice seeing them more positive again, Johnathan is the moody one, that spots been taken. “We can play but only when it’s quiet. Remember that we are wanted here and we should try to be discreet. This castle with a maze looks like a good start, but I don’t think this will be as simple as it appears. This maze may have magic tricks to it knowing this place.” With that he will continue with the others to the castle, making sure that Ralik rests on one of the horses so that they can revive him when the time is right,
"Yes Kerwyn, I'm definitely ready to get out of this stink hole."She stretches a bit and gets up, and turns to Delph. "Thank you, the flower wreath was very thoughtful. Love seeing your blue glow again, you aren't the same without it."
She turns to Johnathan, "Well, she is talking to me in a way? But at least she seems to have survived her fight...yeah with all these others after the alicorn and the mare, we need to get moving."
She walks over to Running bird, and if he allows it, she nimbly climbs on top of the large ostrich. Finding the position of riding him a bit odd, she starts coaxing him forward into the bog, along the logs and rocks towards the area Delph pointed. Doing her best to keep him out of the awful water.
Travin follows in the direction the group leads being careful not to step in any liquid, and keeping as much as possible to the dryer, more 'above bog level' patches of land.
Kerwyn rides atop Ironsides, as they make their way across the bog. Periodically, if needed for scouting, he launches off his back up in the air with the winged boots to take a look about their direction, distance, and any upcoming obstacles.

Moving toward the bridge reveals a few things to the Dawn Guard. First, the Bog is expansive, even for what it is. It's not very wide; maybe a few hundred yards at points, but it's long. It seems to encircle a core part of the Labyrinth, like the only way to the interior of the maze is through the Bog itself. Next is the bridge. It seems to have collapsed years ago, leaving parts of it still standing and the rest collapsed in the water. Someone has created a foot path across the water since then, which is all large, flat rocks that can be hopped across.
Far up from this position is a doorway built into the wall...
"doo do dooo dodo do do doood doo do do do!" Travin sings incoherently as he waddles along toward the bridge, apparently having one focus and that focus being moving forward.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Johnathan seems unaffected with the journey so far. Whether his magically summoned mount took most of the beating or his desire to find a place that doesn’t smell of rot, he was focused on the task ahead. As they get visual of the bridge he turns to the others. Careful, this looks like a trap. We should approach qu…. that’s when he hears Travin singing along as he approaches the bridge. Johnathan rolls his eyes, clearly not happy that they lost any sort of stealth to this now. Huh, well there goes that plan. Better have a look around and see if there are any guards nearby. This place is clearly defended. Johnathan will send echo closer to see if there are guard or anyone else nearby besides the party. With the sunlight he struggles to see as well but tries his best.
Perception check (disadvantage cus of sunlight): 17
