Kroshav and Ealu swivel to look and listen in the direction the yeti's attention was drawn. He is worried that them scattering means dragon, and doesn't want to risk a gout of flame that will show where they are located.

The yeti must have been scared off by him and Cladmir after all! They creatures are probably so dim it took a while for how much trouble they were in to sink through their heads.

Neither Kroshav or Ealu spot/hear anything in the direction the yetis all looked. Just looks like darkness really anyhow.

The big paladin shrugs, and is ready to head on further.

Cladmir seeing Kroshav's shrug did not think to look around as he though it served the Yetis right for trying to intimidate the indomitable paladin.  Surely the Dragonborn's majesty knows no equal!

Indeed, Kroshav is matchless. Particularly to awestruck old men.

Ernos hisses, "Hold, fools.  If some scattered towards us then we aren't what scared them."

"So we just wait?", Kroshav asks. He takes a sniff, in case he smells danger.

Divine Sense: Celestial, Friend or undead in 60ft?

The air smells like frozen dragonborn snot, but that is what everything has smelled like today.

Thir nods and starts backing into deeper into the forest, tapping shoulders and dragging people as she goes. She says quietly,

"White eaters only run if fire."

As she says this a gust of wind blows from the washout temporarily blinding the party. As the snow settles a very large shape can be seen winging away to the east, following the clear path left by the bugbear refugees.

The lithe draconic form quickly disappears into the darkness of the night. Thir sobs something before starting to run after.

((Smart (lucky?) that you didn't engage the yeti's right off.))

((It's a meta thought, but isn't it a green dragon?  Don't they use...  Poison or acid, rather than fire?))

"Not the hardest path to follow.  And they'll be cornered in there.  Can we handle a dragon?"

((Thir was just pointing out what in her experience caused them to run. It seems dragons also make the list.))

((Thir is sobbing and running towards the dragon?))

"I'm not in the best shape, those kobolds were good at throwing rocks!"

((She said something sad sounding in whatever language she speaks, took a breath, gritted her teeth and booked it after the dragon.

To give you a sense of where you are, the party is on the far side of the washout from Lurn's Tomb, with the Library being somewhere in the middle.))

((What direction was the dragon going? Towards the library/tomb, or away?))

((Generally towards both the Library and Tomb, though if she is following the trail she'll almost certainly be heading to the tomb.))

Cladmir looked at the quickly evolving scene... was that a dragon and did it just flee from Kroshav???

"Thir, WAIT." he yells, not worrying about stealth at this time.   
"We do need to get out of here tho, at least somewhere else before the yetis decide it is safe again.  Let's go catch up to Thir and talk to her."

And he does that, hoofing after his new friend to try to talk some sense into her.  Or at least make a plan.

Kroshav will surge forward after Thir on Ealu, looking up for sight of the dragon and where it is headed as they reach the edge of the open washout.

Ernos jogs after the more enthusiastic allies, "The scattered beasts are no concern if they truly fear fire.  The dragon is our concern."

"Especially if it's heading for the tomb!"
